Well we just tried to come here & when we walked in there were signs saying open until 10pm....but the girl told us they decided to shut down at 8:30pm. Why would a business close down almost 2 hours early??? This is dumb.

The trampoline area is very bare and costs 2xs what the others do in the area. First time here- won t return. Kids were bored after 5 min and $40 (for one hour) for 2 kids-

My daughter (8 years old) got kicked out of the race car because she was struggling to move the car which lead her to hit slightly the walls. This made her really upset when the guy took her out.. Not coming back.

July 30 2022 We bring our grandson here every year for one evening while traveling. We are from Orange Texas and our experience until this year has been great. Dodgeball became a real war of referees being physically aggressive hitting in kids in the face and laughing when it hurt them. them.

We got the platinum bundle(unlimited package, minus the arcade games), a little pricey if you are buying more than 1. We made sure to get our $ worth out of it though. We stayed here several hours. They have several trampolines, acarde games, mini bowling, putt putt golf, go carts (adult track & kids track) roller skating (only 4 wheel skates) and altitude. They also have food and a bar section. Great painting on the walls as wellGreat place to hang out and have fun. Plus side it wasnt super packed so no long lines! Will definitely be a return customer :)

I went to the vending machine to get some peanuts. I put my dollar in the machine I pressed the #55 and the machine did not give my dollar back. I told staff and they act like they didn t care. This is why everybody goes to urban air.

They no longer allow you to use your own grip socks, now you have to use/buy Altitude grip socks. For some reason the Urban Air trampoline park grip socks are not good enough. Just another way for them to make more $ on top of the fact that the lockers available for storing your stuff costs 1$ each time you want to open / close it. Well stick to Jumping World

Manager Megan very unprofessional. The place looks clean but smell bad, like foot odor. I can say mi kids had fun there but let s be honest kids enjoy playing in the mud as well. I recommend you read the waiver if you are thinking to have a birthday party. Why ? Because according to their rules you won t be allowed to enter if your kids have a medical condition whatever this means , orthopedic problem ( my son has a casket and he wasn t allowed to enter) and any other visible physical condition. I have personally called 3 other places to compare policies and I honestly tell you that Altitude is very ridiculous. And cafeteria prices as well. Good luck if you ever have an argue with the manager!!! Horrible

The kids have so much fun here! From dodgeball to trapeze to a foam pit...the place is huge. The folks working there were nice and the kids really like the socks we had to purchase. Also, kids under 2 are free and kids 6 and under jump for like half the price. Its awesome. Check it out :)

The staff of Altitude steals things from the kids cubbys. The managers are stealing phones from the cubbys. So dont have any kind of event at the Texas City Altitude you will get robbed i promise. Theres a manager named Megan she is a very shady manager.

I have taken my children to a number of jump trampoline parks. Altitude in Texas City is by far the nicest, cleanest, and best staffed park! The place smells so fresh and clean. The staff goes above and beyond always and always with a smile. Even if you dont live in Texas City. It is worth the drive to this one. They also have a great concession stand with variety of foods and drinks! Check them out for your next family day, birthday or any occasion!

Some areas of the foam pit are knee deep and hard. My daughter landed on her face and had a bruise on her cheek for a MONTH! Foam pits should be deep enough for you to not hit the bottom.

This place is always a lot of fun when we come. My son really likes the dodgeball arena while my girls like to explore all over. My husband and I will also will jump with the kids. The pizza is good. Overall, it is a nice occasional outing. It is quite expensive for a family of 5.

I used to take my kids to jumping world since I used to work there a couple years back, but after coming here I wont ever go back. The extra 15 min drive is so worth it. Everything looks so clean and new like it is cleaned daily. The staff is nice and friendly and doesnt just blow a whistle and yell at your kids. My boys had a great time
