I ve never felt like I deserved quality haircuts/color but I was wanting a balayage and instead of doing it myself I decided to give Eli a try. Words cannot describe how well my hair turned out, not only did he do a beyond-perfect job but he is a great person to connect with. He made me feel beautiful and brought my hair to life. So sad I will be relocating and can t continue to see him (who knows I may even just fly back here just to get my hair done). Rigo helped and did fantastic as well. This salon has such beautiful people working in it and I wish I found it sooner.

I had the joyful experience of getting a haircut by Emily. She was very nice, caring, and I loved her personality. Emily made sure I was 100% satisfied with everything before, during,and after my cut. The salon itself was beautiful, calming, and a pleasure to be in. I enjoyed my time there thoughly. Rigo is the absolute best! I will never let another person touch my hair from now on!! I told him what I wanted, and he blew my mind! I didnt think the color correction was even possible!!! Rigo is amazing, a true master of his craft. He hears your request, makes sure you are both making sense of it and offers great feedback. Hes insightful and gives the best suggestions, you just cant go wrong in his hands. Hes just the sweetest person on top of that and so easy to talk to. The salon is very cute, nestled downtown with some great local coffee shops and eateries. I always treat myself to one of their complimentary mimosas (they have other things but I never bother to ask ) then walk it off on my way to lunch nearby afterwards.

The salon is beautiful, but Rigo is who you want to see. I ve NEVER had a more enjoyable salon experience. His hands were gentle, his conversation was easy and fun, and he made me look amazing! Rigo clearly is an expert in his field. I don t understand how he ended up in Central Texas from New York, but I am so so grateful.

Me and my daughter got our hair done by Christopher. He did an amazing job on both haircuts. He even managed to give her a mini blowout. She loved the feel of her hair for days. They are reasonably priced and the staff are super nice and kid friendly. The staff at T Town next door are super nice as well to them as well. Its always nice to see local businesses working together to make the community even better.

MY NEW FAVORITE SALON!! Amie and Alexis were sooooooooo amazing as well as the salon itself. I ve never felt so taken care of in my life at any salon. Amie did exactly what I asked she brightened up my hair and took away the brass in my hair. She brought out my natural curls and made me feel absolutely confident. Not only that the owner was very sweet to me since there was a confusion on my appointment. They worked me in and helped me fabulously thank you so much, can t wait to do my extensions with Amie!!!

Made an appointment there for the first time for a haircut. When I arrived, I was greeted nicely by a lady and was provided a mask as I had misplaced mine, which caused me to be late by 5 minutes and I had called ahead of time to let them know. Unfortunately, while waiting there was no sitting for me as 2 other ladies were sitting in the only waiting area that s provided, which was small and not enough space to main socially distant. So, I stood and waiting for 17 minutes and was advised when I arrived that the guy cutting my hair would be with me in a few minutes. As I waited, one of the ladies that was sitting in the waiting area left but no one that worked there sanitized the area so someone else could sit there. Three women were help while I waited standing as there was no place to sit, nor was I offered somewhere to sit. I also noticed that while I waited for 17 minutes, I was supposed to be seen by a male (couldn t remember his name) the only guy that was there who worked there never acknowledged me and was cleaning the entire time I was there. Finally, the same guy who was cleaning asked me if I needed anything and who I was there to see-I responded by saying I was there for my 12 o clock appointment, the guy responded rudely wanting to know the name of who I was there to see and I told I didn t remember his name so I gave him mine but he was rude and at that point I knew i wanted to leave instead. The guy was unfriendly and it was an unpleasant and odd experience. I don t nor will I recommend this place. I only went for a haircut and most stylist will know their appointments and normally will greet you, etc but it definitely wasn t my experience, especially as my first time there.

Im never disappointed when I walk into the alchemy salon. They have yummy fruit infused wate, coffee, and even mimosas! The vibe of the place is fun and the staff makes you feel so comfortable and that is really important to me. Jocelyn does my hair and she is a freaking amazing! She always takes my ideas and exceeds my expectations.

I too had a bad pixi type cut, by Veronica, and horrified about how I look now with this mess of a haircut. Im a licensed Barber-stylist (since 1985) and just moved to the area, so I know no one here to trust to cut my hair. I did get my money back and Aubrey offered to cut my hair to try to fix it, on the house. But the damage is done. I had grown my hair out for 2 months before trying this salon. I dont know if Ill take Aubrey up on the offer. Ill think about it for a couple days. But for now I get to live with this horrible chopped up cut! So very disappointed and embarrassed!

To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I came in to get a pixie cut. I had tons of photos and even a video of the particular cut I wanted being cut. Kolton cut my hair and when I started expressing concerns that my hair cut wasnt what I was expecting he started giving excuses about how the texture of the girl whos picture I showed was different and this and that. I tried to explain she has the same texture as me and offered to show him the video he said well she probably pays $500 for a haircut.... Im sorry but shouldnt you strive to make your clients feel great about their cut no matter what price they pay? Anyway he angry styled my hair pulling and rolling his eyes the entire time. Now I get to find a different salon to try and salvage my hair....
