Me and my husband had such a great experience here !! The ultrasound tech made us feel very welcomed & comfortable, and did not rush the process. She took her time, which allowed us to take home nice pictures. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in need of an affordable 3D ultrasound. We also got a free gift at the end. 10/10 recommend!!

I cant recommend Sonali at Baby Image enough. My husband and I went for some peace and reassurance after an ultra sound tech at our doctors office was not thorough with the best bedside manner. Sonali went above and beyond to capture every image, explain what we were looking at, and provide her knowledge and expertise to put her mind at ease. We cant thank her enough for her kindness and expertise.

Sonali is super sweet and very helpful! We ve came a total of four times and first time the baby wasn t showing her face too much so she was sweet enough to allow us to come one more time to give the baby some time to get comfortable enough to see her face. She made my fiancé and i feel very comfortable and at home on all appointments. I really recommend coming here to see your sweet baby. If you have any questions feel free to ask her, she will give you some great advice off of personal experiences!

Knowledgeable, good bedside manner, and personally invested in quality. Having someone who is knowledgeable in ultrasound techniques and is personally invested in ensuring quality photos was such a wonderful experience. My baby had folded herself in half and had her feet blocking her face, making her face difficult to see. The technician was able to help me adjust my position and she patiently waited for my baby to shift so we could have clear, quality photos. That level of care and attention made all of the difference and we got some wonderful images!

I cant give this place anything less than 5 stars. The room was very comfortable. The gender scan was a great experience and the tech was super nice and accommodating. The price was fair and I was able to schedule my scan the next day after I called. Highly recommend!

Diana did an amazing job with my HD Ultrasound. She was very patient. My daughter was not in the correct position for the photos but Diana was able to help the baby turn over so we were able to leave with amazing photo and video. I recently came here with my husband and parents to get a 3D ultrasound of my baby.This place is tucked away neatly in a convenient part of Sugar Land that was easily accessible. The staff was kind and courteous and they made every effort to get us some quality photos of our little one. I would absolutely recommend coming here to get your 3D ultrasound, you wont be disappointed!

I needed a place that was open on a Saturday so my family could join in on the experience. So I googled places that were open on a Saturday, and this was one of my choices. I m so so glad my husband & I decided to use this place. Everything was perfect, the owner/ultrasound tech was the sweetest and made the experience that much more enjoyable. It was an awesome experience at Babyimage . It was a feeling that we are with our little one all the time. Though it s a packaged based, there is no rush or urgency to get the session done. This was my second time coming here after 7 years. The first time went so smooth and was a great experience. This time my baby had his hands and feet In the way. The tech was sooooo patient and understanding! She waited and had me get up and move after other unsuccessful attempts at seeing his little face. Finally after the third attempt he finally moved his hands and feet long enough to capture some amazing moments. I am so satisfied with baby image and will always come back.

If I could I would give zero stars. I spent $240 on the tiny treasures package and each session was rushed. My daughter wasnt very cooperative, always had a foot and arm by her face but her face was visible each time and on the screen she looked perfect but when It came down to the actual pictures my daughter looked like a messed up blob. The photos are very bad. Seems like the lady doesn t know what she is doing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Best possible experience with BabyImage !! I am late into pregnancy so getting a good picture of baby is harder this far along. The lady over the phone advised me on what to do to get best possible images. Went in and my son wasn t cooperating (covering his face with hands), she told me to come back in a few days at a different time of day to see if we could wake him up and see his face - free of charge. Second visit, she was able to get some great images and video of our little baby. She made whole experience so sweet and fun. Next baby we have, we are definitely coming back here (earlier than this time). Def recommend BabyImage for 3d/4d hi def ultrasounds. Very professional and very kind. Thanks for a great experience and great images !!

I came here for a 3D/4D ultrasound. At my first appointment my baby was not cooperating, so I had to come back the next week for a re-scan. It was so worth coming back. We went to this place for getting the anatomy and the 3D/4d scan and must say it was a great experience. The techs were amazing and patient. The second time I had to reschedule my appointments thrice and it was done without a hitch. Very accommodating. The pictures of our precious little one were captured well and they did a great job. Ive used this place since 2013 and absolutely loved them until our late visit in Feb 16. We tried their diagnostic ultrasound out because it was a great price vs my obgyn and was completely disappoint. The tech couldnt even work the machine. Then they didnt bother to fax my report to my doctor. Ive never use them again or suggest them to anyone.

We had a big party of people come and they accommodated everyone. Although our baby wasnt too cooperative, they got great pictures and made us feel so comfortable. Great atmosphere and great people. We were extremely satisfied with our visit to BabyImage. The tech is very friendly, and even answered a few questions for me over the phone before my appointment. When we arrived, we did not feel rushed or like we had to wait for very long. We were allowed a few guests in a very comfortable room. This is the place to go for a wonderful experience to see your baby! Mike really knows what he is talking about and has a way of making the experience fun too! He was able to answer all of our questions and show us different things. He even counted all 10 fingers and toes for us :) The place is very well kept and clean and the ultrasound room is equipped with a big screen and small screen with comfortable couches. The mommy chair is big and comfy too!! We were able to bring our parents with us and the room can accomodate extra people as well. Most importantly, the images are clear and the prints are wonderful. You get the whole session on a CD and it is just beyond worth it! You will not be disappointed.
