This was my 3rd year using lonestar parties for my daughters birthday parties. Weve never had an issue until this passed Saturday. A few hours before the party started the blow up waterslide wouldnt inflate due to an issue with the fan. I called Russell and he was able to bring a replacement and get us back up and running within an hour! Ive always appreciated the responsiveness and kindness from the people working at Lone star parties which is why I keep coming back as a customer. Thanks again!

I cannot say good enough things about Russell and his company. Extremely nice guy. Talked me through all the packages and what he offers. Huge help. If you have any parties, go through this company!! You won t regret it!! Thank you Russell! Edit** we just had Dylan come by to deliver everything. He was terrific. Came with a smile on his face and even was able to fix when our circuit breaker went out. Great guy with even better attitude!

I ve have rented from Lone Star Parties several times and each time Russell and his team were attentive and responsive. Most of the times I ve reached out tot hem have been last minute and they worked hard to help us out each time. I highly recommend them.

I have never seen so many kids so delighted. Living in Southwest Texas snow is a rarity and the children do not get to see snow often. I can not tell you the joy that emanated out of the children, especially with the 2 year old crowd.

We have used this company with our properties in The Woodlands. They always arrive on time, with equipment set up and ready for an event to start! Booking with them is always an easy process and our residents love getting their images from the Photo Booth sent right to their phones! If you need a company to work with for residents or corporate, we highly recommend!

I reserved an inflatable for my kids birthday party and they were an hour and half late. I had the venue reserved for only another 30 minutes so i had to decline. The party was ruined and I could not even get an apology from the owner.

Totally not the company to do business with. I checked their website and they had an obstacle course available. I booked the equipment. When I called the day before to confirm they would show up on the date and time entered into their online booking program, I had to leave a message. Less than an hour later I get a text message, not a phone call, stating they had booked the equipment I reserved, and paid for, to another customer. Guess they decided not to rent to me since I was only ordering a single item and gave the equipment I reserved to a customer who had a higher ticket price. If your website states it is available and a customer places the payment you required you should provide the service which was paid for. If you want to make sure you get the equipment you pay for, look somewhere else.

I thought I wanted just a regular bounce house. Russell knew exactly what I needed. I ended up getting a great deal with a bounce house combo! The kids all over the neighborhood enjoyed every second of it. We will be looking forward to next years block party. I will say this was far the best experience I have had with a rental company. They delivered on time and set it up the way I wanted it. Thanks again Lone star parties. **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bad service and bad experience, they came one hour later than they supposed to be, and then they never appeared to pick up their stuff, so I had to save what a could in my garage and slept bad for being pending that nobody robbed the bounce house that was too heavy to move to the garage, then they appeared next morning like nothing just saying sorry and offered a coupon for next rent that of course its never going to happen after such an experience

I cant say enough about Lonestars amazing service level. We made a last minute decision to host a tailgate at NRG and Russell was great. Quick response via email and text. He actually arrived early to secure a prime location for our group and had set up complete by the time we arrived. We had an amazing turnout and by the time we returned from the game, Russell was already in breakdown mode for us. Russell and Lonestar will be my first call for all party engagements moving forward. We rented the Jousting game and all my students loved it. The delivery was on time, and the pickup was as well. They communicated with me the whole time. Ive used other rental places that show up late and the inflatables are filthy, but not these guys. Great prices, great service, Im definitely coming back!

Excellent customer service . I used their outdoor theater this past weekend . We were running late picking up the theater but they were so patient they waited, my event wasnt until May 5 that Saturday. I was allowed to pick it up the day before , on Friday at 11 am and did not have to return it until that Sunday morning. That was beyond courteous!! Needless to say my daughters drive in party was a hit.!! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Lone Star Party is the absolute best!!!

After waiting until the last minute to reserve tables for a halloween party, I was ecstatic to find a place that still had some left. If they dont answer you can text for a faster response which is super helpful! Russ was great, no run around, and got me what I needed for a great price. Thanks again!
