Stay away! Marcos used to be good food with a hard to use website. Now it is good food with an impossible to use website, broken order tracking, outsourced delivery drivers via Doordash, and unanswered phones. They need to stop making decisions that result in ordering a pizza being a terrible experience.

I ordered a 10 pc wing and a Buffalo wrap to be delivered at 855pm. I get called twice call them back and the driver says where do you live I have the wrong address I told him he is 30 minutes to early at this moment Im not at home. Then he tells me where do I live after arguing that he is to early he hangs up on me. I call the business to get my money back and was offered 10 dollars off the next order but never even got my first order. Puts me on hold due to no manager finally to be told I would have to wait 2 days for my money back I drive up to the business to physically get my money back no apology my house is 1 mile from location automatic tip for the driver but was not paid my tip to show up. I cant rate the food so have no idea but customer service there was none

* My apologies to Marcos as Ive needed to update this but time got away from me dealing with a great personal loss. I wanted to let those who read the review know that Marcos reached out in a timely manner to resolve the matter but my focus was else where. I have no doubt they wouldve more than have made up for the mishap and produced a great product. First time to order from this Marcos as I just moved here from Dallas and looked forward to a great pizza as usual. But unfortunately all 3 pies were really underwhelming. Having a couple of guests I had to think quickly how to salvage dinner so after reheating slices, both sides in a skillet, the pizza was crispy on the bottom and the toppings had much better flavor. Not yet sure Ill try this location again.

Pros: Good location, very close. Clean. Service was fast and polite. Cons: Awful food, bland crust, sparse toppings, and whatever brand of root beer that was is positively wretched. It damn near ate through my stomach lining. Seriously Ill never go back. There are many better places in the colony for pizza. The staff was however VERY kind, quick and professional god bless you. You earned this place that second star

This was our first time eating Marcos, and the food was good, but I gave them 3 , because when ordering online I used the coupon for 1large 2topp, and cheesy bread for $15.99, and a ham salad. Once I placed my order, it stated we ordered a build your own pizza and salad but no cheesy bread. When we picked up the order, we had no cheesy bread, which isnt that cheesy, by the way, and the salad had like 3 pieces of sliced ham in it. Yes, I called them to let them know, and the manager went above and beyond to fulfill our order. So thank you to the staff and manager. But we wont be going back. Please do better, Marcos The Colony

Our food was made fresh and made well, the service was great, the atmosphere lacked professionalism because two of the ladies were arguing with each other. It was enough where we marked them down one-star because it kept going on while we were eating because we did eat there. Your community board that had notes on it still had items from Christmas and items from 2021. The parking situation here is really weird because the turn into the complex is very dangerous from the main road. It also makes a person nervous to park in the spots in front of the store because its so dangerous to get in and out of there. The one in Flower Mound is a better setup and they are always professional. The person who rang me up did not let me know about any of the specials so I ended up paying $46 for a pizza and some wings and two drinks. I think thats the most Ive paid for a pizza in 20-plus years. As a loyal Marcos customer for at least the last 10 years it would have been nice to have been offered some kind of promotion or coupon price or special.

I visited this pizza joint for the first time since moving to town . A beautiful young lady greeted me and had all my questions answered with such joyous expressions. iI believe her name was Hanna , she was very young but very professional and knowledgeable . This place use to be one of our favorite pizza places. It wasn t as good as rotolos. But, it was our second option. Now that rotolos is closed we get pizza here if we get pizza. Tonight was the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. When the pizza arrived it wasn t hot. Which is fine, the guy who took my order told me they were busy. That s a good thing for our economy. But the driver was so rude. I told them i was paying cash when i ordered. Well i handed the driver two $20 bills. He said thanks have a nice night my order was $24. I told him i needed cash back and his response was they don t give us cash bag for change anymore which i didn t believe at all. Long story short he kind of came at me and took a step inside my door. I called and talked to the manager. Gabe said he would but a credit on my account. Which is ok but this driver needs to be fired. I ve personally seen him drop pizzas on doors and leave.

I ve never tried Marcos pizza before but the first pizza I got it at this location it had hair in my pizza. So they credited me a pizza which I came back to try it again, the manager made it perfect. He had me sold, so I tried it again to give it another shot. This time My wife and I got sick after eating there pizza. It had to been contaminated. Not sure what they did but it ruined my weekend plans for sure. I won t eat pizza for awhile now. Makes me sick thinking about it.

Ordered a single XL pizza, and was given a time frame on delivery. Time frame past and called to cancel since we only had a small window to eat before leaving the house, the employee said the delivery guy had just left (20 minutes after the original delivery time). Asked to proceed with cancelling since we didnt have time to eat the pizza and was about to leave and they said they would refund the charge. As we were pulling out of the drive way, a delivery driver ran up to our door and dropped the pizza at the doorstep and drove off. Called the restaurant asking them why he did that and they assured me I wouldnt be charged. The day after I was still charged for the pizza.

I am very unhappy with the way this management has handled todays situation with all the closings. I went online to order but I couldnt do it yet the web page was showing the store is open. I then called this location and got their usual phone message to wait someone will be right back and waited and waited no one came. If I could leave zero stars I would. My wife had knee surgery earlier this week, and good friends of ours wanted to send us dinner tonight. So they chose Marcos. I was excited because I haven t had Marcos yet, and everybody really has high praises for them. I have none. The pizza, was OK, not terrible but not great in my opinion. But that s not the issue. The issue is there was a $10 family salad that was ordered with the meal. It was not delivered. When I called the store, they told me I had to call Uber eats because that s who it was ordered through. All I wanted was the salad to be delivered. It was already paid for, not by me, but by our friends. Marco s lack of concern and care to just deliver the dang salad just absolutely amazes me. What has happened to customer service? There is no sense of responsibility or action from Marco s to take care of a customer. No praise for Marcos from me. Zero stars.

Tried 2 different types of pizza, one with steak and the other with Italian sausage. These pizzas were really good, the jalapeno ranch is an awesome dip. Throw some pickled jalapenos on and it was great. I expected the chicken dippers to be crispy, however it wasnt. Not that its a bad thing, just a little unexpected. The cheese bread was amazing really liked the garlic flavoring.

How is it possible that we have ordered times from your restaurant and each time the pizza has been more delicious than the last???? The crust is the perfect texture, not greasy at all. We always get thick crust and extra well done and try a different pizza each time. We can tell the ingredients are good quality and fresh (so far!) Delivery was on time, pizza was hot, all service was knowledgeable and friendly. Maybe, maybe not, costs a bit more but you will find it SO worth it!!

Excellent pizza place. Surprisingly good and affordable salads. The pizza is a bit on the expensive side, think Dominoes. But the variety is much more impressive. Defiantly give them a try, theyre worth the little extra you pay.

New Pizza restaurant they have dine in but its really small and obviously meant to be delivery or takeout. Let me first say, they are not better then Rotolos Pizza Restaurant but they are better then Papa Johns which was our favorite delivery Pizza place till we tried this. The crust was amazing very flavorful, the vegetable toppings were crisp and fresh. The old world style pepperoni was superb. Also the vegetable toppings were large chunks you didnt have to search around for it to find it on the pizza. The shop it self is new and very clean with a open kitchen area that you can see right through from the front counter. We will be frequenting this location for our pizza delivery needs. Pricing is also good for the quality of the pizza. $-$$ Id say their regular menu pricing edges out Papa Johns as well. They also have a very comprehensive list of toppings available. Well done Marcos.

Steller!! In 56yrs I have never written a review for a business that is doing their job. However, this company and the franchise owner Chamal deserves recognition. If you wish to know why keep reading if not move on. I recently ordered a pizza for delivery fom Marcos pizza located at 5001 Main St. The Colony, TX and there was an issue with the ordered, no blame on any employee the owner absorbed it. He immediately replaced my order without asking for anything in return, i.e. the original pizza. I was able to give the original pizza to a veteran with a large family who is in need. Because of this I called back Chamal and requested that I pay for both pizzas. He adamantly refused and argued with me when I insisted. He told me that he was giving the pizza to my friend at his expense and was happy I could help a Veteran in need. I highly recommend Marcos pizza for their excellent tasting pizza, customer service and their generosity for fellow man. Phil M

I understand running a small business,you must be prepared for a grand opening.Seriously when they answered they said welcome to Marcos its a 2 hour delivery wait.Owners unprepared by far .Thats like a florist only having 1 delivery driver on Valentines Day!

My family and I tried this restaurant this evening, let me start by saying I ve never given a food review on google. I ve never have had food so good that I thought others should know. We had pepperoni pizza, cinnamon bread and cheesy bread. High quality ingredients, by far the best pizza I ve had in years. Thank you.
