2 years ago when I tried this place for the first time, the tacos were amazing. Recently, the tacos have been declining in flavor. The homemade tortillas use to be the reason why I came. Now the tortillas are grainy, floury and not cooked all the way. I dont know whats going on but I think this family owned business isnt caring as much as they use to a couple years ago. Its hard for me to support them when the product isnt good. I hope they can regroup and get it back to what made them spectacular. Until then, I will keep driving by.

Sofy s catered breakfast tacos for my family reunion and they were a huge hit. Everyone was raving about them and asking where I got them from. The hot salsa also received a lot of praise. Delivery was on time and the service I received was top notch. I highly recommend them.

I used to love this place. The food was great, and the prices were good. However, I went last Friday, and I will not be returning. I asked for a loaded breakfast burrito (it isnt on the menu), and the guy at the window told me it was $14. Just for the burrito. I was starving, so I said ok (thinking it would also be HUGE). When it was done, he called me to the window and said how much did I tell you it was again? Thats weird... if its a consistent price, why did he not know how much they charge? I got the impression he just charges what he feels like at the moment. Additionally, the burrito was sub par. The tortilla was stale, most of the filling was beans, and it was the size of 1.5 tacos. I ended up throwing it out and dropping by Torchys for a huge $5 breakfast taco. Im all about supporting small businesses, but when they do stuff like this, theyre setting their business up for failure... especially in this economy.

WE enjoyed a nice lunch outside. Sofy s has the best service and the sweetest most loveliest people to offer suggestions. We had the special of the day and stuffed burrito. the special was very tender chicken on the bone with a succulent sauce and super tender meat. I never eat rice and beans at Mexican places but they were very flavorful. Sofy s has a sweet story and I love to support local. Unfortunately, there were quite a few flies the day that we went so that s why I gave 3 stars for atmosphere. Give Sofy s a try and when I go next time I ll just get take out.

The breakfast tacos were so good! We shared Mexicano and steak and egg breakfast tacos, all including beans and cheese and served on plates since we were eating there. We also took a bacon, egg, bean, and cheese taco to go. We had red and green salsas from the cooler plus a small cup of an orange salsa. All were delicious and provided just the right amount of heat. There were several pitchers of fresh drinks, but we did not sample any of those. Sofys is a food truck parked at the side of a house. The perimeter of the house is paved concrete for parking with a covered seating area. We will definitely stop by again when we are in this area! Parking: Theres a nice, paved lot around the house with well-marked spots, including handicap parking. There is also room on the street for overflow parking. Kid-friendliness: There was a cute kids table with chairs for the toddler sized kiddos. Wheelchair accessibility: The entire area around the house was concrete, providing ease of wheelchair access.

Only thing ive eaten in the last 24 hours, and my stomach feels like it has a knot in it (Im guessing I had chorizo that isnt being kept or cooked at the right temperature?). Their tortillas are too thick/dough-y, in my opinion. It reminds me of a taco cabana tortilla. That alone would keep me from giving it a second chance. Owner was rude. She told us we didnt know how to read the menu although no where does it say specific foods are sold only on certain days. Food took a while even though there werent many customers. Waited in vain because the food was terrible. I read the reviews prior to coming and I dont understand why they said it was so good. Fresh, delicious, great value, big portions & actually super friendly and thoughtful staff. I am a taco snob, and these were fantastic breakfast tacos! Id love to come back to try their tamales on a Saturday. The guy working there was so nice! He heard one of the kids in our group yell, I want more bacon! so he brought her out a free plate of bacon! Wow! Parking: A hand full of spots available, with additional street parking. Kid-friendliness: They made tortillas with just bacon for one kid, and another kid wanted tortilla with cheese & lettuce. I understand that we can all have a bad day, but with a business customers are important, the first day I visited this place because it was recommended to me and I came with the person who recommended it to me, she was shocked, the treatment was very terrible, the lady she was rude and also yelled at us and reluctantly took our order. Todo estuvo delicioso! This food truck had so many options to choose from and everything was sooo good! We tried the quesadillas (homemade tortilla), tacos, the burrito. I had the tacos (chicken (shredded), fajita, pastor) and was very happy with my meal. They have tables for you to sit and enjoy you meal in their nice little patio. The staff was super nice to us as well; the food came out quick. 10/10 this place is a must try!

Im new to Texas, my son had to ride me somewhere super early, 5am, he said he needed to get breakfast before we left, he stopped right around the corner from our apartment and grabbed 3 breakfast Tacos. Stopped by on a Sunday morning for breakfast. I got barbacoa on flour tortilla and a chorizo and egg on corn. My girlfriend got bacon egg and cheese on corn and flour. The price was good and the tacos were delicious! When my girlfriend went to pay, the owner gave her some menudo and it was amazing! Everyone was friendly, good food and great prices. This place is the definition of a hidden gem. It s so hidden that GPS takes you to the wrong location (it s one street over). If youre looking for an incredible breakfast taco and you re in the area, look no further than Sofy s. The tortillas are freshly made and absolutely delicious - theyre the perfect foundation for the flavorful fillings. Before I even comment on the food.I want to comment on the Owner and the other gentleman that was in the food truck with her I did not catch his name.and there was another gentleman there that was eating outside I did not catch his name. he had kindly brought my drinks to me. Everyone was so warming and welcoming. The owner is so sweet and down to earth I just love her spirit. Now on to the review about my food lol. I ordered three breakfast tacos one potato egg and cheese and two bacon egg cheese and beans. All three were very fulfilling a nice fulfilling size. The tortillas are so homemade you can smell them. I love homemade tortillas. This is real authentic and they have a NEW customer now. I hate I live across town but when I am on this side I definitely will make a point to stop.AND SHES OPEN ON SUNDAY

The employees r very kind and respectfull. The food is super great. Love thier tacos! Kid-friendliness: Nice outside covered patio for children to eat and play. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot to taco truck is flat and a wheelchaired individual can easly roll up to the window.

Delicious! Off the beaten path, and definitely better than the chain restaurants on the freeway. Im picky with chorizo and theirs was solid. The tortillas though - fresh, warm, thick and yummy! And the hot salsa was awesome - breakfast tacos hit the spot. The staff was super-friendly, fast and served with a smile.

Chilaquiles Verde came with 3 eggs made to order. The Chilaquiles had a good kick to them. The beans were my favorite, good texture and great flavor. Bacon was crisp. The potatoes were simple and soft. The mango drink was authentic. The food was very hot and fresh and came out fast. The folks were kind enough. Comfortable place to eat outside if you choose to stay. $11.50 for the plate and drink.

Very poor in getting orders right. While I was in line they got the 3 orders in front of me wrong and the costumers were complaining. Of course, they got my order wrong. Very unorganized in taking your order. Tacos are ok. But frustrating when you pay for tacos and dont get what you ordered
