I ordered Half chipotle chicken sandwich and a half spicey fiesta chicken sandwich. It was awful!!! It was made of chicken sliced sandwich meat and very sloppy. I was sadly disappointed. The salad was not cut up and had the same meat!

Went in ordered a salad, asked to add chicken. When i recieved my salad it didnt have chicken. Walked up to an employeeand let her know. She literally said let me see, she walked with me to my table looked at my salad and wanted me to move things around in it to prove there was no chicken. She said thats chicken right there, ummm no! I smeared it out, it was humus. Then she tells me well there are 2 ways to order it, so you probably did it wrong. Excuse me, since when do they talked to you like this. Can you just go look at my order, then maybe you can tell me Im wrong. EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE!!! Also the bathroom was disgusting. The ceilings near air vents were black.

Panera Bread Temple TX Way overpriced for the quality and quantity of food you get. On top of that the tip culture is in full effect. You are asked to tip before anyone starts to make your food. I guess they don t pay their employees enough? You are definitely not tipping for service because there is no service. You order from a machine then het your food at a counter. Nobody has to bring you anything or do anything for you. They are simply doing their job back in the kitchen. Cleanliness is also not very good. All you have to do is stand at the food pickup window and pay attention to the food preparation surfaces and ovens. The ovens are clearly not cleaned daily or they wouldn t have huge buildup on the glass. There are a multitude of better options at better prices close by. Don t give your hard earned money to those who don t earn it.

All bread and no meat. My salad had all hearts and no romaine leaving most of it inedible. I know a ceasar has hearts of romaine in it but not all hearts and little to no greens. The first time I had this location, I had a similar experience so I gave it a shot again months later and had the same experience even with different menu options. With all of the sandwich places in the area, this isnt the one for the price to just get bread and bad produce.

Had a wonderful experience here today. Wasnt very crowded. Thanks to our wonderful hostess, Stephanie, was able to get the food and salad that I wanted. Cobb Salad was fantastic, the Broccoli cheddar soup was scrumptious. Looking forward to the new April menu coming up. 5 s rating plus a wonderful staff to take care of you. 16 May, 2024. Not to much has changed. They add new specials to have. Always clean here. Staff is the best. Plus they have the best Broccoli Cheddar Soup in town. Mmmmm. Still a 5 s rating.

I was a little disappointed today when I picked up my order. I ordered the pick 2. I got the broccoli cheddar soup and the green goddess salad. The green goddess dressing barely wet the salad and my bread was so tiny. I was so sad, it wasn t enough to eat with my soup.

God, the big girl at the drive thru has to be the most miserable worker I ve EVER encountered. As someone who s worked food service, I ve never seen anyone so impatient and hateful toward customers. Everyone else is so kind, but why make her the point of contact with customers at the drive thru? Makes me wonder if she tampers with customers food just because of her miserable day at work. And it s constant!! every time I come and get food, she is always working.

Ordered breakfast through door dash. Ordered the Bacon, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Ciabatta. I was so disappointed. This is a 2 inch by 2 inch cut of hard bread with the equivalent of a McDonalds folded egg, once piece of bacon broken in half, and cheese. Actually McDonalds folded eggs are more flavorful. It was very bland had a weird taste like it had been stored in cardboard. :( Only reason for 2 stars is the cinnamon roll was okay. Overall extremely disappointed especially for the money paid.

The Chicken Take sandwich is a huge disappointment. One can get a much better chicken sandwich at almost any fast food location at a out half the price. It seems the best choice is the salad or soups. The pick two is no bargain. Panera seems to have pushed prices to the outer space. One person, $20+.... and... Why are the bagels never warm? Even early morning? Are they frozen then thaw overnight? Do they ever make fresh coffee without asking?

One star only because this is the second visit in on a row where Hunter and another woman get on to me that I should have specified no veggies. This second time: Me: Its supposed to be no veggies... Hunter: Well it didnt say that. I had the receipt on hand and showed it to him. He barks Well your doing it wrong!. And throws the sandwich in the trash like hes dunking a basketball. Where do employees these days get off barking at the customer like hes an idiot? A twenty year old kid wearing his I.D. badge of the bill of his hat like a dummy ... figures he has no customer service etiquette. Went there for lunch on 8/5/23. They got our order wrong. We didnt know till we got home. Only 6 minutes away. Not only was food wrong. Spicy Chicken sandwich and pepperoni melt were both cold as if they came out of the fridge. Pepperoni melt had Chicken on it, which we DID NOT order. The chicken tasted like canned chicken. They did not ask what flavor chips we wanted. We didnt know it even came with chips. For the price and long wait, it was definitely not worth the cold wrong food. Wont be back!

I love Panera! I always get the Turkey and Avocado BLT sandwich. Its always the bomb. Ask for kettle chips instead of bread for your side. I also love the iced green tea. Its on the pricey side- for the sandwich and drink, it was $17. The blueberry scone is delicious. Probably my favorite dessert alongside the chocolate croissant.

I am so disappointed in Panera. It has been one of our favorite places, but tonight the place was a mess -- uncleared tables, unwiped tables with left-over food and crumbs, etc., garbage cans stacked full that there was no room to add our plates, a dangerously wet floor by the drink machines. It was not busy at all, and no workers were working the floor. What is happening? I took photos so that you can see. While the salad was good as usual -- the sandwiches were not the usual high quality.

Overpriced and NOT great. Ordered coffee with an egg sandwich on brioche for dine in. My meal was $13. Coffee was weak and the sandwich was almost cold even though it was allegedly just made. I had to put it in their microwave to heat it up for 30 seconds. Sandwich was pretty bland and overall pathetic looking. If I had to rate the taste of the sandwich by price I would ve guessed $2.99 and barely competitive with a McDs breakfast sandwich. Definitely not worth $7.99! Great BIG disappointment. My wife and I will never be back.

Trying out there Sip Club membership. Ordered a hot English Breakfast tea ahead. Went to pick it up and was handed a cup. You get your own hot tea or coffee. The hot water for tea was not hot. There was a microwave to re-warm anything though. Their tea bags were small. I used three and it was still bland. I am used to much stronger black tea. For 10.99/mo though, I guess it isnt that bad. I got it for the hot tea only as Starbucks has gotten to be too much/cup. I dont drink infused drinks, cold drinks or coffee, so if the tea is better at other locations, I will not be renewing.

Update: Received fantastic customer service today on 26 July 2022. The staff made five (x5) made to order and fresh batch of yogurt fruit parfaits for me on a hot afternoon. I wanted a treat better suited for contending with the heat, and the staff made me a gracious offer Older: Order accuracy has been great. The staff has been consistently polite. Beware of exiting the drive-thru if you drive a sedan, as there is a patio wall that will block your vision of cars coming from the left. Get the app, it has nice perks

Prices have climbed too high for us to be able to enjoy this restaurant. 16 oz drink has climbed to $2.79, hot food is still not hot and favorite items are being dropped. Very difficult to justify frequenting this food place. $30 for a bowl of soup and a sandwich - lunch. Fixed incomes cannot afford this. Will not be patronizing anymore.

Service is ok. I got a bagel and it was just super tough I know its supposed to be fresh but just didnt seem like it. I dont understand why they are so skimpy on the cream cheese. Theres better places to get sandwiches or bagels.

I love their soup, but today I also got a salad . It was not fresh, lettuce had brown places all around the edges. I thought, for some reason, their salads were made fresh, if anyone made this salad in the last week, they should surely be able to see the brown edges. Also, they gave me maybe a tsp of salad dressing. How was that supposed to even cover a salad? Wont be going to get the salad ever again. If you say you have fresh food, make sure its fresh, and dont skimp on the salad dressing, for almost $14.00 I expect a lot more.

I get the same sandwich every time, its the bacon turkey bravo. It has actually been my favorite sandwich since I was about 21 and Im 42 now. So it has never gone out of style for me. If the company does make a mistake they will promptly fix it for you and will send you something in the mail usually to fix it.

First time ever visiting Panera Bread. Decided to grab a quick bite while my mother was having surgery. Barbaras compassion and kind words were exactly what I needed on this day! The food was delicious but Barbaras service was top notch. I will be back!

I have never been to Panera Bread company before. However I had 2 gift cards so we decidedly to try it. I placed my order on the APP, chose curbside pickup. Arrived at the store checked it. The app stated about a 10 minute wait to get our order. Ten minutes came and went, no response. Checked in again, and I was sent an immediate text message saying the order was delayed. Ok, fine waited a few more minutes another text message saying my order was ready. Ok, so we waited 10 more minutes passed nobody ever came out. Finally tired of waiting in the car, I went in the store and asked the clerks at the register. Where would I pickup my curbside order. The gentleman tells me OH we will bring those out to you so he goes to check. He heads to the curbside rapid pickup order area. Retrieved my order which had been sitting in a bag on a counter for who knows how long. I mean on the plus side the food itself was fine but the service was not what I would expect.
