We were there on a Saturday around 7, party of two, and were sat immediately. First thing we noticed was the restaurant was not very clean: menu stuck with crumbs, crumbs in booth, table not wiped down from last customer, etc. Our server was absolutely terrible but didnt seem to care. Reminded him several times of my drink and eventually gave up, had to have him remove it from the bill. Luckily, we are pretty low maintenance because he didnt come to the table often. Food was mediocre at best. By the time we got it we were just happy to have food and get to leave soon. 2 stars because the food wasnt completely inedible and the atmosphere was nice. Many much better places out there to spend $55 on dinner for two. We had the bacon burger, spinach artichoke dip, and ahi poke (dont recommend).

If I could give zero stars I would. Our server was Anthony. I only know that from his name being on the receipt. He did not introduce himself. It took him 15 minutes to get our drinks. Keep in mind we came in around 10:30 and it was not busy. When we got our appetizers, which took 30 minutes to get, he immediately walked away and said absolutely nothing. Then he didn t come back for another 30 minutes. We were going to order pizookies but by this time we were just ready to leave. We ended up going to the togo person to order our pizookies while we were waiting on our check which took at least 15 minutes. Then, we went home and were sick after we ate the pizookies. I am a server and I expect good service when I go to a location like this. However, someone that rude should not be working at a restaurant like this. A horrible experience.

Anthony is the worst server I have ever had! We walk in and he finally comes to our table and says what do you want. Ok attitude! We say our drinks and he just walks away and knocks our menus down. Then he finally comes back and we order an appetizer. It takes over an hour to get it! We finally get it and then Anthony is never to be seen. So I went to the hostess stand to try and pay out. Then Im sent to talk to Shirley the manager (who wasnt very pleasant) to pay out. The system freezes! Omg I just want out of here! I have to go and pay online. We take our Pizookies to go. We all end up getting sick from the Pizookies! We will NEVER return! What horrible customer service and horrible food! My hard earned money down the drain. Do not come to this location! BJs has gone downhill!!

Honestly the food is great and it s so good, the pizookies are awesome the only real thing that s bad about this place is the service. I got sat the other day and my server didn t come until 20 minutes later , his excuse was that he didn t know we were his table and it was another servers section when I know that was his and he was just lying and he was cleaning a table . The host had to to go tell him that that s in fact his table. In the morning they probably have good service but late night it s terrible.

Jonathan is the GOAT. I dont normally write reviews, but this man went above and beyond. Very receptive and friendly, and you can tell that he actually cares. I mean seriously, what cant Jonathan do? I told bro that I was struggling with rent and he went bought me a house. On top of that, he let me borrow all his designer clothes, jewelry, and lamborghini! If you come here make sure you come ask for Jonathan as your server. I was out on a date tonight and my girl was choking on her spit. My man Jonathan came in and gave her the good old Heimlich maneuver while I stood by helplessly and sheepishly along with all the other bystanders. Bro also ended up taking my girl from me as I was nothing compared to the Alpha-giga-Chad Jonathan that he is. I may have ended up losing my girl but I did end up gaining a great server and hero that night. Praise all the best to Jonathan .

DONT EAT HERE! I wish I didnt have to give it any stars. Food for two people our meal is as follows: appetizer was spicy avocado egg rolls $12. 3 egg rolls,=$4 each. no flavor, just hot avocados. Sauce was syrup. Ordered a hamburger and sweet fries. Meat was a dry burger not juicy. Fries burnt and hard. Bun was burned and hard on top. Ordered a white peach margarita. 2 Lrg peaches at the bottom of

Jakiya was the best server I could have had on my birthday!!! Attentive, kind, knowledgeable- all the qualities you could hope to have in a server! And the food was perfectly prepared and presented in a very timely fashion. All in all my favorite place I ve visited down here!

I ve gone to BJ s for over a year now. On many special occasions and just a regular night out. The Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli is delicious. The rib special on Thursday is to die for. And don t even get me started on the salted caramel pazookie!! So so yummy. Joseph and Anthony as servers are both great, I love him always. And a few others that I unfortunately can t remember names to. Today I m really writing this review for Stacy. She single handedly took care of me at take out and made my experience nothing, but excellent. I always love going here and I hope you do too. Look at the specials for the week and see if anything speaks to you

Zoie was AMAZING! We left from another restaurant that was too loud and did not allow children. We decided to come to BJ s mainly because of the Pizookie & we ended up staying because of the excellent service. Zoie was easy to talk to and very patient with our table of friends even as we were laughing and joking throughout the night. Thanks Zoie you made the experience great!
