My local go to for some of the best Italian in our area! Service is always top notch, Wed pm has no wait and the food was excellent! Our waiter was very attentive. And the ambiance is always mellow with a very courteous crowd.. worth a visit!

I ve enjoyed eating here in the past but tonight the experience was quite odd. We didn t receive our salad that comes with our entree. Our server Nathan wasn t very clear when speaking to us. I was not aware my meal came with two sides and one of the sides I received I didn t like. The chicken was also overcooked. I ordered a Chicken Marsala.

It is not crowded, which I find nice. However, the chicken flourentine soup had no seasoning at all, 1 piece of chicken and no flavor. The tomato basil was amazing, and I wish I had ordered it myself (my family did). The chicken pesto pasta also had no flavor what. so. ever! Full of oil running down the plate. Nothing on that plate blended well at all. The bread there is nice, and the herb sauce they give you is okay, but not Carrabas good just to be honest. I took it to go only because I was paying for it. The lemonade was also good, but boy, oh boy, do they need help with flavor! Or maybe those dishes were just awful. The people we were nice quiet and spacious, but do to the food, we wont be returning to dine again.

We ordered Lasagna and Seafood Puttenesca. Both were amazing. We also ordered side salad with the pesto dressing, didnt have much flavor. The desserts were delicious and well done, Carrot cake and Creme Brule!!! Bart was friendly and helpful in making menu selections. Well be back.

The architectural design of the building is aesthetically pleasing, and the staffs demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and professionalism in their service. My workout friends and I were impressed by the overall experience. The restaurant is conveniently located. The ambiance was pleasant the prices were great for the amount of food. I thoroughly enjoyed the quality of my meal and beverages, and I intend to frequent this establishment more regularly in the future. I highly recommend you to visit this restaurant

Absolutely lovely dining experience with co-owner Alan coming to visit our table. He was actually helping to serve multiple guests, including our table. He was super funny & welcoming. I appreciated being made to feel like we were ole time friends. Our server was great as well. Food was very tasty. I recommend the fried ravioli. Well be back!

The first impression was good since the service is excellent and the rolls with the oil that they offer you to snack on are delicious, but after placing the order we were very disappointed. For my daughter we ordered a childs spaghetti with tomato sauce and the sauce was almost raw tomato paste without seasonings without loosening it with water or anything tomato paste with some oil. My girls spaghetti was hard almost al dente and on the other hand mine with shrimp was too soft and also only 6 sad shrimp and some mushrooms, nothing special in the flavor. My husband ordered a four-cheese pizza where practically one of them predominated and it was like a soft cheese. The service was the best thing about this restaurant! I hope your dishes improve!

I visited Hasta La Pasta a few days ago and I must say our experience was great. The staff is very professional and provided an excellent service. The food and drinks are delicious. We were welcomed by the restaurants owner Alan, and he made sure our experience was more than pleasant. We saw him leading his team with a great attitude towards his team and patrons and suggested delicious dishes and drinks to pair them with. This is the kind of place you always want to come back.

My son and I went to Hasta la Pasta this evening for the first time in a long time. Extremely happy that the original owner and managers are back, along with Milton, whose cooking I thoroughly love. We both had the very unique Cannelloni Pepe, their fantastic side Caesar salad, the wonderful complementary dinner rolls (you definitely want to save a roll to sop up the delicious sauce at the end ), and topped off the meal with the carrot cake, which is ridiculously delicious. Our server, Julia was as amazing as she ever was. What a great experience!

I came back to this restaurant because the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was lucky enough to get the same server that took care of me the last time I was here, Ms. Isabella. Ms. Isabella is very knowledgeable about the menu and the drinks. She took excellent care of me. I didnt have to wait long for the food and it was absolutely delicious. I had the house salad with the Gorgonzola vinaigrette dressing. I enjoyed the seafood puttanesca. For desert I had the delicious chocolate cake. Ms. Isabella made sure that she kept checking on me and kept my ice tea filled. Not only is the food delicious but Ms. Isabella made my dining experience an absolute treat. I am now a regular. Parking: Parking is very easy in the front of the restaurant.

This place used to be better, now I would not recommend at all. 1. Spider webs all over near the front door 2. Restaurant has no butter. 3. Lady who served us had earpods in her ear the entire time. She did not once check to see if we needed more water/tea, we had to keep asking. 4. We had 3 huge boxes of to-go, did not give us a bag to carry the food. Overall just bad service, the food was really mediocre as well. I don t see myself coming back here anytime soon.

Hasta does not give the same amount of food when you order food to go. If you order a bowl of spup to go you will be charged for a bowl of soup but get a cup of soup. The same with their entries. It has happened every time we have ordered food to go.

Very slow!!! Visited on a Tues evening as our anniversary dinner. Grilled chicken in my ravioli roso was very tough, some with gristle & was lukewarm. Troys pizza was slightly burnt & tasteless he said. Took more than 15 mins to get our check & my to go dessert, but there were only 3 tables with customers. Wont be back. Edit: canceled the dessert when she came by to apologize that it was taking so long. How long does it take to cut a piece of cake??!!!

It was my first time here and my son got raw chicken vey disappointed the worst thing was that he ate some until he told his dad something in his chicken strips tasted Strange so if he gets sick I will do everything what it takes if this happen to me I will no care at all but it was my 10 yr old. We were here for a private party. The vibe was so off. We had one waiter the entire time for about 20 people. He kept pouring the wine like it was some extreme upscale establishment, appreciate the attempt but it wasn t it. The food bread was good and the bruschetta and spinach artichoke dip was fine. We had the lasagna which was covered in sweet tomato sauce but we were told it was meat sauce. I got the chicken penne Alfredo and the chicken was straight up microwaved, hard and looked pink in some areas. Terrible. Service- having one waiter for 20 people wasn t right. Attention was lacking and empty plates and bowls were not picked up until dessert was served. Our waiter did his best but he had no help at all. Overall it was so underwhelming from the moment we walked in. I wouldn t come back.

I came in today for a self date I sat up at the bar I ordered the Verona pasta and let me tell you it was amazing my server/bartender George recommended it to me and I definitely understand why that was his go to recommendation. I asked him to make me any drink he would like I m not picky, he made me a margarita on the rocks and out of all the margaritas I have had in my life this one just topped all the others I still can t determine what was different but it was so good!! Our server Matt was great as he always is, the bartender George makes a mean martini so if you go do not pass that up. The manager Angela came by to check on us a few times always super sweet. We go all the time and its always great service... my favorite dish is the chicken fettuccine alfredo! All around a big no for me. I ve worked in Italian restaurants my whole life and this place is not worth half the money we paid. Everything we ordered came out of a frozen food aisle at Restaurant Supply. One piece of chicken on the recommended to us Chicken Marsala, for $18?? Spinach dip was not good and my kids Spaghetti seemed like chef boyardee. I don t like giving bad reviews, but to spend almost $50 and walk out of there upset at the service, the food and the dead trees on the patio, it s deserved. There s opportunity to improve for sure and I hope the owners take this advice.

I ordered the shrimp scampi to go. However, when I picked up my order and arrived home the entire bag was soaked at the bottom. I did not know this and my entire order fell out onto the ground. So what did I do, I ordered another of the same thing and just so happened they called to ask me about the duplicate order. I explained what happened and the lady was very apologetic. I think they should have offered me another order on them because it wasn t my fault that they had faulty packaging. But no, they did not. I think I m done with Hasta la pasta.

It was late. After my granddaughters softball game my daughter decided to try this place. Me and my husband shared the ravioli and couldnt believe it tasted like chef boyardee out of the can. My daughters friend got the cannelloni and the entire dish was not good at all. She let us taste it and I swear the meat was 2 weeks old with no flavor. It was like a mystery meat and the sauce was a mystery sauce. A scary meal to say the least, but shes not one to complain. This was our first and last visit.

Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for a to go order(1 order of chicken Alfredo). I called ahead of time and was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I literally felt like I was there for an hour. Need better customer service as well, I don t remember even being greeted when I walked in. I have never recieved this standard of excellence and care in both food in service at any other restaurant in the Spring area. I frequent this restaurant as it is close to me. Im not sure what has happened in the quality of food recently. I ordered a meal with chicken a few weeks ago and the chicken was horrible.. kind of rubbery and completely inedible. I called and spoke with the manager to let her know about the chicken. She was more than apologetic. I let her know I didnt want anything in return... just to let her know so they could fix the problem. I went back today and ordered another meal with chicken (to-go as usual) when I got back to my office to eat... I was missing my bread and the same rubbery, disgusting chicken. I wont be going back to this place after this happened for the second time. The service is great and it is a very nice restaurant, its just lacking in the quality of meat.

We ve been coming here for years because the food is good. But the service is really bad. This is more due to poor management than the servers. It s not unusual to wait 10 minutes to be seated with a dining room that is more than half empty. Recently we saw a large group leave after waiting for several minutes in the foyer with no one around to greet them. It s sad to see this restaurant so slow when one a few doors down is overflowing with customers. I don t know how they ll stay in business at this rate.

Weve been going to Hasta La Pasta for many years. The lunch I had Sunday was the worst meal I ever had. It was chicken marsala. The chicken was over cooked and tough. The mixed vegetable side was cold. House salad was OK. Unless they improve the quality of their meals, I will not be going there again.

My husband and I came in and we were waiting to be seated for 10 minutes, and one of your staff members told us that they were closing and then turned us away. Your of operation on Saturday 11am-9:30pm,and got there at 8:30pm. We tried to call your restaurant but no answer. There wasnt many people in there.

I was eating here and the food took way to long as well as the cheese taste like cheap plastic and the sause was very chunky honestly i wouldnt Recommend this place for any fancy dinners. And the drinks it self took at least 20 mins and as I got my drink (sprite) it was flat tasted like water and lemon.

Always food that is delicious, fresh, & served with a smile. Dropped a star because the management dropped a few of their patrons staple & favorite meals. Plus, the previous delicious bread rolls have gone away. Otherwise, its still a good small business. Authentic and flavorful Italian cuisine. Just wish that didnt change & get rid of guests favorite meals. Why change what was working so well before & are staple Italian style cuisines.

We are regular customers and 3 out of 4 meals were inedible and had to be returned. We were very disappointed and will probably not be returning. We paid for all 4 meals and left a generous tip for the waitress who appeared to be embarrassed by the poor quality of the food. Nobody from management came to apologize for the awful food. The food was awful!!!

Owners. Love the place, good food, elegant atmosphere without being gaudy. For the love of things, please rethink your staffing. These wonderful servers were maxed out on a weekday lunch rush. My order was totally forgotten and I just didnt have the heart after eating your delicious tomato basil soup to say anything to my server. She was great, just flustered with the work load. We all need to cut corners where we can, but I think maybe a swing shift server could solve all your problems. Gratzi.

It was surprisingly good. The staff was good, not very talkative, but on point otherwise. The food was very good. I had the Chicken Piccata and my son had the Chicken Marsala. It was pleasant weather so we enjoyed eating on the patio.

Thank you Shayla, your service was EXCELLENT! I celebrated my 48th birthday, with family and friends on a busy Wednesday evening. Everything was set when I arrived. Bread was warm and delicious as always. I choose the chicken penne Alfredo, just fabulous! My guest enjoyed the cheese ravioli, chicken Parmesan, and chicken Alfredo to which they all gave amazing compliments. Everything was delicious and served to perfection. I had a wonderful experience at Hasta La Pasta today. The food was excellent. Their tomato soup is the best Ive had. I also immensely enjoyed the chicken masala. I highly recommend trying it. Chrissy was my server today. She was on top of everything. Checked on me frequently and updated me on the status of my food. Not to mention she has a hugh contagious smile and made me feel like a special guest. Excellent food and service. I highly recommend you give them a try. And ask for Chrissy.

Worst lasagna ever, tasted like cheese paste layered with cat food layered with slimy pasta covered in marinara. Does apparently have a beef/pork combo but beyond that calling this a lasagna is a stretch of the imagination. If you are expecting a genuine Tuscan lasagna you will be so disappointed you will have thought they got the order wrong. No italian trinity, no ragu, wasnt even covered in a cheese layer but instead marinara. A waste of $14, also custom ordered a side dish which was not completed correctly. Unfortunately my wife loves the chicken Alfredo so Im sure we will order again but i was bitterly disappointed. Or maybe I am just a lasagna snob.

Its pretty amazing when a restaurant is so satisfying the worst thing you can say about it is that there was no music playing. Recently visited this for the first time and was given excellent service by a gentleman named Bartholomew. I wasn t going to leave a review but after a week has passed I m still upset so I m going to leave one. I took my daughter and her friend here for lunch last week. They are 15 and it was a special day. When we entered the restaurant it was completely empty and now I know why. First we received bread which was hard as a rock, not edible. Then the waitress brought out our drinks and dumped my daughters friends drink all over her. I understand that things happen but the waitress went on to blame us saying she reached for the glass when I clearly saw what happened and the waitress was the only one with hands on the glass as she clearly dumped it on her. The waitress slowly cleaned up the mess and I should have left then since I had one child drenched in coke. She never apologized. As our food was brought out the waitress was annoyed at the lack of space at the table but instead of clearing it she continued to stack more items. When the check came we were told that she could only offer a free desert for the accident that there would be nothing else she could do. I found this extremely rude since we had not asked to be compensated. We had tried to make the experience a good one even though it seemed our waitress had her mind made up to ruin that for us. I left a 15 percent tip but after leaving I realized I shouldn t have left a tip at all. I spent over $100 for terrible food and to be treated horribly. I would not recommend this place. The food is the quality that a non Italian can make in their home kitchen and obviously they hire hateful staff. Not a good experience at all. I want my money back.

I ve eaten here for two work functions and once for dinner on my own. I ve gotten the chicken Marsala twice. It is consistent and delicious. Service has been prompt and friendly. Once I left my Amex card after a late dinner and it was returned the next day. This is a great neighborhood place.

We use to go to Hasta La Pasta on a regular basis and I have always enjoyed the food and the service. We have not been in several months but went yesterday. I was very disappointed - the prices have soared and the portions were smaller and worse of all -- my food was mediocre. (however - my wife still liked the chicken marsala) Addition - Thank you for your reply. You are right - soared may be too harsh - I went to a steak restaurant recently and almost fainted when I saw their new prices. Your increase is consistent with inflation and not excessive (I am just cheap). The marsala was excellent as was the service. I will cheerfully upgrade my review. As I said - I had been a long time customer - just getting a little cranky in my old age.

My husband and I had gone to the restaurant a couple of Sundays and left unhappy, but I must say they do value their customers when theres an issue. I appreciate the manager, Alan, for taking the time to investigate and taking care of the issue. We went Thursday afternoon because we love the food and the service was great. The greeter and our server showed team work to make sure that we were accommodated.

This was my first time coming here and I was so impressed! I don t remember our waitress name but she was fantastic, so sweet and attentive while having other tables. My puttanesca pasta was delicious. Definitely will be coming back here.
