Was offered a free sample and was assured the meat was indeed real. And looking at the burgers I looked at the hot one and switched the fire cheetos for cool ranch doritos in the burger itself..... wow.

Burger was great but the beef bacon chewy was under cook had to pull it kinda ruined the experience and not sure if it s the same beef bacon on their pic that was thick looked crispy this bacon was thin n under chewy cooked

Ive never heard of an incredible Burger so I decided to come and check it out. I wanted to see what exactly made this place incredible turns out the owner of this establishment is Muslim so all of the meat is going to be Halal. This is a great caveat because I dont know if youve ever had halal meat but it is absolutely amazing you can truly taste the difference in the meat because of the way the animal is killed. I am not Muslim but I still love the way this meat taste. So it definitely has my respect. I tried the incredible burger and has their own in-house made incredible sauce. I added jalapenos theyre fries are good and skinny like McDonalds but they have more of a Cajun spice to them. Really only about six basic kinds of burgers to choose from but I think for a mall Burger Shop this is a great menu the items are very diverse and I could see what would make this place pretty popular. Do you want to try a free sample they have some free samples of their basic Burger available if you want to try the whole Ill meet first I do recommend it if youre not sure or if youre on the fence about halami Wheelchair accessibility: This is a mall so its very handicap accessible

Lured in by the free sample, but ultimately disappointed. Probably a little tainted by watching the cook ready lunch while assembling my burger with the same hands. Decent patty, good sauce. Too much bun. Wish I had gotten a cheesesteak next door. Tough to make a profit these days, but a combo meal would set you back > $16 before tip and tax. You can invest better.

I got a bbq bacon burger with cheese fries. It was so GROSS!! Fries were ok but the burger had no flavor. It was very expensive too almost $20 for the meal. I don t recommend eating here. I would have rather had McDonald s and that says a lot.

The burger was seasoned way too much. The meat was honestly not the best. We got a fountain drink with our meal and it tasted like straight syrup. The fries with cheese however tasted really great. I was extremely disappointed with the burger the reviews seemed to be good; Yet they were really misleading.

This is, by far, the best burger I ve ever had out. Burgers were fresh made, the staff was attentive without being pushy. The amount of food for the price was so worth it. I hope they stick around. I would add pics, but I couldn t stop eating long enough.

The food is really good the servers are really nice (the workers are good at selling their food) their pattys are seasoned and you can tell that they are and the same with the fries. The added plus is that the food is also halal and they also have halal bacon. We ate at their willowbrook mall location 10/10

Let s get in to it well the burger was super salty, it has what I think is.. velveeta cheese. The person giving out samples is yelling samples!! it s good!!, you get a lot!!! all from behind the counter. Almost in a desperate voice and mad people are avoiding walking by all together, I love the ambition but tone it down, it s clearly not working I get the samples are too bring business but please stop badgering potential customers passing by. Let the product sell itself, it will if it s good I promise ..I hope this place cuts back on the salt and maybe they have a chance. I will update as I monitor this location further.

Flamin hot burger was mediocre, not sure what the rave is about. Probably 30% of the reviews is by establishment. Bun tasted boring like straight out of a bag that was bought. Incredible sauce? Where? I didnt taste any sauce. Patty was basic, fresh but basic, nothing set me off that said wow or differentiate from any other chain. That bad part was the flamin hot Cheetos were stale. You can tell some were fresh some were stale. They need to some how retain the chips from going stale or open a small bag everytime. Cheese fries tasted like cheese straight out of a can that was processed and filled with sodium and preservatives. 20 bucks including tip, would I come back? No. I dont write to many reviews, but to be called incredible burger. I just dont see it. I understand this can effect business, but hopefully theyll try to improve. I was the only person that really approached after lunch rush hour it seemed.

We are from Canada and we never experienced anything like this. The food was amazing! We tried a sample of their signature incredible and it was incredible! The burger patty was freshly cooked, bun was grilled to a good amount. The cashier Brenden was so nice and helpful. We loved this experience and hope to enjoy again! We tried a sample and it was good. The burgers took about 10 min, I paid $11 for the mushroom one. First it tasted good but, unfortunately, it was pink in the middle. I don t think it was intentionally undercooked cause it didn t taste good at all.

We visited First Colony Mall Food Court after many many years since Halal Great Wraps closed. So this was the good change after many years for a Halal place inside the First Colony Mall. We tried differently burgers and all these were Americans style burgers but still we enjoyed.

Incredible is a suitable attribute to this burger. This is definitely my go to burger spot. First they gave samples of the signature burger. It was soft, juicy and everything we look forward to in a nice patty. I ordered the the Nacho Man. It was so good, a picture of my half eaten sandwich was necessary just for this review. First time Hearing about or coming to this establishment but I must say its a great new burger spot. I tried their name sake burger the incredible burger it was quite delicious, very flavorful the house sauce was good and the burger wasnt too sloppy or messy. I liked that the manager and crew were very attentive and nice and was willing to answer any questions my partner and I had without frustration. Now, the only thing I am curious about is if they are able to toast their buns, I believe this burger will be absolutely more amazing if we are able to request our buns toasted. Otherwise, no complaints Will go back to try their other burgers to review.
