Best and yummy chaat options. Everything was amazing. Chai was too good. They also have good curries. Recently for function we ordered catering food at home and it was too good, every guest said it was really good food. The moong dal halwa was so yummy and curries are always best.

We went for a quick bite to Nirmanz on Sat evening 06:30ish made just in time before the restaurant starts filling up with the dinner guests. I liked the setup of the restaurant which gives you a feeling of a Indian street side food joints with movie posters, auto rickshaw, bikes around you. The best part is the food I think it is one of the best in the Houston area.. we tried their chola bhatura, and Bombay masala dosa the chola bhatura was amazing I will visit again.

Lovely restaurant. The interior decor is mesmerizing. So authentic and cultural I would say. Everything is neat and clean. Even the menu matched the decor. Pricing is good. With the inflation i think the price and portion size was ok. Some items could have had a better portion or size though. We went to enjoy some snacks and street food and they have a whole section for that. Dahi chat was so refreshing but the poori were smaller than expected. Hot ragda chat was good. However i misunderstood hot to be spicy. The dahi was warm and for a warm summer it is not a good option. We enjoyed the samosa too. Very crunchy and yummy. They serve with two water bottles and as far as I remember they didn t charge for it. I was surprised. Restaurants are charging for everything left and right but here that was complimentary. Kuddos. Nirmanz have two separate restrooms. I love the way they labeled it.

Our recent experience has changed view point. Overall food taste, presentation is good. We could not differentiate Roti Vs Naan, neither the server. 2nd - this is now a high end price point compared to recent past as quantities are reduced significantly. Great place to visit around however this $$ now compared to $. Vegetarian options: Variety of veg options. Parking: Shared Parking lot and first come first serve. We havent faced any issues.

My family usually come here to eat Masala Dosa, but literally everything is amazing. On a whim, we tried some new dishes and now we know our go to order. The Chefs specials, the Amritsari Paneer Bhurji and Chinese Dosas, are very filling and savory. The Chikoo Shake tastes so unique and fresh, if you havent had Chikoo fruit before 100% reccomend it. Feel free to ask staff for help and reccomendations, they never disappoint and are super friendly. Vegetarian options: This is a fully vegetarian menu. I didnt see a single meat dish. Everything is flavorful, this place will make you question what a vegetarian diet can taste like.

Our send off party got spoiled by this worst food boutique, Pav bhaji was salty even after complaining we got other dish of bhaji which was same salty as previous one and finally when we ordered tea, it was served with insect picture attached and while I was drinking the tea I got this insect in my mouth, I had a womit, I will never come this restaurant and I ll never recommend anyone, I don t know how FDA had given them license. How can they serve insect in tea and they don t even feel sorry about it

Went here today, 02/18/24. Overall, it was okay. Everything was a bit too sweet. The food could be much better if they reduced the amount of sugar used. Everything was served within less than 5-7 minutes which was quite shocking because it makes you question about the freshness of the food. The manchurian being extremely raw proves this point. Additionally, the person at the counter gave me the wrong item even after I had discussed my order with them. When I called the server and explained that this wasnt what I had ordered, there was no acknowledgment or attempt to rectify the mistake. This lack of good customer service is disappointing. I wont be returning here.

Very bad service. When we went there no customer was there and we place order. And after some time restaurant was full with customers. We waited 45 minutes for our order but it didnt came. We saw everyones order was there but not mine. I went and ask for my order. They not just forget about my order but manager was being rude too. She said we have so many order and it take time. I was very upset with their service and response. Very bad. Food want great after all the hassle either. Update: I visited this place again in Jan 2024. I must say service is much better now. First time at Nirmanz and my husband and I absolutely loved it! Super tasty food, less spicy, less oily and great taste! We ordered the Palak chat, Banarasi chat, Aalu paratha, Gobi paratha, Plain dosa, Moong dal halwa and Sugarcane mojito and everything was equally good. No complains whatsoever! This is top shelf Indian food. They previously offered meat add ons but are vegetarian only now. No problem because the flavors and presentations are amazing. We had masala dosa and garlic rosemary naan as appetizers. The masala was honestly some of the best I ve had. Entrees included tikka masala, veggie biryani, and a special dish called Bombay Sizzler. The sizzler included biryani base lightly smothered with a beautiful curry and was topped with three pieces of grilled paneer and a side of French fries. Yes, French fries. But it was soooo good! I recently visited Nirmanz Food Boutique and tried several popular items on their menu, including pani puri, dabeli, Bombay sandwich, and raj kachori. Unfortunately, my overall experience left much to be desired. Starting with the pani puri, which is a beloved street food delicacy, I found the taste to be quite underwhelming. The puris lacked the crispness that is essential for this dish, and the tamarind chutney was overly sweet, throwing off the balance of flavors. The filling was also somewhat bland, which was disappointing. Moving on to the dabeli, it had potential, but it fell short in execution. The bun was dry and crumbly, and the spiced potato mixture lacked the depth of flavor I expected. It felt like a missed opportunity to capture the authentic taste of this Gujarati snack. The Bombay sandwich was another letdown. While the ingredients were fresh, the sandwich lacked the zing and spice that defines this street food classic. It tasted more like a basic vegetable sandwich, and I was expecting more complexity. Lastly, the raj kachori failed to impress. The kachori shells were not as crisp as they should be, and the filling lacked the explosion of flavors that this dish is known for. It left me wanting more in terms of taste and authenticity. In addition to the food, I found the service to be somewhat lackluster. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which detracted from the overall dining experience. On a positive note, the ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant were commendable, and the prices were reasonable. In conclusion, while Nirmanz Food Boutique offers a variety of Indian street food items, my visit left me unsatisfied due to the underwhelming taste and service. I hope they can improve the quality and authenticity of their dishes in the future to provide a more enjoyable dining experience.

But I wouldn t pay such high prices for extremely bad food . I can t understand the positive reviews. Everything we ordered was bad . Salty. Not fresh . Cute little place. Me and my girlfriends went for some chaat and had a great time: the Dahi puri was my favorite but all of the items were delicious. The manager brought us complimentary gulab jamuns at the end and was extremely nice! Great customer service and I will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite places to eat! The food is always fresh and delicious and Sonu always greets us with a warm, welcoming smile. I would definitely recommend Nirmanz! It was our first visit. We dined in. Mostly it was empty, but the waiter made us sit on a table in a corner that was too tight with the next table and it was hardly possible to take the seat without touching the family sitting on the next table. We ordered a chat plater that was decorated well. Food was good and tasted well. The overall atmosphere was very dark themed, space was congested and music was too loud.
