This review is long over due. My husband and I had our reception here back in March and we had an absolute blast. We felt so grateful to have found a venue who took care of us with open arms after having a bad experience with another venue. Stacy and Troy were a pleasure to work with. We opted for the rental only and were able to use outside vendors. We also brought our own alcohol but had to use their bartenders, which were amazing. We also had a day of coordinator which was very helpful to have. I would highly recommend this venue!

We had our daughters XV here 2 weeks ago and everyone loved the estate. Everyone just kept saying how lovely the hall and property were. Stacy and Jaclyn were very nice with the process and arrangement, they were a great help!!!! The day of our event we were having some delays and Stacy was fast to jump in and help finish our decorations and anywhere else we needed her. We were lucky to have a blessing outside and it made the experience even more magical!!!

This venue was everything we wanted and more! It was the first venue we visited and we are very fortunate that was the case. We kept comparing other venues to it and The Estates at Pecan Park always felt like home. Stacy (the owner and hostess) was incredible and communicated consistently. Troy (the owner and Stacys husband) was helpful when making payments and assisted with making my bridals photoshoot possible! The property is gorgeous and well cared for. Driving into the property, we were always awestruck by how gorgeous it was. The rooms are well cared for and the ballroom is perfect for a variety of guest counts. It is so gorgeous there that you honestly dont need tons of decorations (what we did to save money). The bathrooms are clean. Sometimes the water in the toilets may look a little brown but it is just because of the well water. There is both wifi and cell reception here. There are also plugs all over the place! Stacy allowed us to visit multiple times with friends and family during the planning process and engagement! She also got back to us quickly whenever I had questions! We did not utilize the ceremony space because we got married at our church, but it was perfect and we are so thankful for the choice we made!!!!

This place was divinely handpicked by God. On January 28, 2023, Stacey & Troy made The Estates at Pecan Park, a host of unforgettable memories. From the 1st day we toured the venue, and spoke with Stacy & Troy, they were so humble they made us feel like family. It was then that my wife and I knew this was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. Both of our families & guests were well pleased with parking and could not stop talking about how glorious the occasion was. Everyone in attendance marveled at the cleanliness, hospitable staff, and of course the elegant venue along with its natural scenery. We highly recommend this place to anyone for any event because it s worth it. Stacy, Troy and Charlotte made our dream wedding come true. This was the last venue my (then) fiance and I toured in the Cypress/Tomball/Magonolia area, and we went on a cold and rainy afternoon because we were bored. Even with the terrible weather conditions, we instantly fell in love and called back a few hours later to secure our date. The venue offers either just a rental or packages which utilize their preferred vendors for everything your big day needs. We went with one of the packages and it was the best decision we made. The venue also lets you provide your own alcohol, but you are required to use their bartending services. Totally cool as Frannies was great. You are also required to pay for police officers to be on-site, but I think this is a state requirement. Everything else is up to you. Troy told us that we could pretty much do whatever we wanted, as long as it wasnt illegal. I thought he was joking at first, but this was actually true. We kept hearing of stories from other events where the people were doing crazy things like building floral structures and stuff inside, and they allow it. The communication between us and Stacy/Troy, the vendors and the coordinators Charlotte was amazing all the way from start to finish. We cannot stress enough how great it was to go from vendor to vendor and have them know exactly who the florist/photographer/caterer was. They all know each other, and they all know how they operate. There were multiple times throughout the months leading up to the wedding where my (then) fiance and I would look at each other and say This is going suspiciously smoothly. It was the most stress-free wedding planning imaginable. The day of, everything was set-up perfect. Charlotte was on top of everything. If anything went wrong, we do not know about it, or did not know about it, to this day. Charlottes methods to the rehearsal and time management are great. We felt we could enjoy our day without being asked about everything minute by minute. I could go on and on about all the wonderful vendors they work with, but I want to keep this just to the venue. It is stunning. The bridal suite is amazing, the groosmen room(s) are great and cozy. Everything about this venue is top tier. We could not have imagined having our wedding anywhere else. Im so glad I had my wedding at The Estates at Pecan Park!!! It is a gorgeous venue inside and out. Stacey was very helpful from the very beginning. She was able to provide me answers to all my questions before and after signing my contract. I never felt pressured to go with them and never felt that they were selling me anything. So I loved that. They have packages that helped put us at ease. And the package was still flexible. I was able to switch out the bakery to a vendor not on their list. They also have THE BEST day of coordinator! If you dont have Charlotte Kormash on your team, what are you doing?!! She also answered my many questions and sets up a meeting with you to go over a minute by minute schedule a couple weeks before to set everything in place with vendors and timing with your wedding party. I felt that they treated me uniquely and made my day feel special and not just another wedding for them. Stacey and Charlotte were there to save my day because we were running late but they still made my vision come to life!! Im grateful for the attention and care that everyone involved poured into my wedding day to make it special for me and my husband.

Overall, the venue was great (beautiful, clean, responsive vendor). I wanted to highlight the few areas that I thought needed to be improved on: 1. Police Officers- when we toured the venue they mentioned the fee of police officers for the wedding. However, they made it sound like it was an inconsequential amount. I had the impression it was around $200, but I dont want to quote this. I did have the impression it was a small amount. When we got further in the planning process (i.e. after we signed the contract) we discovered the police officers would be $825 (not inconsequential to me). In addition, they wanted it to be all cash. Is that so the police officers dont have to report this income when paying taxes?? Seems shady.... On the day of the wedding, I made note to watch what the police officers did that required so much money. The police officers mainly sat in chairs at the entrance of the venue on their phone. They also ate a MASSIVE amount of food that was not mentioned in their contract. We had expected to get some leftovers to eat after the long wedding night but we did not get anything because the police officers took a mountain of food to their chairs. 2. We knew the bar needed to close at 10:30. What we were not made aware of is that all of the alcohol we brought needed to be out of the venue at 10:30 as well. We didnt discover this until around 9pm the night of the wedding. My parents and their friends ended up having to leave to go load their cars in order to make sure everything was cleared out by 10:30. This was not a fun item to learn about while trying to have fun at your wedding. Overall, I want to note that the venue was pretty and we will enjoy the photos. I just wanted to point out the big pain points I encountered.

From email communications before wedding day, up until the last person left the property, the owners were very accommodating and super helpful, even stepping in to help set up and serve dinner when catering was short staffed. We got married December 2022 at The Estate at Pecan Park I was getting very aggravated with finding the perfect wedding venue . I made a post on Facebook when Stacey (one of the owners) responded to my post. My fiancé (at the time) and I went that same week. We met Troy (Stacey s husband). Troy answered all of our questions and before we left, I was convinced he was a brother from another mother! Such a down to earth guy!! Very easy going and friendly! They were officially family and we said YES to the venue! They allowed me to visit AS MANY TIMES AS I NEEDED (I believe it was 5 visits) and they answered every email promptly. The venue in itself was very spacious and accommodating for our 190 guest. The bridal suite is EVERYTHING! I love that we were able to use our own vendors (besides their choice of bartenders, but Franny Bartender was perfect). In addition, the day of.. I was still very undecided about having the ceremony indoors or outdoors. Troy had set up the chairs outdoors. I changed my mind 1 hour before the wedding because of the upcoming rain, so he picked all the chairs up. Thennn, my coordinator tells me we must have it outside due to changing everything inside, etc. well Troy came back and set all the chairs back outside! So thankful for my brother!! The rain held until after the ceremony!! Praise God!! Best experience!

My husband and I just had our wedding on November 5th and wow...what can I say?? Stacy and Charlotte (owner and coordinator) are the best at what they do! It wasnt until the end of the night that I heard about a couple of hiccups with some vendors. The fact that I had NO idea what happened is a testament to the professionalism and overall effort displayed by the staff. We had a big wedding party (8 bridesmaids and 8 groomsmen!) and everyone was gushing about how easy the day was and how helpful Charlotte was. Our photographer showed up late which messed up our timeline but we never felt rushed or panicked. Charlotte and Stacy were both incredibly attentive and my husband and I were so well taken care of all day. In short: beautiful venue, wonderful staff, would absolutely recommend to anyone!!!

First and foremost, Stacy is phenomenal. She is the perfect person to help you during your wedding process. She is always responsive (and quickly) and she is just pure honest and helps get things done. Secondly the venue is top notch. It rained cats and dogs for 2 days before my wedding day and yet the property was flawless the day of, including being able to still have my ceremony under the oak tree (aka there was zero mud). The day of was such a perfect day, the large bridal sweet is a huge plus. There is so much space for everyone to be comfortable and relaxed, and the preferred vendor list is the way to go. Thanks Stacy for an incredible day and memories that are going to last my husband and I a life time ! We love you!!

Just had my wedding here, and it was PERFECT! Its a gorgeous venue, we were able to add the photobooth option from the website (which was super cute and fun!!), and the folks at the Estates at Pecan Park are WONDERFUL to work with! They were really understanding and supportive! The pricing was super reasonable, and we had about 270 guests who all fit - the venue made our event really intimate and sweet. We had a blast :)

My cousin s wedding was here, loved the view, venue, and organized staff but the food for the guests was absolutely terrible. I ve heard that the food that the bride and groom were served were totally different and of great quality, but the food served to the guests were not seasoned, gave everyone diarrhea, and the Mac and cheese was the worst Mac I ve ever had in my life. If I cooked for the wedding it would ve easily been better food. It tasted like they used chalk instead of cheese. Who knows how old the food was as well. As fancy of a place this is, the food should not be bottom of the barrel.

If you re on the fence about having your wedding here, this is your sign to do it. The venue is gorgeous (obviously), but the true value in renting this property is the family behind it. There s no fake hospitality here, just genuine, good people who are in the business of making your day the best day. Our previous venue struggled to compromise with us when COVID hit, even when my fiancé caught COVID a few weeks prior to the original wedding date. We postponed and decided to book here instead, and Stacy has just been a godsend ever since. When we had surprise horrible weather on our date, she last minute booked heaters for the patio for us. She played defense for our photographer when a family friend thought he could play amateur photographer on the day of. She kept the show running behind the scenes to make absolutely sure that things ran smoothly. Weddings never go according to plan (at least none I ve ever been to!), but the Jones family will go out of their way to make it the best day possible. I cannot recommend The Estates at Pecan Park enough. Book here!

There are not enough positive things I can say about Stacy and Troy at The Estates at Pecan Park. Originally, my husband and I were scheduled to get married here in October 2020, but , we were forced to go with different plans due to Covid. Stacy worked with us to reschedule our date to October 2021, which is honestly the tip of the iceberg for how accommodating and amazing she is as a venue owner. Stacy makes it her mission to make sure her brides (and grooms) are completely satisfied and happy on their big day. We loved working with her and Troy. Their venue is gorgeous, but their individualized customer service sets them apart from the rest. We loved having our wedding here.

My husband and I loved the venue so much during our tour that we wanted to book it at that moment! I love all the trees in the backyard and had the vision of having our ceremony there. Unfortunately it rained that morning but thankfully we were able to have it under the outdoor patio! It looked lovely with the exception of a puddle in the middle of the aisle :/ My mom told the coordinator about it before the ceremony started and was told she would take care of it. The puddle comes out in my pictures and you can see where my veil and dress dragged through the water in our video :( The good thing about having it at the outdoor patio was that we found out there were quite a bit of ant piles in the backyard when we were taking pictures which would not have been ideal for our guests. We chose the DIY option so we had a lot to decorate, but both Stacy and our coordinator, Charlotte, who Stacy recommended were beyond helpful with setting everything up. Stacy even got on a ladder to help hang up string lights around the windows in the reception area. And when I told Charlotte I needed some Mr & Mrs balloons to be filled with helium, she volunteered to take them to Party City, so I was very thankful! I noticed a leak in the ceiling that was causing a puddle in the reception area but thankfully that was taken care of during the time we finished setting everything up! With the DIY option, the only specific vendors you have to book are security and bartenders. We were given 2 bartender options and went with Beyond Bartending. They told us we would have to bring coolers for 400 pounds of ice because the freezer in the venue isn t big enough. I asked if Stacy had been made aware and Beyond Bartending told me they have told her numerous times that a bigger freezer is needed. A larger freezer would have been much more convenient since coolers are bulky and they were just another thing we had to add to our list of things to bring. Not to mention the coordinator told us we ran out of ice a couple of hours before the wedding was over, so I had to make a decision of which guest to send out for ice at 10 PM. There is no such thing as a perfect wedding day; I know things get missed and forgotten. I m simply giving my honest review. We finished our set up early since we had all hands on deck and our ceremony started on time even though we were waiting on the ring bearer to arrive! From our very first Interaction, The Estates at Pecan Park did a fabulous job of making us feel that our daughters wedding was in good hands. Stacy walked us through every detail and answered all our questions, often we would text her with random concerns and what if s.... and her reply was ALWAYS quick and put us at ease. When our florist did not complete the set up and we were alarmed, she immediately jumped in and helped us make some fast adjustments. We also used their fabulous photo booth trailer, and let me just say- it was THE FAV! Just this morning we were laughing at some of the silly pictures of our guests and commenting on what a great night this was! Stacy and her team made planning our NCL senior recognition dinner and ceremony seamless. As I have never planned an event this large, Stacy answered any questions promptly any time of the day and even had ideas to help my committee and I along the way. The venue itself is gorgeous especially around the golden hour and after dark with all the beautiful low lighting. So with the already gorgeous venue, we did not need much decor but Stacy also had some beautiful pieces we rented from her. There were plenty of perfect spots (stair case, front porch, under the lighted tree) for photo opportunities!! The food was delicious and a perfect portion size with enough for some to have seconds. Stacy and her husband were onsite during the whole evening, helping with the set up (decor and A/V) and even helped with some clean up to make this a memorable event for our seniors! Overall Stacy made it feel like family was helping plan the event with us which took a huge stressor away! With all that these kids and parents have had to cancel because of the pandemic, it was so refreshing to be able to have such a beautiful evening just for them. Just what we needed! Beautiful venue with stunning outdoor area as well as a large indoor area for the reception. I think this would be perfect for a mid sized wedding. I toured this twice because I loved it so much however I went with a different venue simply because it had a discount for booking a wedding within 6 months that made it a lot cheaper. In general the prices are somewhat comparable to other venues in the area.

Decent pricing for rental facility only - Saturdays will be the most expensive for weddings. However the all-inclusive packaging is kind of on the higher end for the max of 100 people. These photos are just the general pricing, know that you can customize packages and negotiate facility price if you have anything slightly different from the amenity list. I gave this company three starts because prices were so hard to get a hold of - even if you tend to couples budget, I think you should have pricing easily accessible to know whether it is within budget in the first place and then we contact if we can negotiate pricing. Another thing is that they dont have an outdoor ceremony arch or pergola already with a walkway, which can be a crud to mess with your wedding dress. Hope this review helps a stressful bride!

My niece got married here. The venue is beautiful! The outside is gorgeous as well as everything inside. The wait staff at dinner was especially good. There was one woman who was waiting on my autistic son and was very sweet to him. He didnt like any of the food being served so she went and got him a big plate of mac n cheese from the kitchen. I told her she didnt have to do that but she said it was her pleasure. She was so good to my son. It warmed my heart on a freezing cold night. I wish I knew her name so I could let her boss know what a great pleasure she is and how she went above and beyond to help my son. That means more to me than anything especially when everyone usually just stares at him. Thank you to her. Shes an awesome woman.

We had my daughters wedding here. I know God led us here. It was so amazing. It is family owned and they are awesome! The venue is incredibly beautiful. All of the vendors were amazing as well. I could go on and on about how amazing this venue and staff are!! My husband and I got married this past August at the Estates at Pecan Park. It was the most beautiful day and all our guest keep saying how stunning the venue is! I had my wedding at The Estates at Pecan Park on June 27, 2020. My original date was in April but had to reschedule due to COVID. Stacy was very accommodating and we had no issues with the rescheduling process. She was always quick to respond and easy to work with. Beautiful outdoor setting for a wedding. Lots of parking with a shuttle to take you to the venue. We were there at the height of bluebell blossoms which was magnificent. The wedding was performed outdoors under a giant oak tree. The reception hall is large. Biggest complaint was the sound system and acoustics. It was almost impossible to hear/understand anything that was being said. That one factor would cause me to think twice about having a large reception there.

This special gem of a venue will always have a piece of our hearts. The venue itself is stunning with 10 acres of pecan trees, a beautiful white colonial with a photogenic entrance, and is perfect for that rustic intimate feeling, as well as large weddings as it can hold to 300+. Beyond the venue s spacious suites to get ready, beautiful concrete floors in the main reception area, and its ability to take on any theme, what was really amazing was the owner Stacy! Stacy was able to walk me through all questions I had rather it be using their wireless speakers both indoors and outdoors, making all ceremony and reception setups come to life, and even helping us with last minute décor to give our small wedding a little bit more of our rustic theme. It is also important to note that the contract with TEPP is very specific to what it can/can t offer so no hidden fees are a plus! I will say this venue is perfect if you are looking to add your own personal touches for your wedding, as this is not in all-inclusive venue. However, if you did need assistance with other vendors, Stacy was very knowledgeable and gave me great references to consider. Overall, we are very glad we chose TEPP as our venue and although things weren t perfect as no weddings are, Stacy was a great help to us and makes you feel like family. Please consider TEPP for your events in the future as I promise you will not regret it!

We used the venue for a fundraising event and it was wonderful! The ballroom is gorgeous with vaulted ceilings, beautiful chandeliers and suited to any decor. The pecan trees are lovely and since our event was in the spring, there were even bluebonnets! The back patio is a great added space where we displayed art projects and enjoy appetizers before being seated in the ballroom. Stacy has great vendors and she and her workers are great hosts.

The Estates at Pecan Park is AMAZING! The property itself is breathtaking, even in winter when the trees are bare. Stacy was incredibly helpful in answering the many questions I had about planning our event and pointing me in the right direction when I need it. We meet them at the Bridal Extravaganza and when answering questions from the people there it got very snippy and super rude. They were very derogatory to our budget and to the career choices ( ie teachers )of the people there and bridal party member. I would not recommend them to even my enemies.
