I booked a holiday camp for my daughter at this center this winter break, and had a great experience with their director Bobbi and their teachers. My daughter actually could not attend part of the camp due to not feeling well. They were very understanding and Mr. Bobbi also sent a partial refund to us. I am very thankful for their kindness. Update: My daughter attended a summer camp again at this location, and her experience was wonderful. The director was kind and her teacher Ms. Germany was wonderful as well. She really enjoyed her experience. I will highly recommend their summer camp.

Was absolutely splendid. There are so many different types of art. The people were lovely, and my nana got a beautiful hand painted purse for only 15 bucks. Im definitely gonna come back someday for lessons.

The staff is really caring and the programs are excellent. Great value compared to other activities in the area. The location looks like its an industrial area but inside is really nice.

I cant say enough about this little gem. Ive lived in Sugarland and Ft Bend most of my life and having a child now I am always discovering new fun things for her to do. My mom suggested art camp here and I am so grateful she did. The wonderful and knowledgeable folks running this place are so kind and great with the kids. We also discovered they have a parents night out deal Saturday nights where the kids can have fun doing arts and crafts while parentsget a much needed break. Check their page for that info. Our daughter has had several classes and has enjoyed all of them. I was also super excited when I found one of my teachers from High School has a studio there and teaches multiple classes as well. My mom actually discovered this place when she looked into adult art classes and she said it was pretty great. The prices are reasonable as well. If you or you kids love art and even if you are not familiar with arts and crafts they have all kinds of stuff and the supplies to teach you. We needed this so much after being couped up for so long from the pandemic. Its also great stress relief. I was so full of anxiety and stress from work when we went for parents night out but by the time we left we were both laughing and feeling pretty good plus we did like 4 art projects in 3 hours with Mrs Germany. I loved that she invited parents to hang out too and do stuff with their kids.my spouse was working that night so I took her up on the offer to stay and Im so glad I did. My daughter really enjoyed that we did the art together and ofc the extra Mommy time too. I could go on and on and to be fair I did warn you in the beginning of this review that I couldnt say enough about this place and the folks there!

Kids attended a spring break program. The program was fine - nothing special, but you should be warned if you are someone who is concerned about COVID, this program is run/staffed by people who dont share the same level of concern (from what I saw). I was told they take a lot of protocol, but their teacher didnt wear a mask and mentioned to the kids he hadnt gotten vaccinated. This happened when there was a covid wave. Thankfully they were fine.

My kids did a few art camps last year, and they could not wait to come back for more this summer. We signed up for 4 this year. The Mo Willems and Think Outside the Box were their favorites this summer. The kids bring home so many masterpieces that we will need a separate room just for their artwork. Crystal is the director of the art camps, and she does an amazing job. Every instructor we have met is very friendly. We look forward to every camp. Keep up the good work!

My daughter absolutely loves the art camp and look forward to attending the classes each day. Thank you for organizing such engaging and interesting classes for the kids during summer. Its really not easy to get kids age 5 to focus and participate in activities. Kudos to Sugar Land Art Center & Gallery team!

My 5 year old participated in the Art Camp this summer. She LOVED the classes so much, she wants to sign up for a few more before the summer is over. The class was very hands on and the staff makes the kids feel very at home! I couldnt believe how nice her paintings came out. It was amazing that a child that young could paint something so fantastic. It defiantly helped with my daughters confidence!

My five year old does not handle change and new places and people very well. But the staff, teacher, and volunteers made her feel comfortable and confident with her art work. She looked forward to going everyday and loved the projects that involved painting, which I appreciate bc it is not easy to facilitate painting with young children. My eight year old attended the Mark Kristler workshop and LOVED it. It was very life giving for her and for me since I got to participate and enjoyed seeing her light up. Its awesome that they bring special opportunities like this into the community.

My daughter did this art camp last summer and again this summer. I personally liked the great artist art work she did better than the furry friends theme, but she had just as much fun with both. Will be coming back again for another week of camp this summer.

My daughter LOVED attending Paint the World art camp at Sugar Land Art Center & Gallery. Her confidence has been elevated and she is eager to try new things using her artistic abilities. She loved the camp staff and made friends easily. I felt very confident leaving my child, and I will definitely be sending her again in the future.

Both of my daughters attended Fantasy Week this week with Ms. Courtney and they both had such a great experience. They were so excited each day to attend their Art Camp and too see what they were going to do that particular day. Im greatly appreciated for the experience my daughters had with the classes. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Thank you!

I forget the ladys name, but the woman who runs the place (blonde I think) was not very nice or helpful. I called weeks in advance and asked if I could have both my kids in the same class. I told the woman their ages at that time as well. She said that would be fine. I ended up visiting the place a few days before the start of the class to make sure I knew where it was. I doubled checked that my kids would be in the same class. She said no due to their ages. I told her that I called several weeks ago and made sure they would be in the same class. She stared at me blankly and told me that this would not be possible. I guess it was just impossible to reorganize the classes to let my kids be in the same class as was promised. That alone would not have been enough for me to write this bad review, but the summer camp itself was not worth the money at all. The art projects that came home were not worth it. I wont be doing this art camp again.
