The meal was satisfactory, although the service was not up to par. The restaurant was quite busy, and I noticed that one of the hostesses saw that I needed assistance, but she disregarded me until my server arrived and provided assistance ten minutes later. I ordered the 3 for Me special, which consisted of a burger, corn on the cob, and chicken enchilada soup. The food was delicious.

As a customer of over 15 years, it s unfortunate that we will no longer eat at Chillis on Kuykendahl. My wife and I eat at this location at least once a week and spend no less than $50 every week. We ordered dinner for our family of 5 on 5/24/24 through DoorDash. The delivery guy was amazing our food was hot and on time, 5 stars!! Unfortunately, the order was completely wrong. My wife and 3 three children ordered the bacon burgers. We received 4 burgers with just meat, bun and fries. My wife called Chilis and spoke with the manager ,Hailey. On the phone ,Hailey constantly called my wife dear and laughed as my wife explained the receipt from chilis, the correct order from DoorDash all said something different. The receipt from chilis says BB, bacon burger and bacon was not on any of the burgers. Photos were sent to DoorDash. It was so unprofessional my wife and I drove to the location to speak with a different manager. Last week we ordered from the same location and the order was wrong, the gentleman I spoke with was apologetic and offered to correct the order or a refund, never had to speak with the manager. When we arrived at Chilis with the 4 incorrect orders and we asked to speak with the manager. Hailey eventually came to the counter and greeted us and said take it up With DoorDash, she never listened to anything we had to say about the receipt we received from chilis. As the lobby continued to fill , up she constantly smiled and gave condescending comments . Customers at the bar turned around to witness this conversation as well as staff in the kitchen. Hailey told us to leave HER restaurant. My wife asked her why she thought her behavior was acceptable and why she felt antagonizing the situation was helping. Her unprofessional behavior triggered my wife to record her behavior. Hailey responded she was calling the police and to leave HER store as she yelled in my face as well as wife. It s unfortunate that after 15 years, my family gets this type treatment. Due to the lack of communication from the owners, we ve reached out to Corporate to help explain why they think this treatment was acceptable. Location: Chillis 21118 kuykendahl Spring, TX 77379

Too expensive for such a simple food. Almost 50 dollars, tip included. Two people meal, one South- Western rolls and one serving of nachos ( which were terrible by the way) we asked for chips ( to later learn that they charge 7 dollars for it) One Diet Coke, one sweet tea. Not worth it. The server was fabulous and smiley. This is the only reason I give 3 stars. Go and eat better food for this price.

I recently revisited Chili s restaurant and once again, I was blown away by the amazing quality of their food. Love this restaurant but they used to offer the option of 2 salsas on to-go/food service apps when you order the equivalent of bottomless chips & salsa in house. Now is nearly $8 for a single pass. Vegetarian options: You can sub a black bean patty (bbp) as your protein & they have cheese quesadillas on the kid s menu. Chilis is a spot we go to once every 3 weeks or so. We usually have a special 2 for 20.00. Service is usually pretty good. Food is served hot. The atmosphere is that of your typical bar/restaurant with tvs. We will continue to go to Chilis on Kurkendahl and 2920!! Well, now its a meal for 2 for 25.00. We had the steaks as the entree. Chilis is mid to say the least they definitely changed their food quality over the past years. And not for the better. Their happy hour menu always has good drinks and food. I prefer to enjoy their happy hour special at the bar. That s where I get the best service and it s a pleasant experience. I appreciate that I can place an order online and do curbside pickup, what I don t find appropriate is their need to add an automatic TIP to my curbside pickup. I m literally driving to the restaurant myself to pick up MY order. If I m asked to tip I might as well DINE IN! You ll have to manually change the tipping amount to 0, bc what is the reason ???? Walked in. Only two families were seated in the restaurant. We were seated and the wait started. We sat for 20 minutes. Never greeted, never got a drink, never saw a member of the wait staff... Inexcusable in an empty restaurant.

We went in around 8:30 on a Monday. We didnt get our the usual waitress that works in the bar area . We sat in a booth to the left of the hostess stand. Out waitress was MIA most of the time. She only had one other table. Then, she was given a large family table and ignored them, and argued with the Hispanic lady about serving them. Even tho the Hispanic waitress was running the bar and 4 tables by herself. The food was cold. Chicken tenders had the weirdest consistency. I was only able to eat the ends. My fries were like rubber, and my corn on the cob was so dried out that the kernels just fell off. It was all just terrible.

I Oder the skillet queso Appetizer it came out good but they took forever to bring out the chips by the time the chips came the queso was cold so I sent it back for a fresh one and the just reheated it until it was basically half burnt then the kitchen manager I guess came out and was rude like it was my fault that her staff brought out the queso first and took 8 min to bring out the chips to eat with I just said okay and let it be it s the principal if I m paying for something it should be to the customer liking I didn t come for cold food

Its Chilis! Good food? Bet. At least the bar staff are friendly and very attentive. As far as atmosphere, it is the same Chilis youve been going to wherever you are. Its great. Personally, I go for the ribs! Still finger-licking good!

Did lunch and service was awesome. Server Jessica took our order and helped us with a few substitutions and everything came back correct. Food was superb and server Jessica kept our drinks refreshed. Thank you staff for treating us so kindly
