Worst IHOP ever! Won t be returning, once I entered the place smelled like dirty bathroom, the waiter/waitress saw that I was coming in with my family and just walked away towards the back. We waited a while to be seated but she/he never returned so we sat down ourselves, after a while she/he brought us the menus and utensils with a bad attitude so my husband said hello and greeted and just was completely ignored. Waited for waitress/waiter to come back to get our drink and food order but after 10-15 of waiting we just gave up and left since he/she never returned. HORRIBLE experience please don t come here!

The truth is that I do NOT recommend it since the dishes were very bad, the fish that I ordered twice came out raw, the breakfast that my wife ordered, everything was gone, the potatoes and eggs were all dry, they brought us coffee and without cutlery or spoon and to top it all off, the forks were all folded bathroom all dirty stinky and no paper to dry your hands the truth is I DO NOT recommend it at all I went to Washington DC and Maryland I also left a lot to be desired at Ayas IHOP bad taste in service and food everything dry NO IHOP anymore NOT recommended

Today 8/31/2024 I went to pick up pancakes free pancakes because I didnt surveys from always coming to this location. When I walked in I was instantly questioned about how I got free pancakes. I wasnt greeted. Well I was by the servers but the GM Manager as I was told was very nasty with me. He acted as if the pan asked I ordered the money was coming out of his pocket. I asked for extra butter and syrup and was told to be charged for it. I asked for water and was told to be charged for it. Everytime I come I get water and when people go and dine water is being served for free. So at this point I feel discriminationed against. I felt unwanted I felt like he looked down on me like he was better than. He scolded one young lady for giving me a extra syrup and told her she would have to pay for it. I just think he is mean and prejudice and judgemental. I dont think that is the job for him. Thanks for the worst experience Ive had in a long time. Thanks to all the servers their your service was wonderful everyone of you guys are nice Management

This place looks like is a mama and pop food stop. This is not I hop, food had a hair, meat was not cook right, the whole experience was just awful. I ask for Mac and cheese and got Krafts box Mac and cheese. I have never been in an I hop where staff is not presentable or just doesnt wear a uniform that distinguish him from staff rather than a guy who looks like he just woke out of bed.

When I was a kid many years ago, IHOP didn t have the best reputation in the world, maybe because the branches in the NY tristate area were kind of crummy. However, I have now been to two locations in Houston (this was one of them) and am happy to share a different report. Both times the meals were cooked exactly as I requested, at a reasonable price, and the service was provided by two throughly pleasant and professional staff people. Bravo IHOP.

Came in with my family to what was supposed to be a nice and happy afternoon, nope. We were sat down by a waitress who after sitting us down left never to be seen again. Waited about 15 minutes before someone actually noticed we d been sitting there unattended after he overheard me stating it was time to leave. The guy who did take out ordered wasn t sociable at all, carried himself like he didn t want to be there, or even wanted to take our order overall gloomy display and encounter, we weren t the only ones in the restaurant who were sat and dumped. The food was the only decent thing about our experience honestly. If I m going to spend $50/60+ on a ticket I do expect decent service if not then what am I even going out for? They were not busy 2/3 tables were there at most so it s unacceptable and something any future diners should consider before coming here expecting to have a great time.

The service was unpleasant and felt like we didnt even exist. Waiter rushed us to take out order and was rude. She never came back to fill drinks and didnt even cash us out. She ignores us on several occasions when trying to get her attention. I had toraise my voice sonshe would come over. Once we got our food we told them the omelette was not correct twice and they didnt even offer to take it off the ticket or offer any discount. This is a horrible IHOP. Came in for a coffee and something sweet. Basically blanked upon arrival so seated ourselves. Took over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Wasnt at all busy with only one other table in the whole place. Served by an older lady who acted like shed rather be anywhere else. She had trouble understanding my accent so took a few goes to get our order across. Food was decent but was charged more than the menu price. After a few minutes we were approached and asked if everything was okay. A few minutes after that we were presented with the bill. Felt like we were not wanted there and were being rushed out. Not sure how you can not like IHOP. The video review I made says it all. Food was great and filling. The Wonka menu is so incredibly sugary though so stick to the classics. Breakfast here is elite. The service was great and nice and clean. The music was loud but its Christmas time so who cares. Cant go wrong here. Its literally next door to several hotels also and we walked there no problem. I placed one order for just one person, nothing complicated for Curbside Pickup. I received the text message and the link to let them know I arrived. I sat in the curbside designated parking spot for 6 minutes with no contact. Now I called the phone number on their Curbside Parking slot and it took a bit for someone to answer. This is hands down the absolute best IHOP I have ever been to. I have been to various locations of IHOP and they tend to have slow/service and take forever to get our food out, unlike this IHOP. Reviewing this IHOP is kind of like the plight of a person trying to review Santa Claus annual one-night-only performance on a Christmas Day when you wake up, run to the tree, and find that you got most of what you asked Santa Claus for. In much the same way, I feel like reviewing this IHOP, which is well used and apparently well liked - especially every Saturday and Sunday morning - can be a tricky affair. On the one hand, the restaurant serves as a good 24/7 restaurant to people of all types - many of whom enjoy their Americana breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. However, on the other hand, subtle changes in the restaurant appear to come and go annually. Not fitting into a booth on first and second try is kind of jarring. Losing weight of my part is needed, but did this IHOP squeeze in one more booth by shrinking the existing booths ever so slightly? I truly cant tell. The last time I ate there, this booth size problem happened and, upon reporting the problem, the waitress allowed us to sit at a regular restaurant-style table. The food was good even though it seemed slightly more expensive than the same dishes were in 2022. Thank you inflation! Still, overall, I believe this IHOP delivers both value and convenience quite well. Its a great place for both visiting friends and family.

The best IHOP experience that I ever had. Martha is simply the best; very attentive, kind, offers great choices, etc. Since the moment I walked in to place my order she was very polite. Had the spicy pablano hollandaise eggs. I didnt notice any pablano peppers, but they had a lot of jalapeño peppers... it was ok, just not the flavor i was expecting. Service was very spotty, never refilled my empty glass, and the staff was chatting up in the kitchen. I noticed that only one server was visiting their guests. I dont know if it was poor training or just they hadnt seen each other in a day and needed to catch up? :( sad, as I usually love IHOP

It s ALWAYS bad service every time I come here. Won t be coming here anymore. Receptionists don t answer the phones, had to go inside for my curbside order to find out the 3 girls at the front where just letting the phones ring while just gossiping. I asked for my order that I had placed over an hr ago and they had no clue about that order. Waste of time

No integrity, I was put in the back room and we were forgotten, unattended and spoke to a waiter to take ate orders but was told let me find your waiter never came by, not even to take are drinks. Food will take a 3 star, I couldn t even try the food at this location so i don t know how the quality is. Dirty, yeah it s not an ideal job but at least take some bride.

Food was decent. My only issue was when the older waitress with the long pink ponytail brought my food out, her thumb was clearly in my grits as she was carrying them to the table. Completely disgusted after that.

It took 30 minutes to get the waiter to take our order. Then our food was wrong and poorly made. The pancakes tasted vaguely like cornbread. The steak was overcooked significantly and the waiter didn t even attempt to get the food remade. The food was cold as well. We were one of 3 tables and it took almost 40 minutes to get our order. We could hear the kitchen joking around the entire time customers were waiting for food. The restaurant was also extremely messy.

This place is falling apart from the inside to the outside. It was really hot inside. The service was terrible. They were taking too long. The food was not as expected. So, it doesnt even deserve the one star.

I went tonight (early early in the morning- 3am) with two of my daughters. We had thr pleasure of having a young man named Kendrick - I believe thats what he said his name was. He had dreads. Anyways, his service was great, he made menu suggestions and our order was brought out in a timely manner and everything was good. I had a long day at work and this young man brought a smile to my face. He kept us entertained. Ill definitely be back. Parking: There were plenty of spaces available. Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment had plenty of open accessible parking.

Always a great place to stop by no matter the time. Never have had any problems or felt disrespected in anyway. Food is fresh and served fast, great staff, and great establishment. Love these guys, God bless!!
