I have only ever posted five star positive reviews for places and have never posted a negative review, until now. My family took me to the Woodlands location last night for my birthday. We have been here a few times before and have had a wonderful experience each time. However, this time was absolutely awful. After our waitress sat us down, she asked us if we would like to see the menu or if we were there to enjoy the full experience. We told her we would like to do the full experience (that s what a Brazilian steakhouse is all about). We proceeded to the salad bar to start our meal and when we came back to the table, she had already filled all of our waters and brought us the cheese bread. A few minutes later, three more wait staff came out with the rest of the side dishes and then, absolutely nothing after that. After we ate the salad bar food we turned our cards over to the green side so we could start enjoying all of the delicious meats. However, we sat there for almost 45 minutes with not a single person coming over to offer us any of the meats. The gentleman that was refilling waters at all of the tables came by and filled our waters multiple times and asked us every single time what kind of meats would we like sent to our table. I told him any of the meats because we haven t received anything yet . We still sat there for almost another 10 minutes waiting. Finally my husband flagged down a server and asked him if we could start receiving meats now. A couple of minutes later, the first meet came out. Then again, nothing after that. My son-in-law flagged down another server and asked if we could have meat come to our table and a few minutes later a second and third meet came out. Then once again, absolutely nothing. By this time we were becoming very frustrated. The cheese guy came a couple of times and we enjoyed that which was absolutely delicious. During that time, I kid you not, six different people came out and asked us what kind of meats we would like sent to our table and both my husband and I replied with any meats would be great, but we would really like some sausage and chicken please . We literally sat there for almost an hour, waiting for any kind of meat to come to our table while being asked six times what kind of meat we would like to come to our table. We finally had to once again flag down someone and explain to them that we ve been waiting for over an hour, and they keep asking us and nothing has come to our table. Finally, someone came out with some pork and some sausage, but gave us the tiniest one bite pieces of them. By this time, we were so fed up that we were ready to leave. I had asked to please see the dessert menu so I could choose my Birthday dessert. One of the waiters brought out the dessert menu to me and then disappeared. We waited another almost 40 minutes for someone to come back and actually take my dessert order. I asked for my dessert to please be put in it to go box as we were beyond frustrated at this point, and just wanted to go home. When they finally brought out my dessert in a to go box, we asked if we could please have the check. They of course immediately brought the check out to us and then once again, we sat there for over another 20 minutes. My son-in-law had to flag someone down to take our card so that we could pay for it and get out of there. I am so sad and frustrated that we went there to enjoy my birthday and we did not enjoy the experience at all and paid over $300+ for absolutely horrible service and barely any food. After over 2 1/2 hours of sitting there mainly waiting to eat, my husband and I went home and I put my dessert in the refrigerator and pulled out some food that we already had at home and my husband and I ate that because we were actually still a little hungry when we got home, which should never happen after eating at a Brazilian steakhouse and enjoying the full experience . Unfortunately, we probably won t be back to this location, if any location after last night. We completely wasted $300+ and were still hungry when we left.

Such a disappointing experience. Last time it was great and my work lunch party was encouraged to buy discounts for next time. We were assured that multiple discounts would be honored. They were not. Tonight the food was mediocre at best. The service was spotty and uncoordinated. We had to ask several times for specific meats, drinks we had already ordered and desserts. At $100+ per person including drinks and tip, I expected more. I would not recommend anyone gamble on an off night. Take your birthday party elsewhere.

Wow, wow, wow... we had the best service EVER! Let me tell you. We had dinner here the kther noght and Liz, Melly, and Thomas were on it! Our drinks never went below half way, our plates were changed frequently, the mashed potatoes, bread and bananas kept coming out fresh. The meats came out to our liking as well. Alejandro the gaucho made sure the meats were made just right. This place is phenomenal! 100% worth the time and money. We even met the manager on duty Nina as she made her rounds to the tables.

Travis and lys rock! As a former waiter with Partys incan definitely say these two will take care of you! Food was fantastic as usual. Atmosphere is bustling and fun. My only negative suggestion would be to have a little more attention to those carrying trays or restocking dishes. We had 3 dropped plates near us. Thats a bit much imo. I visited Fogo de Chão on September 6 for my husband s birthday, which was also my first time there, based on a recommendation from a family friend. We both tried the $39 special they had advertised. While the food was great, the service was disappointing. My husband ordered a Coke and waited over 10 minutes for it, while I ordered a cranberry juice a few minutes after him and received mine first. I had to remind the waitress about the complimentary sides and follow up on his drink. Even though our meat cards were on yes please, we sat for quite a while without being approached by servers. It wasn t until a manager or assistant manager checked in on us that servers finally came by with the meats. Although my husband did receive a complimentary dessert, which allowed me to capture some nice birthday pictures, it was the highlight of an otherwise underwhelming experience. Unfortunately, our first visit didn t meet expectations, and we likely won t be returning.

Returned back for lunch as Eder, a manager here at this location requested, Due to our last experience. Well let me tell you they knocked it out of the park in every way. Our waiter Micheal D was one of the best waiters I ve ever had anywhere. The entire staff made sure we had an amazing experience. I take my hat off to this staff as the environment and energy you gave us will definitely have a coming back. The food was fresh the drink were cold and the desserts nicked my socks off. 10/10 thank you fogo de chão!!

Amazing friendly restaurant, always top notch !!! Brazilian iced tea is delicious , Garlic sirloin A++, so is the pork chop, lamb !!!! Love celebrating here !!! Thank You Added 09/03/2024 On our last visit it was super disappointing. There was a wedding venue during that time. We had to beg for service . We were ignored . When we asked for a meat selection it never come. I saw the supervisor ask the waiter to go to another table. Our go to place will be revised. This is NOT how you treat a costumers.

The meat service was disappointing, some was cooked well but not seasoned, others were over cooked and most of what was offered was chicken, pork and sirloin .i hadn t been back to eat there in a long time but they used to offer filet and other nice pieces of meat definitely wasn t the case yesterday. My caipirinha was very good but they removed it before I was finished with it I had left the table to use the restroom and they cleared it without asking. The other major turn off to our experience was the family seated across the restaurant with completely out of control kids and a father who was yelling at them constantly throughout our whole meal .it was distracting and disrespectful I was disappointed that management didn t even try to intervene or ask them to leave. You could tell that a lot of the diners were annoyed by this situation. Overall it s not worth the $$$ and we probably won t be back

I went there for my daughter s birthday on a Saturday night. The hostess was screaming names and was really rude. We were told wine was half off. We said we wanted a Chardonnay but instead of bringing us a menu to choose a bottle the waiter tried. To open and serve a bottle of his choosing . We said NO! wait even know the original price of the wine. We then ordered the house glass and did not get it for 30 minutes. Meanwhile we went to the salad bar and then waited 30 minutes to get the first cut of meat. It was good. After that each and ever meat was over cooked and inedible. I actually spit out one piece in my napkin. The entire meal we were ignored by the waiter. In the end when he came back one of our guest complained about the sour chardonnay. The waiter said the refrigerator and ice were out and that is why the wine was hot and bad. He kept on and on if she wanted anything else and we said no we just want the tab. The meat was horrible and the service was terrible from start to finish iit was my first time and I will never return. The response from the restaurant said to email my number and availability. I did twice and no response. I also called and left a message and no response. I don t understand a restaurant that is supposed to be focused on service having such bad service.
