I dont know where to start. Im normally not the person to make reviews like this, but sadly, it has to go this route. This place of living is absolutely out of whack. Ive been here for almost three months and have yet to have any repairs made. But when it comes to money, they are quick to take it or question you about it. Since living here, my apartment has been infested with roaches, my cabinets are falling off, the roof leaks, and my dishwasher doesnt work. I have multiple water damages around the apartment. Ive tried many times to put in a work order, but the portal is not allowing me to get in, which seems to be an issue for a lot of people. Ive gone to the office, where the lady just doesnt care, but why would she while shes sitting in a working AC office? They said they would give me a temporary AC unit for the time being as I have a two-year-old son who needs to get some air, but that has skyrocketed my light bill to almost $300. I never got to view my apartment until move-in, and upon move-in, its been issue after issue.

Worst experience ever if I could give 0 starts I would the staff is very rude the apartments are ROACH INFESTED and they will lie and say u brought the roaches with you when multiple neighbors also say they are having the same problem.. RATs your dishwasher will not work because there are rats in the walls the maintenance stole things out of my apartment when he come FIX things that never got fixed

I hate it here.. the riches are so bad it s crazy every month there is a new $100 out of no where the staff doesn t care how they talk to people . I moved in my newly renovated apartment with my bath tub walls caving in, roach infested, still had the previous owners things in here still and the apartment was no cleaned I had to personally clean it and got blamed for the mess even tho it was our move in date I have made multiple complaints and nothing has happened.. and let s not forget they will make every excuse to not come fix their problems or give u an ultimatum before they actually come fix it and you will be charged

Weve been living here for 5 years. Three years in a 2/2 and in a 3/2 for two years now. Im starting not to like it here. Charged $75 for a clogged toilet thats been clogged a month. Report it several time and maintenance came over said were flushing wipes. This not true as my son (16 years old) never has or used wipes. Management said kids lie but why would my son lie and weve been living here 2 years with no issues? For 3 weeks now, my son puts the used toilet paper in the trash because of constant clogs. This problem just started about a month ago. Maintenance pulled the wipes from the toilet and put them in the sink to take a picture, which was unsanitary and it made me mad. Where in my lease does management have authorization to charge for plumbing repairs? I pay my rent and early most times. Im thinking they calling my son a liar and Im the lease holder so you calling me liar and thats something I dont do as I dispise it!

They switch up the pricing way to much. Dog pop is everywhere in the yard. They charge you double for water. My rent is suppose to be 950.00 and somehow is always over 1400 for a 2 bedroom. I do not recommend.

I have been a resident at the beautiful Arise Apartments in Texas City. I hardly ever give a Google review, but I feel like because of the outstanding management and staff here that they have well-earned and deserved me taking a few minutes to tell you about my experience at Arise Apartments as being a happy and satisfied resident. The property itself is absolutely magnificent. Its extremely clean, the landscape is very nice and well kept, there is a sparkling swimming pool, a security officer that walks the grounds at night, I love having a carport to protect my vehicle that was no additional charge. All the staff from the management to the leasing agents, and maintenance are all extremely professional, polite, and are always readily available to ensure my comfort here as a resident.I also love everything I need is literally within walking distance: Including the great fishing at the Texas Dike! I would like to tell anybody looking at this page to take a chance and come on out and meet the great staff, look at the beautiful property, and you too I assure you will want to be a resident here as you will not be disappointed...but impressed when you leave here.

The office staff is great! I especially appreciate priscilla she helped me with my move in. She is so nice and sweet! She kept in touch with me through out the whole process as well as kept me updated. She also helped me with my walk through. The apartments are great, but if I have any issues I definitely contact priscilla.

I can honestly say the experience I have had has been excellent, Priscilla, the agent who took care of me, is very courteous and professional, always smiling with a positive attitude which me feel very welcomed. If you plan to visit or call, I recommend speaking with Priscilla!

The staff is always polite and professional, that is the only reason they have stars. Completing repairs takes months, the water is always cold, and the grounds are littered with trash most nights. Definitely regret signing a lease here.

Absolutely love living here in the Arise Texas city Complex. Management is always willing to help with any issues whether big or small. If Chelsea cant help you (which would be surprising ) Cecilia will figure it out.. your next move should be here
