We recently celebrated my wifes 40th birthday at La Tranquila Ranch, and I cannot speak highly enough of Debra Riley and her team. From the very start, they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care made the day absolutely unforgettable. Debra worked tirelessly to accommodate all of our needs, creating a seamless experience that allowed us to fully enjoy the event without any worries. The ambiance of the ranch was breathtaking. Debras suggestions and inputs throughout the planning process were invaluable, and her calm, positive energy kept everything running smoothly. Our guest were equally impressed with the hospitality and warmth that we experienced throughout the event. First off let me start off saying that I was really disappointed in this place from the start I was given nothing but problems, they didn t honor their contract at all, I was told that I had to pay for chargers and sashes that were clearly in the package that we paid for I was told I had to pay because I didn t use their caterer and we wasn t told that from the beginning, so when I mentioned it oh well we will let you use the chargers for free but the sashes we will have to pay for even though we already paid for them in the package, ok so moving on the weekend of my wedding it was hot in the building the day before we had rehearsals we were told the reason why the air conditioning wasn t on was because they were conserving energy, it s was 100 degrees outside so we made it very clear that the air conditioning needs to be on at least an hour or two before our wedding and we were told that it would be but nope that wasn t the case because it was hot in the grooms suite and even in the venue all of my guests were complaining, I was uncomfortable and my husband was uncomfortable and embarrassed. I will never recommend anyone to this venue.

We had our daughter s quinceanera this past Saturday at La Tranquila Ranch and I m glad that we chose this venue. We are very happy with the way everything turned out, it was so beautiful! The staff at the venue are very friendly. Consuelo took us on a tour of the venue, informed us about the vendors, and helped us coordinate all of the details. She s helpful and very kind. Montse is an excellent communicator and responded to all of our questions. Deborah was our quinceanera coordinator and she is so sweet, very helpful, and so hard working. She made sure that our event ran smoothly and she helped us with so many things (decorating tables, setting up snack table, had champagne glasses for toast ready to go, made sure dinner was served, sliced and passed out cake, helped us clean up, the list goes on, etc). I am so thankful for everyone s help. I appreciate you all!

***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place****** I would give this place a 10 stars if I could on Google. There are a lot of reasons why I would vote for this place as my wedding venue. DEBRA - she s hands down the best wedding planner at this venue. Sweetest and heart warming person ever!! First of all, she was very accommodating to my dreamed wedding which only planned in 3 months. Second, she ensured everything is going as planned on my wedding day, she checked in with me and my husband probably every hour just to make sure we were good. She also gave us suggestions on how to be picture perfect towards the ending - when we did our sparklers. She really made my wedding as perfect and personal as possible. In terms of the wedding venue, La Tranquila is a beautiful and private land. For guest parking, It has their own land and parking behind the office. You do have an option for Valet parking. The price on Friday and Sunday is relatively reasonable compared to other venues that we considered.

A really beautiful place for my daughter Quinceañera, very close to The Woodlands. Consuelo, Monse and Debra help me all the time to create the very special and beautiful ambiance to her dream celebration. La Tranquila Ranch is a beautiful place for any event. We just had a pleasure to celebrate our wedding there. The venue is amazing. Beautiful nature and pond with many flowers around will create a romantic atmosphere for the event. The inside of the venue is also beautiful with a large window wall, facing the pond! The view is mesmerizing! The personnel is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They made planning our event very easy. Consuelo is in charge of planning and organizing, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in decorating and helped us get everything together, to find good vendors for the event. This is such a beautiful venue. We had our company Christmas party here and happy we did. What took our experience over the top was the staff. They made everything so easy. On Aug 27, 2022, we celebrated our daughter s Quinceañera at La Tranquila Ranch. Needless to say, the last couple of weeks leading up to the big event were very stressful because of the constant daily threat of forecasted thunderstorms. We checked in with the staff on numerous occasions to ask questions fearing we would need to implement some sort of contingency plan. Karen and La Tranquila s staff understood our concerns and were very supportive. They have lots of experience and assured us that everything would work out fine. The decision to plan a Quinceañera was spontaneous and to be honest, rushed. We had originally intended to celebrate our daughter s 15 on her actual birth date the previous year (December 2021). Sadly, our daughter changed her mind and decided against a big party, she opted for a trip instead. Well, in February of this year, our daughter attended her cousin s Quinceañera and was later invited to a second in March. Then, out of the blue, during spring break, she came to us and said that she had changed her mind again. She decided she wanted a Quinceañera after all. Luckily, while searching for venues in our surrounding area, I came across La Tranquila Ranch s website and immediately requested information. I was contacted within a day or two and arranged a visit. The staff was waiting for us and were very prepared to answer all our questions. We visited the venue on a Saturday while they were setting up for an event later that night. The staff allowed us to walk around, and my daughter was all smiles. She took me aside and whispered that she loved the place and didn t need to look at any more venues. We went back to the office to discuss our event and were surprised to hear that the venue had a package deal that was designed specifically for Quinceañeras. We were thrilled because this was not only within our budget but, it made the search for vendors much easier and less stressful. La Tranquila provided us with a list of their preferred vendors which included, a caterer, a photographer, a hair stylist, and a DJ. We then contacted each of them directly to inquire about their services. Once we met with everybody and checked their availability, we customized the package to suit our needs and locked in our event date. Days prior to the event, Deborah, the assigned event planner, and I discussed the itinerary. We went over everything and on the day of the party, she took charge. She allowed my wife and me to tend to our guests and enjoy the festivities. Our daughter s Quinceañera was a huge success. She partied and danced all night. Our guests also enjoyed the party and were as impressed with the venue as we were. So much so, that we learned that a few of them were planning on contacting La Tranquila for their own forthcoming events. We highly recommend La Tranquila Ranch venue to all our friends and family. We appreciate all the hard work that went into organizing and carrying out all of our requests. You made my daughter s dream Quinceañera come true. Many thanks to Karen, Deborah, the staff, and all the vendors for making this event a success. It was because of your professionalism and willingness to help that we managed to pull it off in a short 5 and ½ months! The owner is not the nicest person but I only had to run into her a couple of times. Everyone else that works there is fantastic and super helpful. This place is AMAZING!!! I got married last Sunday and it was way better than what I expected. My coordinator Debrah did a spectacular job directing everyone during the ceremony. She was always on top of EVERYTHING and that s how my wedding came out to be perfect. On top of that, she made sure all decorations looked perfected and added additional decoration which made it even better. Also, the venue was able to work with my budget, thats amazing. l loved the reception hall and will recommend this venue to anyone who wants to get married. I dont regret anything about this venue. My original wedding was supposed to be on the beach in Destin, Fl but once the pandemic hit, my husband and I decided to move our wedding closer to home (Houston TX). I found La Tranquila Ranch on Google and contacted them right away to book their venue. I spoke to Ana and she scheduled a visit for my husband and I to come and visit the venue. When we met her she was extremely helpful and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. After meeting her, I felt so relieved and knew we were in good hands! Leading up to my wedding, Ana kept in close contact with me monthly to make sure I had everything lined up for our wedding day. On our wedding day, Debra was our wedding coordinator, she made sure that everything was taken care of and that my day was perfect! La Tranquila Ranch had my previous review deleted. We will be contacting google regarding this bc my review is real We had family deaths (more than 1). We only held their venue for 1 month, within that time frame family passed due to COVID. We only asked for 1/2 refund and did not get it. Now we see how they have a 4.4. They contact Google to dispute. We will continue to post our story and tell all of our family and friends about our experience here.

Beautiful location for a wedding. The bridal and grooms suites are spacious and decorated well. The reception area is huge and has nice natural light that comes from the big windows. Theyre currently renovating so theres some areas to the side that are messy but it doesnt take away from the venue. The ceremony area is nice as well, small, but nice. Definitely recommend this place to consider in venue searches.

Nice little area for a wedding. The banquet hall was a good size. The wedding had about 10 tables, so about 100 people. There were plenty of space and dance floor was spacious. Parking could be better and I little closer.

They say your wedding is supposed to be one of the happiest days of your life. Well, I wont know because I dont get to have my dream wedding. Instead I got a virus pandemic, lost my job and my father to coronavirus. When I tried to reason with the venue about a refund, they were unprofessional and apathetic; unlike the kindness and flexibility we received when we initially toured the facility. The venue is beautiful but know what you are signing up for-they DONT refund any of the money that you pay regardless of the reason for cancellation. And always request a copy of everything you sign up front. They refused to send me a copy later. The person I had been communicating with, Ana, expressed that the business wasnt doing so well during this pandemic, which is concerning whether they will still be open for your big day or just take your money with promises unfulfilled...

My husband and I got married here on sep 27th. Everyone was helpful, professional and even gave us great suggestions with our vendors because we didnt have any options in our plate. They really worked with our budget and made sure you we were getting everything we wanted. Deborah was our coordinator and she was phenomenal, she went beyond our expectations and helps us from finishing details on decorations, keeping the time serving the food and rhe music on track and also making sure we were eating that night. Theres is nothing I didnt love of that day and the attention of the details was impeccable. I can never say thank you enough for taking all my stress out and making us enjoy our wedding day.

Loved Debbie! My fiancè and I were ready to put down a deposit because of her alone!! The place is absolutely gorgeous! Especially the Villa! And the mens dressing room has a pool table and their own private bar--not a mini fridge--a bar. Its just amazing. It is still one of my options for my wedding. The only thing stopping me would be the rental hours. Its 5 hours I believe for the ceremony and reception. And its a bit pricey to purchase extra hours. That would be the ONLY thing stopping me from booking this beautiful ranch. Book a tour, you will fall in love.

We had our 8th grade dance at this venue. They did a fantastic job helping us from the planning to the day of the event. Debra and Mike went above and beyond helping us get things ready. When the kids arrived, they helped wherever they were needed. I can t say enough nice things about this venue.

So my fiancé and I went to view the property this past Saturday at 11. I had to schedule for an early time due to our son having a baseball game. We weren t exactly dressed to the nines but we didn t look like bums either. We arrived 10 minutes early and there was no one there to greet us. When she finally did show up, she literally let us in the show room and said she would be back with the golf cart. She never introduced herself or asked our names. Once she showed up back up, we got on the golf cart, I figured that she would ask questions as far as what our vision was for the wedding. Nope didn t ask any of those important questions. She showed us the ballroom which was gorgeous. But failed to show us the outdoor reception site or the two sites where the wedding ceremony would be held. Didn t even show us picture sites either. We went back to the show room where she basically printed out a proposal with the highest amount for food, without asking what menu choice we wanted. And sent us on our way. This was by far the worst and most impersonal tour I have been on. The reason why we wanted to look at this venue is because I had a Co-worker who got married here and it was highly recommended. If this is how I can be treated just on a tour, I can only imagine how it would be on my wedding day. Beautiful for property, but they lost my business as soon as she showed no interest in what we wanted for our day.

My wedding was here at La Tranquila. I cannot compliment them enough! They have been welcoming, professional, informative, and helpful . through the entire process. The staff far exceeded my expectations in how much they do to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. My day of coordinator was Tara, and my main planning contact was Cindy. A wonderful, beautiful venue with a fantastic staff.

Nice wedding venue. Has an older house for the quaint wedding. House has an old school feel to it. Also has a large ballroom for the modern wedding. Very scenic. Has nice grounds for pictures. Has a pond and a gazebo. Lots of trees. Lots of good photo opportunities. Have to be careful to not miss it when driving by.
