We came for a celebratory lunch in honor of my mother-in-laws birthday. They brought us chips with a live cockroach in them and we showed it to the waiter. She just took them away without apologizing. I ordered a taco with carbon corn tortilla. They brought me one with a flour tortilla. My mother-in-law ordered a mini taco with barbaco. They brought her one taco with barbaco, but not a mini, a regular taco. We asked to change it to a mini taco from another waiter. After a few minutes, they brought us the same taco My mother-in-law agreed to eat this taco, as it turned out later, the barbaco was very greasy We asked to talk to the manager about this situation. Manager Elizabeth listened to everything and said: ok. We will not hear the words sorry, none of the waiters apologized, including the manager did not say words of apology. I want to say again, it was a festive lunch in honor of my mother-in-laws birthday. We were left hungry and insulted. The service is terrible!!! The management is terrible! The manager Elizabeth does not care about the service, about the clients, there are no words of apology, her only word is ok. We do not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances!!!

Definitely our favorite restaurant in Temple. The service and the ambiance are absolutely spectacular. We love the design of the building make you feel like youre in Mexico. It is a very old world style with all of the lighting and furniture products obviously being shipped in from Mexico. We love the chandelier lights and the hardwood tables. Its even really cool that they have pictures on the wall of classic Mexican heroes. They even have embossed metal tiles on the ceiling. The foods absolutely delicious with the enchiladas having exceptional flavor and some of my favorites being the seafood platters with shrimp Diablo and shrimp rancheros. They have a very thorough breakfast menu with all your typical American items of pancakes bacon and eggs. We also love the omelets. So many amazing things about this place!

We needed some breakfast near the hospital and stopped here mostly because of distance. I was very skeptical from the moment I walked in. And my antenitas de vinil are never wrong. none of us finished our food, the salsas were watered down and runny. It does have lots of good reviews tho.

Excellent place for a family celebration, the staffs attention is very good, the food is delicious, the portions are adequate, the waiting time to receive the food is very short, if you are going to celebrate a birthday it is a very good option, you will love it. They sing the mañanitas to the celebration and provide them with a charro hat for the moment, at the right prices.

The sopapillas are sooooo good with the fresh whipped cream. The barbacoa is always fresh and perfect. Everything is always good and the atmosphere is very inviting. They even have really good wings now. My daughter says they are her favorite from here.

Today having brunch with my Mom was my first visit to Los Tres Magueyes. It was absolutely not disappointing! I believe what really made the experience stand out for me was our waitress. Our waitress had the softest, sweetest personality & was appropriately attentive. She checked on us at appropriate times to ensure we didnt need anything without interrupting our visit or being intrusive. I sure do wish I could recall her name to share! The food was good. It was nothing just incredible to sing crazy praises about, but it was delicious & enjoyable. I will say the hot sauce/salsa definitely had a bite to it...both the green sauce and red sauce equally.

Not sure how this place has gotten so many good ratings. I had the enchiladas that seemed like the tortilla was not cooked and they just poured the sauce on top. Beans and rice were bland, queso tasted like velveeta and the chips seemed like they were bought from the store. Service was slow. Very disappointed.

Was my coworkers Bday and got to go to a place I had never been too before. The food was good, the service also,unfortunately the atmosphere wasnt.. we kept on asking for some music but apparently noone around had access to it. SAD!. the prices were a little high . Horrible service. After we got our drinks, the waitress disappeared. Refills were slow. Half our food was brought out, and then the waitress disappeared again. After 30 mins, we got the other half of our order. Only for the waitress to disappear again. We had to ask someone for our ticket and again where to pay. When we spoke to the manager, he just made excuses, saying that they were busy. So busy, but he was standing around doing nothing. We will not be back . The food was decent but not great.

Took my mother here for her birthday. Food was great and the restaurant was nice and clean. However, the service was terrible. I tipped to be nice but I should have left nothing at all. We were brought chips and salsa right when we sat down. We waited 15 minutes to have someone come to our table to take an order for our drinks. My mom s SO had to raise his hand to get someone s attention. The whole time he said they were just looking at our table but no one was wanting to come by. We had to request chips four times before anyone brought any. We had a different person come to our table the majority of the time. My mom s SO who is a veteran thought it could be because of his darker shade of skin. He was very upset once we left. I am not sure why we received the service we did but I will never come here again. Your customers are the ones keeping your restaurant afloat and paying your staff. Have some respect. And no I don t want an apology. I want people to read this and know this is a possibility of the treatment they will receive.

I went through the drive-through to get two tacos around eight something when I receive my tacos I went to the parking lot there because my sugars were dropping I ve bit into the taco. This was our first time dining there for breakfast. Everything was so good. We got chops and salsa. I had the breakfast burrito with everything, and as you can see, it was loaded. My husband had the two eggs, two sausage, hash browns, biscuit and gravy. The staff was really nice. Our waitress came over several times to see if we needed more coffee or anything. This is the third time I have been here and the service is getting worse. Yesterday I came in and ordered one breakfast taco with a side of rice and sat in the drive-thru for 12 mins at the window while the man was taking other orders. Finally when they come to the window to take my payment it took an additional 3 minutes just to process that, I left got to work just to sit there for one taco and they still get my order wrong after the woman repeated my order back to me 3 times. Fast forward to today 2024FEB07 went to get my food from yesterday that they messed up on hoping that they will do a better job and same results as everything stated above just different employees. They really need to do better with customer service and get the orders correct whats the point of repeating a order back to me when you still mess the order up. Treat others the way you want to be treated and make customers food the way you would eat your food when you take your lunch break and eat something from your job. I am starting to get convinced that they only care about there race, reason I state that is cause I was missing stuff that I paid for and I will make them aware of it and they want to check the whole bag and open your food container to make sure like a person would lie about not having the sauces they asked for or chips that comes with the meal, then once they see that you are correct they dont apologize for the inconveniences but will be glad to take a tip from you fast. Will be the last time going here to this place piss poor management all the way down to the people that clean the restrooms. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT THERE ARE MANY OTHER GREAT MEXICAN RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA TRUST ME WITH WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Service was a little slow on drink refills. Serve actually took my glass to refill it, got it back about 10 minutes later. I assumed they were growing the leaves for the tea, then had to dry them out, crush them, put them into bags, and then source water to use to make the tea itself.

This place started as a drive-through taco shack. Now its all grown up and is a really nice restaurant. The atmosphere is perfect for a Mexican restaurant. The salsa verde is so good, you will attend church on Sunday and confess and repent for sins you never committed.

The place is decent, it lacks some cleanliness, the food is equally decent, as well as Mexican Mexican, well no but its close to everything Ive tried in the USA. I will surely return again

It was my sons birthday, and asked him to pick a restaurant, so they took me there in which it was my first time going there my daughter and I loved it the services was awsome and the waitress was so polite and friendly, everytging was great, very nice and clean.

Ive been a loyal customer since 2010. I continue using the drive thru and get Street tacos or breakfast tacos. Love the red sauce. Good service, excellent food, and the owners are magnificent.

Food was and delicious. Everytime I come to this area I eat here never disappoint Parking: Because the food is so good I suggest to get there early the parking lot fills up quick Kid-friendliness: Yes
