Always has good service and food. We are a family who typically disagrees on where to eat but even my picky eater will request to go here. She loves the bourbon chicken and noodles. Even for a growing preteen whos always hungry she can eat on it for a few meals, the portions are so big.

I should have read the reviews first!!!! BRant is NOT lying. Im visiting for work and dont have any family in Texas City so I thought it would be a good idea to grab a bite to eat and sit down so originally I stopped at Udo Japan, but they were closed for the holiday. Wrong choice I should have went home. I ordered the two meat plate with the sweet and spicy shrimp and the general tso chicken with half rice half noodles. I got a wonton soup and fried dumplings. The soup and dumplings were fine but the plate wasnt appealing at all. The noodles were stuck together and dry the rice was bland and over cooked even after adding soy sauce I couldnt pallet the side no biggie I was going to just eat the main but the chicken was dry and the shrimp was hard and chewy. Im not the type of person who likes confrontation so I asked for a refund for my plate the lady brought me $1 per management I informed her I would like a refund for the whole plate as I didnt touch anything (mind you I dined in they saw me not eat it i noticed a camera right in my direction). The owner (I assume) got really upset and said he doesnt do that, I let him know I didnt eat any of it and he said its not like I could put it back [well no usually it gets thrown away where it belongs of course you cant put it back but most places if the customer is not satisfied they give them a refund (mind you I paid cash, so no hassle and he could have kept the tax)] I said I understand that may I just get a new plate because the items I got were old, no maam I can replace the shrimp and thats it. So again I said well I didnt eat any of it so thats not really fair and he said we dont do that. unfortunately i couldnt take pictures of the food to show you guys because I left crying and hungry because not only am I alone on the Fourth of July Im also hungry because that was all the money I had. If you can avoid wasting your money here I would suggest you do so the food has no flavor and it sits out all day. The owner is a nasty person and does not deserve good peoples business. Im not a scammer or anything I work hard for my money and all I wanted was a decent meal and he robbed me of that on a HOLIDAY!!! Ive had nothing but horrible experiences in Texas city GET OUT IF YOU CAN JUST KEEP DRIVING DONT EVEN STOP! Go to best wok its worth the trip!!! Better food and better service. Literally the worst experience by far.

Pretty good place. Could use MORE VEGGIES, but you get what you Pay for and then some. Love it. Parking: You can park on the side or front of restaurant or close to it by parking in Jack n a box parking lot. Kid-friendliness: The kids Ive seen had no problems eating there. Wheelchair accessibility: I havent seen a person in a wheelchair, but the couple had walkers. No problem getting their food.

I Wanted a refund because the noodles weren t edible! they tasted, smelled and looked expired! The manager wouldn t refund me even though I didn t eat 99% of the noodles, he s that cheap and also offered more noodles of the same batch? He only wanted to give me noodles as a refund instead of offering something else. I ve been coming here since they opened and am a local. Since you have to walk through the line and tell them what you want, you can choose from the majority of the options at a buffet without having to eat everything, this is really the only way I want to eat Chinese food in a pandemic. I can t say enough good things about this place. It s got a food court/cafeteria set up. Food is fresh, servings, are generous, and the price is right. Stopped in for lunch and my total after a drink was under $10 for their two meat plate combo. In, out, and satisfied in 20 minutes. It will definitely be a regular stop for me when I m in Texas City. Sorry but I have to give you two stats mamafu. I ordered the 3 entree plate. I called my order in. The lady said my order was $9.74. When I went to pick up my order I was asked what I ordered. I mentioned I had ordered the three entree plate and explained what I ordered. The man working said my order had not been prepared and proceeded to fix me some food off a buffet that looked Ike the food had been sitting there all day long. I asked where MY specific order was at. I was asked if a female took my order. I responded yes it was a female. I was told that SHE forgot. I turned and walked out of the restaurant ordering nothing. Please get your restaurant in order. This is not the way to conduct business!
