This company is absolutely terrible. Just waited in line for over an hour to do t ball pictures. Workers are moving so slow and no direction or system in place. Then they complained they were there past 7. Imagine being the parent of a 4 year old and being in line for an hour this late. Unbelievable. And they told me I have to text them a picture of my kids so they can match the face and figure out which kid s pictures I should receive. Is this the best they can do???

Worst professional photo I ve ever seen and it was a Sports photo so no retakes! So mad. What kind of photographer would take a picture here, it looks awful! Aside from the fact he s totally washed out in the whole photo (his face is too but I covered it for privacy), his arms are crossed hiding his jersey number, and the worst is the whole background. It s atrocious. There s literal trash in the photo! Even if he was asked by the coach/school to take the photo by the net he could ve literally centered it away from the trashcan and the giant zip tie. It s literally their job and their responsibility to notice those things and to take a good photo especially when they re not doing backdrop set ups. When you pay for professional photos you expect better. Thankfully I took impromptu photos on my phone and they are 100 times better. Going to have to print those myself and give out to Family because these are definitely not getting handed out.

I ordered my sons pictures last year at the end of school and never received my pics and I have emailed them on 2 separate occasions and still havent heard anything from them.

Maybe a scathing review will warrant a returned phone call, AT LEAST! Left several messages to schedule a retake for daughter s Pre-k graduation photos that I purchased. Don t have the decency to return a phone call so the problem can be resolved.
