We ordered chicken & rice and chicken & noodles. There are no vegetables which I didn t realize in either dish. The chicken was dry and no flavor in both dishes. The noodles were wet with oil. It is in a failing mall so the atmosphere and service is just okay. We will not go back. It was too expensive for the lack of quality. I think most of the products are sold at Sam s club.

Sometimes I ll come spend $50 at the trampoline park next door so I have an excuse to come eat here. I get the salmon hibachi every time. I love a good hibachi restaurant, and while this is located in the food court of a dead mall, the food tastes better than some 5 star hibachi steakhouses. Definition of a hidden gem. 1 star for ambiance because it s in the food court of a dead mall, but damn I still love it.

OK, the guy doing it all isnt going to win a Mr. Personality award. I thought he was having a hard day, but apparently this is his regular attitude. I decided to give him the extra kind treatment and a big smile - he probably needs it and didnt hurt me one bit. The food was great and there is plenty of it. I had the 8.99 daily special - what a deal!! If you take his mood personally, you may leave offended. But if you can overlook the grump, youll enjoy a tasty meal.

MANAGER IS SO RUDE AND DO NOT WANT TO WORK. He demanded he would not help me place a order. WORSE PLAY TO ORDER. Not worth your time at all. HE IS SO RUDE. If i could leave zero stars i would! He doesnt want to work! Allow another business owner that care about their clients to be there. Ive been in customer services over 5 years. This man shows no experience of good customer service. RUDE RUDE RUDE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This was my first time at this establishment. The cashier/cook (same person) was very rude and acted like he did not want to be at work. He talked down on his customers, wasn t helpful in explaining the menu, and made the overall exchange unpleasant. The food was decent, but if he s the only one that can take orders and interact with new customers then I will not be returning nor will I be recommending this location. For the price you can go to an actual restaurant and get full service and better food.

Best pho Ive had in a long time. I got the beef and brisket pho. The broth was extremely well-seasoned and balanced. It was like a salty-sweet combination but I truly have no words to describe its full deliciousness. Beef and brisket were tender and juicy. Noodles cooked just right and really soaked up the flavor of the broth. It was like an orgamsm in my mouth. No external seasoning was necessary, not even the lime slice that most places give (or the soy sauce and Sriracha). Definitely ordering from here again. The people were not rude. I think many confuse rudeness with just being direct and straight to the point. You do need to have a bit of patience though as it takes some time for the food to be prepared

THIS PLACE WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!! My co worker took me there, the food he was making looked and smelled good, ignored us for about 10 minutes (didnt pay any mind he was the only one and had two orders before us) my friend order beef pho and HE CHARGED her incorrectly, she noticed and after I ordered she politely said sir this is the pho right, the soup he instantly began to raise his voice and become frustrated. The price difference was literly $0.14 cents. We told him we are happy to pay the difference. Began yelling and telling my friend to look at his pictures to see what she wants. I told him she told you PHO , BEEF PHO and asked firmly did you make it yet? He responded no, and that he doesnt have time to do this and she told him to refund her that it was fine, I also asked for a refund before he even began making anything. He was EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and continued to huff and puff i then told him if he was so stressed maybe he should have someone else help instead of treat people the way her does, I told him its not that hard for us to pay the difference and he said do I know what a computer is and how it worked,, i questioned and asked him your asking me if i know what a computer is asked? And replied of course I do and I also work with the public and I would never talk to someone the way he is talking to us and let him know HE WOULD NEVER GET our business. I then asked if he was the owner and he said no!. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but I wanted to take the 10 minutes of my time to ensure I did this time.

Pho Tai Nam, extra hot sauce, and fried chicken dumplings.. I cannot get enough. Ive been here several times, Ill probably be a regular at this point. He has not been mean or rude any of the times Ive went either as many people say he has.

Very disappointed! The web hours say, 10:30 am to open. But placed a called at the time it stated and the owner said, he was in the store shopping for more product. Change your hours if you cant commit to the time that states 10:30 for opening. This place wont be open for long....

Use your noodles, kids. Well, here you can slurp them! The guy works / cooks alone. The first time Id gone, three people ordered before me, five people after. Food is made to order and freshly cooked delicious yummy for tummies - WORTH THE WAIT if you have time and are patient. Be patient. Todays a rainy one and an ideal time for comfy noodles or pho soup! I stopped and grabbed some spring rolls just to try the place out. Service was poor and spring rolls were okay.....sadly Ive enjoyed HEB spring rolls equally or better than many places including this one in the area. Im needing a trip to Killeen to pick up ingredients to make some tasty ones myself including all of the tasty ingredients not half or skimpy as Ive been getting.

Was skeptical about hibachi food being served from a gas station, but it is a very professional commercial kitchen and the food is outstanding. Also it s about half the cost of similar local hibachi restaurants.. although he doesn t do the onion choo-choo train thing. Bummer.

This guy delivers every single time. The only two issues that I have with this establishment are: one the location. being located in a gas station is not ideal by any means. Also the hours of operation for this little business. By all means, I understand why. Considering theres only one person that works the restaurant. However, I wish they would have normal operating hours instead of closing in the middle of the day. Lets get down to what matters. The FOOD its amazing no doubt about it this dude knows how to cook. Especially those steaks. He always has very high quality beef to serve. After talking to the gentleman that runs the place he mentioned that he worked at a kobe steakhouse before this. So, he knows his steaks and you can tell it. The rice is great and so are the vegetables. Overall this place is an amazing bargain with amazing food.
