Horrible service. They intentionally keep their phone off the ringer so curbside customers can t notify that they ve arrived. You have to go inside, cut the line of people waiting to place an order, tell the cashier in person that you re outside and their curbside phone number is disabled. At which point they pretend to be shocked and unaware. We got home 20 minutes later and called the number again to check. Still off the ringer. My only question, why offer curbside..?

The ladies were so sweet and helpful! The kolaches were fresh and delicious as usual, the sausage, egg and cheese was my favorite as well as the enchilada one! I also got the cinnamon roll but Im saving it lol I havent eaten it yet. It was also super clean in there which is nice, Ive been in other kolache or donut shops where the floor was sticky:/ very good location!

we placed our first order from the kolache factory this past sunday for a pickup. once we came home (we live literally less than 5 mins from the location) the food was COLD! it had no hint of warmth whatsoever. i was highly disappointed with the service. i mean you spend money on the food just for it to be so cold that the flavor of the food starts lacking. i ordered the cream cheese, italian, beef kolache, philly steak, & the potatoes with egg. they were pretty decent. except them being so cold. i don t like how when ordering online, it does not give you a choice to pick your own flavor of muffin. we added a drink to our order, it did not give an option to pick apple or orange juice. i put apple juice in the option box to see if it ll work, it did not. they gave us orange instead. now i m skeptical about ordering here in this location, not sure if it is the same for others.

I usually get a pizza or egg & cheese kolache, there are soooo good. I look forward to this breakfast every time. I do wish they offered packets of ranch dressing (I d pay for that) but everything is delicious. For the sweeter side, the cream cheese, fruits, and cinnamon twists are incredible.

I ordered potato egg and cheese, but didnt recognize it when I bit into it as it has other ingredients not listed on the menu. I explained my confusion to the lady at the counter but she reassured me that this was in fact the potato kolache, and heated me up a new one afterwards. Attentive service and eager to satisfy the customer!

The short hispanic guy behind the counter always had the WORST attitude. Idk why I greet him when I enter each time and this morning he tells me they dont accept Google pay. Really now? Okay last visit to this location. Edit.... Thank you for your response however even when I have paid using cash or card this same young man has a nasty attitude. Ive personally seen on multiple occasions how warm he is with your other guests and as soon as I step up to order he goes straight stone faced and on a few occasions Ive had to request he heart up my kolache. Your company values should be forefront for all of your customers.

We typically love Kolache Factory. We go There once or twice a month for a weekend treat. This morning I found a long black hair baked into my egg and cheese kolache. We are in the middle of a pandemic. If they can t enforce hair nets it makes me wonder what other health codes they aren t enforcing.
