I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this law office. An attorney in Belton, who didnt handle Estate issues, highly recommended this law office. He said they are a great firm, especially for Estate issues, and the only one he would recommend. He was absolutely right! I worked with Eric & Karen. They are experienced and know the law. They were on top of everything every step of the way. If I had questions, they responded within 24-hours. They did not contact me unless they had real business to address (I liked & respected that). They were prompt with all court filings, etc. (and this is a big deal). They explained issues as they surfaced, advised, and worked with me all along the way. They are a great team, and the office staff is soooooooo awesome too!! 100 Thumbs up!!

Just resolved a probate case that was 3 years running due mostly to COVID and uncooperative other side. My cause was a very small matter of probate with few assets in the estate. I was assigned all the resorces as if it was the same as a multi-million dollas estate. I was kept well informed for over 3 years about matters. In my case, the verdict rendered by the jury was in our favor but even if it had gone the other way, I would still give the firm 5 stars. Thank you Eric and team.

I was turned away when closing on a home in 2 weeks. I only had a couple of questions about the contract. I asked for a quick phone call instead and was told yes for $175 four days after the closing day. Not very caring especially to be the holiday season!

Karen Villanueva provided excellent service for us. We used her help on multiple occasions. She is always very attentive. Last time, Karen completed the required paperwork on very short notice despite being in the middle of the holidays. The previous attorney asked for a lot of money to start working on our case, but she could find a much simpler and better solution for us, and our legal plan covered it. I called Harrell, Stoebner & Russell because I had a very complex real estate issue that I needed handled. This was my first time working with lawyers, so I did not know what to expect. Tyler Livingston was assigned my case. I was blown away by his professionalism, and attention to detail. After briefly explaining my issue, he basically took a heavy load off of my shoulders and did the appropriate research and ground work. I was shocked that he took the time to go into such great detail to ensure that he did took the most appropriate action for my personal situation. Once the final bill came, I was once again surprised by the value I received. I would have expected to pay much more than I was charged due to the amount of time Tyler spent on my case. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone seeking representation, and if Tyler gets assigned to your case, you will be in great hands. No doubt that I will use this law firm again in the future if the need arises.

I have been more than satisfied with HSR!! I have closed several real estate deals at their office. The lead legal assistant for all RE closings is Debbie Smith and she is a top-shelf ROCK STAR!!! I could close deals with my favorite local title company, but the small extra dollars to close with Debbie is way way worth it. Besides being very responsive and easy to communicate with, her extensive knowledge on legal matters and her quick access to the various on-site attorneys has been an extreme value for our crazy deal scenarios that are rarely normal transactions. Also, Toi Maddox handles my new corporate biz filings at HSR and she also maintains my corporate books. Her knowledge and expertise has been very helpful in guiding me to make the best choices for starting a new biz entities. She also thoroughly understands the affect on accounting aspects too, which is another helpful resource. Neither of these awesome ladies give legal advise, but they both help me think thoroughly about my situations, and from many angles. This benefits me to choose a better path forward than I could do alone, or in some cases, helps me to determine if an attorneys advise and assistance is needed, etc. All the attorneys and staff I have met at HSR are very friendly and helpful, but for me, Id like to highlight these two sharp gals. The bottom line is that HSR is a great vendor resource overall for many legal matters, especially those involving real estate and business entity formation. :-)

I worked with Randy Harrell and his team regarding my deceased fathers estate. The case turned out to be far more complicated than any of us expected but throughout the entire experience the team at HSR was available to me when I needed them. Randys assistant Joann was very responsive when I would call or email and they always got me an appointment with Randy timely when I asked for it. They were very thorough and always professional. As mentioned before, my case turned out to be more complex than anticipated but Randy was always one step ahead, anticipating my needs and explaining in detail what he was doing and why he was doing it. At the end of the day the team at HSR took care of business and built a strong case that resulted in the best of all possible outcomes when it came time to come before the judge. Considering everything that occurred over the ~9 months that it took to resolve the case I feel that the overall cost of their services was very fair and I highly recommend this team for their estate law services.

I never thought I would have needed a divorce attorney, and when the time came that I actually needed one, I was miserable. It was a huge hiccup in a plan and it definitely created a lot of stress. I worked with Mrs. Darby through the process of the separation, custody and all other things involved and could not be happier with the service she provided. She treated both my ex wife and I fairly and was honest about everything every step of the way. I had my initial consultation with Mr. Russell, who seemed very understanding of my situation. They worked very diligently to get my daughter into supervised visitations with her father. Unfortunately, I let them go because I listened to the wrong person, that was not awared of the changes to the law. I was desperate and naive and I hired another lawyer who was recommended to me by this person and now I am deeply regrettable. I just want to say that Brittany Darby was great; she answered my questions even when she was on maternity leave. I am deeply sorry for the headache that I may have cause her and I would recommend this law firm to anyone who is struggling with family matters.
