The people working there were nice. The restaurant looks beautiful and even smells new. What I didn t care for was the noise level, could hardly hear my friend talking me next to me in line. We opted to eat outside so we could hold a conversation, although it was 97 today. We got the last outside table, many were open inside, so my guess is there s a consensus for the restaurant being too loud. My beet salad with tofu was ok, nothing amazing. Lots of romaine, maybe a 1/4 of a small beet total jn my salad, and very little toppings. My friend was not impressed with her meal either. Might go back to check out the smoothies or fruit bowls but prob not for lunch.

First time visit for us, it was easy to order and quick service. Food was good and delivered quickly. Great day to sit outside on the covered patio. Service was good and polite. We will make another trip back in the near future.

Please try this place, it is delicious. Not only that the staff were so nice and the place itself so clean and tidy. I had the Hot Honey chicken bowl. Its the best bowl I have ever had.

I usually don t do reviews, but I think it is important since I was not the only one I heard another woman saying that it was too loud and yes, absolutely I was not able to stay there. It is too noisy and the food is not the greatest, but I will try maybe one more time.

Saw this new place leaving trader Joes. Thought I would give it a try for late lunch. Food was really good and they had a lot of gluten free options. Will be returning Dietary restrictions: Great place for gluten free options! Everything was delicious

I went here for lunch with my girlfriend to see what it was all about because its been packed since it opened and I was excited for the menu. We arrived at 1pm on a Wednesday for lunch and some nearby shopping. It was bustling and pretty packed, but we found a table easily and our food came out quickly. I ordered the hot honey chicken with hummus and added avocado. It was delicious: a perfect balance of texture and flavors. My friend ordered the Thai Coconut Chicken (I admit that I had some order envy) which was also fantastic. The grilled vegetables were a perfect pairing in the bowl. I loved the pineapple green tea, too! I will definitely be coming back to check out their other offerings!

I ll start with: I ve gone three times since they opened ~10 days ago. I really want this place to work out and become a staple for our family. Food: - it s nice to have a healthy option in this part of The Woodlands. - one time the kids chicken teriyaki was slathered in sauce, the next time it was the tiniest amount where the dish was dry; I m sure consistency will fix itself over time - my husband s brown rice was severely undercooked; again, we chalked this up to someone perhaps not knowing cook time for brown rice is longer than Jasmine rice and they were really apologetic when we mentioned it - I like that the kids meal comes with fruit; however the fruit is sliced apples and grapes (I.e., two of the top choking hazards for kiddos under 4) We had to do a bit of extra cutting on these - the adult chicken teriyaki bowl was ok - again sauce ratio needs adjusting and to build upon other reviews - the veggies need help - they re an odd texture - my FIL said his sandwich was great and my MIL said she d order hers again - my Asian Citrus salad was a little salty and for some reason overly spicy where you couldn t taste much of anything after a few bites :/ - the selection of foods aren t the same when ordering via UberEats versus in store. Just a minor annoyance if you like something and it isn t available Atmosphere: - when we walked in the music was so loud, I immediately asked the cashier if they had control over the volume and if they could lower it; our three year olds immediately covered their ears and they re used to chaotic and loud classrooms at daycare - no fans on the outside patio if you try to escape the noise - the second time we went, the music was lower, but the acoustics still leave the space incredibly loud. Not only did my kids cover their ears, I noticed older kids at two other tables with their fingers in their ears. This seems to be a common thing at these newer restaurants - they need some sort of sound absorption for the ceiling or walls - food service was a little slow, but we ll chalk that up to being new and they re getting into the groove of things - restrooms were clean and well kept Other: - napkins not available anywhere - the openings on the trash cans are something like 6 x6 or maybe 8 x8 , but you can t get your tray or the paper bowls into them without opening the doors and pulling the cans out. Just a little weird - the numbers aren t near the kiosks if you re acting as your own cashier. This annoying because you can t complete your order without a number - the workers have all been very nice each visit. Bravo on this part - you ve hired the right folks for customer facing roles - parking is already difficult with just one shop open in the former Ace Hardware building; this may be a deterrent in the future when other businesses open shop. The entire parking lot at TJs is usually a nightmare.

We were looking forward to the opening of this establishment but unfortunately, the food was not very good. Maybe it will get better after some time, but after first impression, I would not return. 1. Cleanliness: The drinks station was sticky and messy and no one was cleaning up. There was a caution sign to not slip on the floor with an active wet mess, and dried sticky sugary drink on the floors that had not been attended to. 2. Service: When our order came out the young woman serving bowls placed the tray on our table. We asked which bowls were which and she said said she said i dont know. I understand its a new place and most people are new, but she didnt even try to find out. 3. Food: In spite of all of these things, I would come back if the food was good, but unfortunately there are much better places to eat this same food in the Woodlands. The food came out in paper bowls and tasted similar to a reheated microwave meal. The flavor dimensions were just either sweet or salty. I tried three different bowls and none of them were great. The grilled vegetables were bland and rubbery and the sauces were overpoweringly salty. The rice was chewy and under cooked. 4. General Set-Up: Minor annoyances. When you order at the machine at the front, you are told to take a number but the numbers are behind the desk where you can not reach them unless you wait for the person at the counter to get it for you. After eating, and cleaning up our table, we noticed that the trash bins have holes for throwing away your paper bowls and holes for the trash bin are too small to accommodate the paper bowl. We had to pull out the bin from under the cabinet to throw away our trash. All in all, I spent $65.00 for two adults and two kids and I wish I didnt.

The Chop Shop sounds like a meat market, but it is a technology-driven kiosk service chain of healthy restaurants that focuses on the quality of ingredients and a fresh, light atmosphere. Everything about this restaurant feels like it was done with great care, from the solid walnut tables and pastel color pallet to the welcoming patio and friendly, engaging staff. The menu offers a wide variety of salads, bowls, and sandwiches, all of which look interesting, so it may take a while to pick exactly what you want. The kiosk ordering is well done, easy to use, supports rewards, and allows full customization. I found it much easier and more functional than other food kiosks you may have used. The food was excellent, although I will order light dressing in the future as an easy way to reduce, otherwise high, sodium. Theres a wide range of calorie options, and while I didnt try the sandwiches, they looked delicious. The restaurant was noisy even though it wasnt full when we went in; the combination of concrete floors and no sound baffling made it very loud. For some, that can provide an energy boost, but it may be challenging to hold a group conversation. If youre into eco-friendly, it looks like they use recycled and compostable materials. Two things are clear to me: this is a great, healthy addition to The Woodlands, and the excellent execution, attention to detail, customer focus, and good food means this chain will quickly spread across the nation. I can recommend it. Dietary restrictions: Highly customizable menu via kiosk. Parking: Small parking lot, park by Trader Joes if needed. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly too.

Freshly opened, clean vibe, easy, and customizable ordering system. The crew working there are all super nice. But, Im not sure about overly seasoned, salty, flavor clashing foods. Their food supposed to offer healthy options, but I think I got high sodium and sugar intakes along with fibers. All my tongue experienced were salty, peppery, and too sugary foods and drinks. And, the rubbery and dry onions and sweet potato hash were the cherry on top. Hopefully, their food will get better over time as they just opened.
