Carly Maderer was positively wonderful to out family. We have 2 special needs girls and she helped us get two special needs trusts completed, she helped us set up will And as the older girl turned 18 she worked with us to generate all the power of attorney documents and the supported decision making documentation that we would need moving forward. She was so helpful, so understanding and really great for her whole family. And dealing with the 18-year-old she was extremely respectful and explained each document to her.

Contacted Tyler and Maderer for a will for my parents. Carly Maderer responded quickly, set us up with all the necessary documents. Was understanding of my fathers health, and went out of her way to accommodate my parents situation. They were reasonable in price, answered every question, and excellent in preparation and customer service. I would highly recommend.

Well Ms Tyler has been helping me since 2021 to get my S.S.I started back and I had 2 hearing and was denied but when I wanted to give up her and Ms. Lisa wouldnt let me they keep encouraging me to fight and not give up but on December 7 of 2022 Ms Giget Tyler won my S.S.I claim and I will forever be grateful to them because I was having a hard time with no income but God used them in his plan to bless me. And I would recommend Ms Tyler to anybody thank you Ms. Tyler for a job well done Ms Mallett

I would like to recognize the outstanding contributions made by Carly Maderer and Gigit Tyler. They, out of the kindness of their hearts, volunteered their professional expertise last fall in a series of webinars regarding special needs trusts and the pursuit of government benefits. Thanks to the wisdom of the forum leaders in setting up these webinars and the information provided, that I wasn t actively pursuing, I was able to setup a special needs trust for my son and he was recently awarded government benefits. This was my second time applying for disability. I had setup an account online and received notice that I was approved. However, three months later I was denied. I was hurt, angry, worried, and confused. The paperwork is gruesome. I was actually going to give up. I had thought about an attorney before but just didnt follow through. After a bit of encouragement and researching online, I found Tyler and Maderer. I could not have found a better group of people to help me. They were kind, considerate, understanding, and very thorough. Today, I am on disability and so grateful that Tyler and Maderer accepted my case. Applying for disability is not easy and very time consuming when it came time to get a lawyer I was turned down by the first one and at that time I lost hope that I could receive any disability. I had no other options I thought but decided to try another and found Miss Tyler. She gladly had a meeting with me and told me she would love to take the case. Miss Tyler and her staff are so nice and Professional and kept me up to date on every thing. Gidgit made it seem so easy on my end and that took a lot of stress off my family and I. Unable to work and bring home a check anymore is devastating . Miss Tyler won my case for me through their hard work and knowledge. Carly took my commercial lease on a Tuesday knowing I had a dead line to meet by that up coming Friday.
