Horrible. Highly don t recommend. The place is very nice, but the people who work there were rude, sassy, disrespectful. Especially The Office Manger Joudy . Gossiping, staring and walking back and forth staring at my client from the hallways because me as an assistant for my client were trying to talk, job offers which we called to be interviewed, but the people who work there at least 5 were staring til we got to our car and not including 2 random golfers decided to also show up and stare which should have been allowed at all. We tried calling The Office Manager Joudy, to apologize but told my client to think about it . That was completely unprofessional and also hung up on us mid conversation

We had an event tonight in the rose room and the staff are nice and super helpful. Vanessa worked the bar and kept everyone happy and wanted to thank her for the positive vibes during the event! The food options surprised me and delicious! Easy location to find and lots of parking for everyone.

Went to view for an event with the understanding they were making some updates. To be honest I didnt see the it factor it was ok. Dont get me wrong the place is nice but not what I heard about it. We ate lunch there as well and there was dried food on my silverware. I didnt say anything until my daughter & I were alone and told/showed the staff. I didnt want to embarrass those I was with especially since they raved about it. Im sure once the updates are done it will great.

Lovely building and grounds, top notch golfing available, illuminated tennis courts, and swimming are all offered. Delicious Sunday brunch, buffet style or enjoy the gourmet meals offered daily. The wait staff is quite personable and attentive~delightful to be around.

Willow Brook is the old money country club in Tyler, Texas. And as such you can find old school thinking at Willow Brook. If you are a successful business woman, or just a female, understand you can expect to find 1950s thinking of women within the Brook, there is literally a Mens Grill and women are not allowed. Willow Brook Country Club is run by chauvinistic men afraid of change and growth. However, there remains people comfortable with the thought process of women are to be on the sidelines with their little hobbies and superficial relationships. If you are one, Willow Brook is beautiful, spacious and smells of money, or the pretense there of. Step back in time 60+ years, but only in thought, itll cost you 1980s over indulgence era to join.
