Peaceful circular walk. Relatively sheltered all the way around the lake. Great area for family photography. Recreation area for kids is not the best, but it is well maintained and safe. The light off the water during the golden hour is particularly good. Some large catfish in the lake too.

Hands down the best park in Sugarland, wer there every weekend, while our daughter enjoys at the play area, we play badminton..it is serene and excellent place for a stroll.. A visual delight for nature and animal lovers, every season reflects a different myriad of colors, squirrels squeaking, different dog breeds, barbecues, sheesha, a perfect picnic spot!

Great park. 20 min walk around the lake. Water fowl, turtles, fish and squirrels galore all year. Bathrooms locked; residents and gazebo renters get a key. Non-motor boats and fishing allowed. Always something going on.

This is a beautiful park. All year long. It s peaceful there s enough parking for most things, the play place is always clean and safe. You can walk you can jog you can take your kiddos, you can just go and read. It s a fantastic place for photos. It s a fantastic place to relax. Also if antacid place to host your next gathering.

Not as nice as or should be the ground by the baby swings needs lots of attention. The grou f needs to be filled in with dirt than many wood chips because when it rains theres always big puddles of water

Beautiful park with lots of view, birds and lakes on show. Great place to relax, have a picnic or take pictures. They have a beautiful gazebo which overseas the lake and Ive been told its even better during sunset. A romantic and family friendly place, if you havent been Id recommend coming here. It does get busy during better weather but dont let that put you off, the park is big enough so you can have your own personal time and space.

This is a medium size beautiful park situated in a small lake front neighborhood. Its a good place to do have a family picnic, walk and bike around, and portrait photography. There are tree lined paths leading toward each white crossing bridges and couple pavilions. We took the couple photos during mid-day sun but because the mature trees shaded the path, we can avoided most of the harsh mid-day sun. The only draw-back is there isnt many parking spots and google direction does not point you to the parking spot, but once you get there, you can spot the parking lot easily by the direction of the white bridge + pavilion and take the small path to drive in. There is bathroom at the park.

Nice park with dedicated parking for New Territory Residents. Two covered areas with tables, bathroom, playground, electric, lake and performance area on a small island. Often association will have events. Wonderful old pecan trees, squirrels and birds.
