A more unique taste of pizza that was very good. Very nice and clean and friendly staff. Very nice kids playground nice store so good for families. Parking: Plenty of parking nearby Kid-friendliness: Have a playground next door and a place set aside to eat with the kids inside

We came for a family birthday, not really a party. We were able to sit in the back room, and our grandkids could play on the climbing structure, while we could keep an eye on them, but also go back and forth. They have games in baskets in that room, along with an additional TV. Some of the family played card games, Uno and a game we had never played before, Taco, Cat, Goat, Cheese, Pizza which looked like fun. The staff was great, as always. We had: the cheesy bread; Margherita; Bees Knees and Pepperoni pizzas. All the food was tasty, and the hot peppers, Italian spices, and sprinkle parmesan are always a nice touch. We didnt have any alcohol, but the unsweetened tea was fresh and the kids loved the lemonade. We went tonight (Thursday) because they do a special BOGO so it makes it easier to get everyones faves. We always have a fantastic time here. Tonight was a little lighter than some Thursday nights we have been to, but we appreciated the extra space/time, to hang out. The staff doesnt rush you out, but its obvious there are times when people have been done, and they finally give up a table. If you have leftovers, there are rectangular boxes with the triangular tabs to make taking leftovers easy. I believe you can get boxes as well, if you have more leftovers than will fit in a box. Although we are not usually fans of thin pizza, Heritage has so many advantages, including tasty pizza, it is not even a downside. Parking: There is a business on the other side of the play structure that is not open at night, and the parking lot usually has spaces available, including several handicap accessible spaces. Kid-friendliness: There is a climbable play structure with slides, and other things on it in a short wrought iron fenced area. There are long benches outside, or if you sit in the long room closest, you can see your kids playing. You need to monitor your own children, and occasionallyna disagreement comes up between kids. Every time our grandsons go out to play (weve been going for years, so they are 8 and almost 6) they meet new friends even when the beginning is a bit bumpy. We have never witnessed any issues which were not solved amicably. Wheelchair accessibility: There seems to be more than enough room to maneuver a chair in and through, either from the front door, or in through the area by the play structure, where there is a sidewalk running alongside the building between the play area and the building.

I Normally go to this place and I had been pleased with it. This review only reflects my negative experience yesterday. I arrived at about 5:30 pm and had to wait in an empty line for more than 5 minutes until a lady who was working on her laptop and was obviously unhappy to leave her laptop, came over and took my order in a fairly unwelcoming gesture. When I her asked about a question about choices of salad dressings she disinterestedly responded she has no idea ( without asking someone else). She brought the salad to me with the same negative attitude. And Guess what! I had diarrhea 2 hours after eating the food. There two things that this establishment can do to improve. First, please require some type training for individuals like this to make sure they understand what the principles behind service and responses to the customer are, and that their own personal work and attitudes does not take precedence over the business of restaurant. Second, please run additional quality controls over what you are serving. As I stated, in the past my experience with this place has been positive and this negative review serves my last experience with them. Today Sept 17 (or 18) I visited this place again and I see everything is back to normal (my pizza and salad were excellent) after my last negative review and the constructive response of one of managers. I light of that I revise my negative review and give the place 5 stars. Thanks

A nice pizza restaurant with great beer selections. They offer a nice selection of pizza with various toppings. The prices are not that bad considering the current recession. Nice for family with or without kids. Nice for friends or eating solo. I suggest trying their bbq pizza. Enjoy.

Good beers, good food. Try the salads, theyre also amazing. Monday Night Trivia has become our family outing of choice! Changing to one star by how they treated the Trivia host, and the patrons coming in for trivia. When we inquired about the change, we were told about numerous complaints against the trivia host. Upon investigation, it looks as though the complaints were from the team that was so bad, they openly used phones during trivia. We were there that night, and the host politely reminded them of the no phones rule. They kept at it, and were asked to leave. This prompted a few of them to complain on review sites. Now, because of a few bad eggs, everyone else loses their trivia night. Management did not forewarn the trivia host, nor the regulars that trivia would be turning to Musical Bingo until the last night. It was bittersweet, but I wont be going back to Heritage until Trivia is back. EDIT: Beer selection has been slowly circling the drain, and the beer specials on Monday went from $3, to $4, to $5. The biggest crime is forcing Union Bears godawful brews for the beer specials. This is not a place for craft beers.

This is my second time to eat here. Everything I ve had has been great. Tonight we ordered the Tex-Italian salad and the uncle Louie pizza. Both were delicious! I think my favorite part about this restaurant is the choices of beers. My wife enjoyed the hop and sting miracle wheat and I tried both of their sours that they had on tap. The Peach Orange Vanilla sour was so flavorful and delicious. My kids were both happy with their cheese pizza. Great overall. The one negative was that our salad was slightly overdressed. Kid-friendliness: The playground outside is perfect for our family.

Love this place but this last experience was bad. It is bogo night so we know its going to be crowded. When we walked in we spotted a table open we went to sit down before we orderd and go to sit down. Soon after we sat down one of the staff came up and said he was saving a seat for someone. I was taking back by this since this has never happened before. He also said that it is first come first serv but I was sitting first. Not sure how that works. So we decided to leave and get pizza elsewhere. Thanks for the response. We have been in when you where busy and when we are the only people there, and this has never happen to us. If first come first serv means dont sit down until you order then there should be a sign. Very very rude to have someone get up from a table because its spot saved. It will be a while before Im come back.

I rarely do reviews. I was with my two boys, 8 and 6. We went there for the pizza and playground on a Monday night. Never again. Apparently it was music bingo night. That would have been okay except the electronic button pushing DJ had the volume at maximum decibels. I spoke with the manager. She could care less. Oh, and, you could count the number of little sausage pieces on the pizza - skimpy at best. Wont go back.

UPDATE After leaving my initial review, I unexpectedly received a refund after Selena Francos response. Therefore, I have upgraded my review. Thank you, Selena, for following up. --- Placed a carry out and received zero service when I walked in. Stood at the to-go counter and locked eyes with workers, but still no service. A guy even stood in front of me, looked me in the eyes, then walked away. Luckily, a woman cutting a pizza finally came over and asked me if I had been helped. Thank you to her. Overall, this place gave me bad energy.

Pay in cash if you don t wanna be double charged. I opened a tab with the bar, specifically said I would pay with a different card. joined another mother for a playdate and some pizza. i got the sangria slush and it was terrific, perfect temperature and not pricey. kiddos loved the outdoor playground and i can appreciate that it is gated. great environment for the littles. i stole a patio seat from the breakfast place across the way while they were closed and it was nice. other couples were enjoying the same. Vegetarian options: they have pizza toppings, so... Dietary restrictions: its a pizza place, so they have ingredients. just tell them what you want, or dont want. Parking: tons and tons of parking, free and valet, all across the parking lot and on the grandscape, although you probably wont want to walk from the parking garage. plenty of parking for this building and across the way. Kid-friendliness: i saw about twenty kids during my visit and every single one of them looked like they were having a great time. an employee came out to check the playground while we were there. nice. Outstanding pizza and service! I never thought I would like to taste honey in my pizza! Great mixture of spice! Ms. Franco a mixture of professionalism, kindness and takes pride in managing this great establishment! Quanah one of the severs was also professional, attentive and kind! I came here for the first time last weekend and got the smokey and a chief salad. The were both so good! I dont love when places leave a ton of crust without toppings, so I appreciated how they make the pizzas. My date and I ended up eating the entire 14 and a small salad each. I was so full. Ill definitely be going back! The only thing I wasnt impressed with was the frozen sangria; it was okay but nothing great. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

This is one of my familys favorite restaurants. Great beer selection and some of the best thin crust pizzas in the metroplex. One of the best features is that there is an attached playground so you can let the kids run around before and after dinner while you finish up your beer, or grab another for that matter. my POV: messagingI ve eaten pizza from east coast to west, to Europe (Italy). My ratings are based on these experiences over 50 years. First the crust: tasteless. The rest of the margarita (I order these so I can taste the minimal but important ingredients.) Lots of cheese, tasty sauce but the tomatoes seemed to need ripening. They were flavorless. Seems like it was packed with families with small kids. However, one take had a plate of un-eaten crust. I know that many people don t eat crust, but if it s an excellent flavor, it s a great addition to the pizza. Prob would not go back. Was on our way home from opinion shopping when we decided to grab a bit for dinner.

This place was disgusting and the workers didnt care. We had a large party of 25 and all the kids standing around wouldnt help us arrange tables and when I asked about the party room which was open 2 workers shut the door to have their own private room I guess. I then moved pretty much the whole main dining room myself and I cant believe the amount of dirt and food on the floor under the tables. Apparently, all the workers cant be bothered to help move tables or even sweep. I cant imagine what the kitchen looks like if the front of the house is such a mess. I guess I am not surprised how this was the only place empty in the area our party could get in with no wait. Sadly the food wasnt bad, although several orders were wrong or mixed up. If the place wasnt run by lazy staff, it wouldnt be a bad place.

The employees were fantastic. We had gotten there to pick up our order and the pizza was *slightly* burnt, but the owner was very apologetic and preemptively went about making it right and we didn t even complain! Even a little burnt it was delicious. So we went back a second time and this round of pizza was even better than the last. It didn t last 5 minutes at our house. I can honestly say it s one of the best pizzas we ve ever eaten. I noticed there are other food options there and I look forward to trying them out. But hands down this is our new favorite restaurant for pizza. So glad we stumbled upon this place by chance. It s so much better than the pizza chains like Dominoes and Round Table. The food was quite likable - the pizza reminded me of stuff I have had in Detroit. Loved it. Service was a bit lacking for the price but once you adjusted your expectations to a more street food joint level and not a full service restaurant you would not mind it. The ambience was family friendly and reasonably comfortable (not swanky or luxurious but comfortable!). Overall, I would happily go back to this place when I am looking for a quick dinner and dont need a fancy eatery.

Always very friendly staff, the pizza is amazing and the beer selection is great for trying new Texas beers. Kid-friendliness: We went on Fathers Day and this location was full of families celebrating. The kids all had crayons and were having a great time.

Weve always loved Heritage Pizza, but after tonight we love them even more! A mistake they made is actually what made this a great experience!! All businesses make mistakes yall. Its how they handle their mistakes that really matters, and Heritage handled it PERFECTLY!! The place was BUSY!! Tables all full, line out the door!!! And wed been waiting a long time for our food. I was HANGRY, but understanding that the place was crazy!!! I let one of the employees (maybe manager) know we never received our food. Jacob genuinely apologized, took ownership and IMMEDIATLEY fixed the issue (generously)! The food was delicious as usual, but the customer service was above and beyond!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Love this place. The one time we got a slightly burned pizza (crust), they gave us a voucher for a free pizza without us asking. The craft beer selection is great with about 40 craft beers on tap, plus your usual domestics. The atmosphere is always lively, and there is an outdoor playground just outside for the kids. Prices are reasonable for a pizza/beer place.

I had the lunch special with salad and pizza. I chose the spicy Caesar dressing but it was not good. The salad was big and filling for a side salad. I added my own toppings for the pizza. It was good! I had a taster of a blood orange beer they had on tap and liked/ordered it but the beer itself tasted soapy or something so they took it off my bill. Pizza came out quickly! Plenty of parking here, free. Semi-accessible entrance.

I understand inflation, but not 2+ times at once. 100 dollars for 3 pizzas feels way too much. I think I am done with this place for now, unfortunately

Ordered online through Doordash because online ordering was not available through their website, which is what they recommend for better service. The pizza and meats was super dry as if it was toast, I could not taste any sauce or cheese. I ordered well done on the wings but they were so undercooked and soggy, the worst it s ever been. I ordered nachos but received a box full of dry chips. The cheese sauce was jellylike and lumpy and only covered about 4 chips in the middle. It was so thick and lumpy we could not eat it after the first bite. We ve dined in in the past and it was good except for the last visit we didn t get our order and had to show our ticket after waiting over 30 minutes. No apologies from the staff. Unfortunately we won t be back. We ve lost a lot on money here on the last two deliveries.
