Couldnt find the soju i wanted to get for my brother for his birthday, but found tons of other fun things. Lots of international snacks and drinks, cool stoneware and kitchen things, and lots of neat furniture. Definitely a new favorite place to go and just look around.

I normally love World Market, but I find it very ironic that durning my most recent visit, this store was having a management store meeting or review of the sorts. There were at least four leadership team members near the front counter, they had one person on the cash registers, and a line five deep.

Right to start off I would like to say that this store would ve gotten 5 starts if it weren t for the disgusting bathroom. There were unknown substances and hair all over the walls and floors.(and toilet) The sink was clogged and holding water, there was no soap, the trash was overflowing, and there was toilet paper all over the floor. I could understand the bathroom being messy if. it were busy at the time but it wasn t busy at all.

The store has some lovely things! The person checking me out was very sweet. I get up to the register and start to write my check to World Market. The person checking me out said they didn t except checks. He called his manager over to ask her if I could write a check. There was not a sign anywhere saying they didn t except them. I was running low on cash and was out of town. The person in charge was not very nice at all. I think that if you want a customer to come back you should at least be courteous and if you dont accept checks please have signs saying so! I won t be back

Was just in there today(regular shopper) and the girl at the register was very rude to me when I was asking questions about their reward system. I didnt get her name but she had blue/purple hair and a nose ring. I guess friendly customer service is a thing of the past

We ordered a piece of furniture online. We received an email saying it was in the store ready for pick up. Then we spent an hour at the store while they looked for our order. We were told it was not there. We left and called customer service and was told our item was marked picked up at the Tyler, TX store. The gentleman who took care of the customer service call was very professional and handled our situation by giving us a refund and putting in a complaint about the local store, which is the reason for 2 stars....if I could TYLER STORE ZERO STARS:;;;PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE MAN TEN STARS.
