2022 Review: This place is amazing. Their shrimp pad thai was so delicious and the milk bobba tea so refreshing. And they love their customers so service is pretty awesome here. They are hard working and great at cooking! Im new to pad thai so I cant give much advice. What I do know is be sure to ask about spicy levels and that you can ask if youd like the heat mild or not. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. They are always giving superior service! Their food is the best I have ever had compared to any Thai restaurant in the greater houston area. The food is always made fresh and their spice levels are pretty accurate! I could go all the way up to thai spice but not thai spice x2! That is not for the faint hearted. Definitely give this a try, I highly recommend the pad see ew and the basil pork belly stir fry and the masaman curry!

Wanted to try this place because they had a separate gluten free menu. Ordered from the specific gluten free menu section on uber eats. When I checked out, I wanted to make sure it was gluten free so I called. A woman answered the phone and told me I didnt order the gluten free version and that I had to deal with uber eats and not with her and I asked if there was anything she could do on her side to make the price adjustment. She told me no, and I asked her what I should do. Again, she told me there was nothing she could do and I need to deal with uber eats. Ok fine. I went ahead and canceled the order while I was on the phone with her. She then said I can tell the kitchen to make it gluten free for you after MULTIPLE times of letting me know this wasnt her problem and it was an uber eats problem. Then she told me the only way to order gluten free was over the phone and I had to come pick the food up. I said oh okay. Then she told me Im busy and hung up the phone. Sorry- but this was probably the most absurd customer service Ive ever experienced. As a customer, Ive done nothing wrong... meanwhile I was repeatedly met with the point that it was not their issue. If you offer allergy friendly foods on your menu you NEED to make sure that there are no mistakes in any of your 3rd party ordering systems. I cant even imagine how many people have ordered from there specifically for the gluten free options and had some sort of reactions.

Excellent food here. I ve always ordered online and it s been fantastic every time. The pad Thai with pork belly is the best I ve had in town, the Panang with pork belly is incredible and the fried rice with pork belly is to die for. There s a theme here, I know. I get the pad Thai and panang medium spice and it s just the right amount of kick while still being flavorful. I prefer to mix the pad Thai and panang together. The to go service has always been quick and the staff is friendly. Although I ve never sat down and eaten here, it s usually packed when I ve picked up my food. I m not a reviews guy but after seeing people throwing out one star reviews for reasons that don t have anything to do with the food I had to speak up. This place is what you re looking for.

I care for the Crispy Pork Belly and it did not disappoint! This place was busy but a very friendly vibe. I was seated in less than 30 seconds and as always ordered a variety of foods. I tried the shrimp eggrolls, fried chicken, chicken panaag with veggies AND the crispy pork belly with rice. If I could give this owner a hug and a high five I definitely would have. The service was excellent and the food amazing! Try the crispy pork (street food section) and it will be a bit salted but eating it with the lettuce and rice mellows the flavors. This place gets an A+ in all categories from me. Go try it yourself, and I ll bet you love it!

Have been coming to this place for years and always get the same thing. It s normally delicious and my family and I always love the service and the food. Today i waited in line infront of 2 different workers for 25 minutes and tried to get their attention to get my pickup order that i saw them finish 20 minutes prior. I was beyond impressed with this place. I ordered doordash. This was my first order and I let them know the steamed dumplings were for my dog (no garlic and onions on top cuz it s toxic for dogs). They even put a friendly message on my Togo container so I knew the message had gotten across. This isn t a restaurant that the employees are just there to collect a paycheck. This is a restaurant that serves good quality food and is proud of what they do. I will be ordering here from now on and I cant wait to visit in person. The red curry was BEYOND delicious. I got it medium just to test the waters and I will be ordering it one level hotter next time. Thank you guys for the good experience and I look forward to being a new customer for many years to come. This place is phenomenal. Our server was so amazing (didn t get his name) but he did tell us when he works. He gave us suggestions and even complimented some of our own selections. We ordered the following: shumai, aloy spicy wings, kee mao fried rice, pad soon sen and cheese rolls. Everything was so fresh and spicy (which they do have spice levels) my mouth was bursting with flavor which would be followed by slow bearable heat. I would order all of it again. Also had peach melon green tea with cane sugar and classic chai tea The atmosphere is lovely and seating was perfect. Also it did not take long for our food to come out. So disappointed with this restaurant! I had delivery to my home once, and it was absolutely amazing. I was excited to order again! I placed an order through Uber eats last evening. The order was $86. I immediately realized I had the wrong delivery address. I changed the address. I got a notification that the restaurant does not deliver to my address so the order was canceled. Mind you this all occurred within 45 seconds. Once the order was canceled, I got a notification that all of my Uber eats charges have been credited but $59 to the restaurant will not be credited because the restaurant had already began preparing my order. I contacted the restaurant, immediately a female answer the phone. She said I m sorry, but the order was already being made so I could not receive a credit. I told her that s fine. We ll be on our way to pick it up. She said no honey no honey you re not Uber eats you cannot pick up. I argued that I paid for the meal they are charging me for the meal. We will simply come pick it up. She said the phone down and never came back. We then Callback, and she answered and said the phone down, and never greeted us and left the phone off the hook. After about 10 minutes when the phone is back on the hook, I called from my phone number. She answered. Identify myself and said I was on my way to pick up my order. She said no honey! You do not have an order. This was very contradicting since the first phone call she said she would not credit me because I had already been gone, preparing my order. Long story short, they charge me for the full order. Never prepare the order and refused to prepare the order and allow us to pick it up. This is not only distasteful but extremely disgusting. Not professional. I will never order from them again. She was rude. Took advantage of a third-party delivery app and charge me for a meal I never received. Poor customer service. Poor attitude. Basically this is theft. If you look at criminal statute, this is a theft. She took my money and refused to provide me with the product. The money was meant to pay for. Be careful ordering from this location.

A group of my friends and I ordered food through Uber Eats at Aloy Aloy. The wrong address was put in. We fixed it. Then the address was too far away for it to be delivered. We called Aloy Aloy and asked if we could cancel it. They wouldn t allow us because it was already being processed. I really wanted to like this place but they only have 1 restroom, literally one toilet/ one sink , I waited like 10 minutes outside the restroom to wash my hands nobody came out , when I asked them , they said it was probably locked like what kind of restaurant business has one restroom ?

This is hands down the best restaurant Ive ever had in Spring, TX. We went on Sunday when it was cold and rainy, and the place was packed. There was only one server, Noy, and she single-handedly served the entire restaurant with a smile. The food was STUNNING. We started with the Thai wings which was extremely spicy--my favorite. My parents dont like spicy food so I ordered them a medium curry and a chicken pad Thai. My boyfriend and I got the Thai hot red curry and green curry. They were so so delicious. It reminded me of being back in Bangkok. The portions were large and the prices were very reasonable. We even had enough left overs for the next few days. The ambiance was nice with low lighting and ample seating.

A nearly hidden treasure in this area. Wonderful staff, great service, great prices, outstanding food, and my son said it was the best boba tea hes ever had. Parking: Decent sized lot for the size of the business park. Wheelchair accessibility: Middle wheelchair accessibility lane.

Great Thai food. Pad Thai and Curry were fantastic. Calamari wasnt bad either. We will definitely be going back. Vegetarian options: They had several different vegetable options, e.g. coconut milk and tofu. Kid-friendliness: Chicken nuggets and waffle fries were a hit. They even came on a cute little cafeteria tray with ketchup.

Showed up to eat on Friday night and sat down, after 50 minutes passed I went up to ask for our order and they only brought one order. They were too busy worried about the to-go orders that several tables were still waiting for their food. After waiting for so long I didn t even bother asking them about my order any more as I was fed up and ready to leave.

Ordered takeout for pad Thai with tofu and flat noodles with chicken. The flat noodles was great! It was not dry and very flavorful. Pad Thai was definitely not at the standard. It has too sweet and too much of catchup flavor. My kid normally like this dish but definitely not this one.

I LEFT IN TEARS. I want to be clear about this review. The food is amazing, love it. Tasty, fresh and clean. I come here to relax. CUSTOMER SERVICE: If you plan to order more food than what they think you should be eating, expect to be told and laughed at. Three different occasions, by three different servers. I just left in tears, I am shaking. I am a foodie, I I enjoy their food, I take the extra food home for next day. No one should be treated this way. As soon the comment was made, as they brought the food to the table, I asked for to go boxes and the check. I left in tears.

I ordered the vegetable egg rolls and green curry with tofu. The food was delicious and fresh. The time it took to order and receive the food was done in a timely manner. Overall, I had a great experience except for the waiter forgetting my Thai tea, which I knew was an honest mistake. He recommended I try the red curry when I return. He stated their red curry is better than the green. I ll definitely be coming back here again!

We went and had dinner for the first time at Aloy Aloy on Saturday. The food was really good. We had chicken spring rolls to start and also had the pan fried dumplings. Both were so fresh and amazing. For dinner, I had the chicken pad Thai and my husband had the spicy basil shrimp. I like the fact you can tell them the spice pepper level you want. I love spicy but my husband does not. The environment was good. Waiter was on top of things. I had a Thai tea with boba. It was good but was a little weak in flavor. Other than that one thing everything else was wonderful. We will be back for lunch and diner some other time. I told my husband we found our new place. Food also was reasonably priced.
