I waited 45 mins to an HOUR for the delivery guy to call ONE TIME. I missed his call and called back within 2 minutes. He left and claimed it was to dark, and his gps didnt lead him to my direct address. Which is BS. What pisses me off was within my call back. The driver was already back at the store location which is approximately 8-10 minutes away. He came to the phone and introduced himself as my driver. He offered to remake my order and I would have to come to the store and pick it up, or they can offer me a refund. I will NEVER order from this location again. They didnt care that my family ate. Even though I PAID for delivery and the store doesnt close until 1am. They didnt offer to remake and bring my order back? 0/10 customer service. I am now side eyeing those dominoes commercials.

I ordered delivery late last night. Food was excellent and delivered quickly! Ashlyn was super sweet to my son when she delivered the pizzas. The bread bowl I ordered was perfect so kudos to the cook(Im sorry I forgot his name). I especially appreciate the manager, Shane, for being kind and courteous. Definitely knows his customer service. This whole Dominos experience was awesome and would highly recommend this particular store to everyone!! Kid-friendliness: The delivery driver, Ashlyn, was soo nice to my son when she delivered our dinner. Love her! Y all have a store full of great employees there.

FIRST of all my experience today with dominos was horrific i am very disappointed in this restaurant THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME i am ordering pizza. at around 6:19 they said it ll take like 30-40 minutes okay cool the driver calls me at 7:34 saying he is one minute away i walk down stairs mind you i stay in a dorm the dorms aren t not that hard to find i put where to go still no pizza i tried calling back and it took 7 phone calls for me to get to a worker jiro was not it we all learn to never give up he should ve kept going until i got my pizza anyways thank you to the next guy who gave me my pizza in a timely manner the next man was wonderful and nice but

Will Never EVER EVER order from this Dominos ever again. Waited OVER 2 hours for two pizzas that were 9 minutes driving time away. Was on HOLD for over one of those hours taking screenshots wile trying to get someone on the phone to cancel the order .They never answered . I showed the driver once they got here with two now aged pizzas, how long I d been on hold. They said they are seriously considering a career change . A CAREER CHANGE! Needless to say, I won t EVER order from Dominos again.(oh, btw, I also gave a $15 tip PRIOR to waiting 2 hours) Lesson learned.

I use this pizza place because it s next to my job so I eat there often for lunch if I m gonna pay over $20 for one pizza I expect it to be made right the first time they did it. The lady was all by herself, and she had a panic attack because she was overwhelmed and she made it wrong so they remade my pizza in The guy was really nice about it. Well they messed up on my order again I took a photo I called them and they were supposed to be a credit on my account. I went in tonight to remake my pizza that they messed up on and the gm was giving me a hard time he said he would do it this time or not again I said well I d really like for you to make them right the first time so I don t have to do this again. I said I took a photo of it the last time when they made it and they didn t make it right if you would like to see it he s rude. This is the first time someone complained about him if I was, you can get another Domino s go there.

Im gonna be nice and give 1 star because the guy cooking was very nice but other than that, it was horrible. My order went in at 8:51 and I didnt leave the place until 9:45. I ordered a medium pizza and a brownie. I went in and nobody came to see what I needed, no one spoke or anything. Everyone was moving in slow motion. Several customers went in and ended up coming back to their cars because no one said anything to them either. I asked for corporates number, only for the guy to say that I still had to pay full price and any problems dial 1800Dominos. I will not be going back to that location.

I order at 6:05 then i got to the store at 6:21 which was the time the app told me. when i got to the store and asked for my ordered they tried to hide the fact that they bearly put the order in for them to make it and said it would take about 10 minutes. i waited about 40 minutes and i got desperate so i asked what happened with my order and they told me they had messed up the order and that they would have to make it again. Usually dominos is our go to when ordering pizza. After this experience, we ll be taking a break from them for a while. Ordered online, tracker would never update. It was a Monday evening and it took just over two hours to get our order. Naturally, it was wrong and missing an item. Pizza was barely cut, not super hot and not fresh. It s been over an hour waiting on our one item that was missing.. and still have yet to receive it. The person I spoke with over the phone a few times now has been nice enough but never apologized or offered an explanation/reason.

I would give them 5 stars because the pizza is really good and I absolutely love the parmesian bread bites with the baked 5 cheese dip, YUM YUM, but $3.99 delivery fee is too much. They need to have a program like door dash and others where you can pay $9.99 a month or $99 a year and they dont charge delivery fees for orders over $12.

Horrible experience!!! We ordered online when we received our order the drive was a basket case not sure what he was talking about. Opened our boxes and the pastas didn t have lids barely any pasta in the pans dried up crusty on the sides. My husband drove up there and the guy working told him it would be three hours to have the order remade. There was a line of people at the door. When my husband tried to get information on how to get a refund the worker was very rude and just wrote in a highlighter marker on a random piece of white paper that says refund from Domino s. It has been 11 days now and we still have not received our refund. The worker couldn t give us a receipt because he claimed the machine was broken.

I went in and ordered a 10pc boneless wing. I didnt order ahead of time like usual because I didnt have internet. I place the order and the lady tells me to wait 15 mins. Im not sure who I spoke to when it happened, I just know it was a few days ago. I placed an online order at this location and received a phone call about ten minutes later from one of the reps informing me of longer than usual wait times for delivery and asked if I would like to switch to carryout instead. The amount of decency and courtesy this guy showed just by calling to offer a more convenient option is something I have never seen before from any restaurant. I even received email from them making up for the inconvenience (which really didnt end up being an inconvenience at all). Thank you for such a great experience!!

I usually love this store. Always speedy service, but tonight all my pizzas were missing the garlic butter crust. When I called to address the issue, the guy on the phone said well did you ask for it off? To which I responded no... Dominos Pizza to me used to be a lot better like 10 years ago Im not sure what happened. I ordered a pizza because I had a really good coupon. So I ordered it and waited till it was ready and then drove to the store. From the outside the store looked small but when you went inside it was more open. It had a very modern look with a couple of pictures showing the past of Dominos employees working on pizza. They had a couple of tables to sit down to eat if you want but there was no TV or anything so whats the point. The people their were nice and gave me my pizza. I ordered a pasta bowl and a cheesy bread and 6 sauces,I got the bowl and bread but no sauces. Called the store to let them know they said they would have someone come by as soon as a driver became available, waited an hour no driver, called again this time they said a driver is on their way, waited another hour still no driver, I had to drive to the store myself to get the sauces they apologized and said they will find out what happened to the driver it should not have taken the driver 3 hours to deliver six sauces. Horrible customer service. I spoked with the manager, Chase on the phone about an order i placed online, and she was just plain rude. Didnt even asked for the name on the order as soon as i told her what the problem was, She just said Thats what you order. From a person that has worked in the customer service, I hope that she gets better training on how to be more professional. Specially being the manager. Location- Beckham Ave.

They have horrible service !!! They tell you 45 min and it has been over hour and 20min since i ordered.... called and said they had a new delivery driver... told her they could have said that when i first called i would have understood.... COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!! And they say if it takes more than 45 min you wont have to pay for it and still charged me ! they always get it wrong even when i say its for pick up never ready on time !! I liked it when it first open they HAD good service. IT SUCKS NOW !

Delivery man called me once then hung up I called him back 5 times!!!! I am a manager in a hospital and ordered food for the patients and nurses and the service I got today was horrible. The store manager was a lady and she was very apologetic but the delivery guy is horrible!!!! This service is the worst! Now my staff and patients are waiting till 3pm to eat lunch!

I used to like Dominos until tonight. It took over 40 minuets to get my order after I received my text it was on its way. Once I received my order I was missing a sauce so I called them to let them know. After being on hold and then hung up on 7 yes 7 times someone finally answered. I told them they forgot my sauce and was told they would send it out that was at 6:15. At 9:00 i still had not received my sauce so I called and ask to speak to a manager ( who knows if he really was a manager or just another employee). He said the driver said it was delivered so that s why nothing was done then told me he was just now hearing of this then told me they were not allowed to redeliver anything. WTH get it straight would you. He offered to refund my money got the sauce or give my free bread on my next order. That s not what I wanted. I wanted them to understand That they lied and in my opinion did not care about their customers. I will not be ordering from them again.

I get the same pizza from here and a different dominoes closer to my house, the same pizza here cost almost $6 more for no apparent reason. And at the time of purchase the receipt from here was vague and no details given, just an overpriced pizza. Don t come here unless you want to pay extra for pizza that cost more and then was also made wrong the first time having to wait a total of 30 minutes.
