8 women with smoks employees all standing around laugh at the line that had started forming at least 20 ppl waiting to be checked out... finally, after about 15 min later, a plain clothes person came and helped check ppl out.

I genuinely usually enjoy this location; however, last night during checkout I found that the manager who was on her phone loudly speaking extremely unprofessional. And all I understood from this end was said she was talking to someone who sounded like they got bullied in a managers office and got fired. The customers do not need to know about the situation. If in the event that the phone call is so important that you have to have it out during business hours you either Take It Outside or you take it to an office. And the fact that it was closing time and youre on your cell phone didnt make the professionalism any better. While people were doing their jobs you were on your cell phone. And it was extremely noticeable. I also felt bad for the lady who did my check out cuz she was clearly sick and probably shouldnt have been at work. But I am grateful that she was wearing a mask so she didnt spread any germs. But the manager last night absolutely completely ridiculous.

My dad purchased a dowel. It is marked .39, he was charged 3.99. He asked the cashier about it, but she just dismissively days everything dang up correctly. I double-checked, the receipt says 3.99, and the sticker on the dowel says 0.39. Unmistakably so. But going back and dealing with a refund isnt worth the hassle.

Normally love hobby lobby.. the discount signs have gone so far you cant tell whats on sale and what isnt. Literally picked up something 6 inches from the sale sign that when we went to check out turned out not to be on sale as advertised on the isle really disappointed.

Needed a last minute Bon Voyage gift. Went straight to the planner/photo album section. Check! A few aisles away and found the perfect decorative box, tissue paper and greeting card. Added ribbon from the material department and a sunflower from the floral section. Picked up tape and scissors from the shelf by the register. One stop shopping!

Havent been to a hobby lobby in awhile but wanted to pick up some yarn. Its looking less like a craft store and more like a pier 1 imports. If you want decorations for any season this is your place. If you have a hobby Id suggest someplace else. Definitely changing their direction of store. Might need a name change too
