I have known several event halls but none like this one. It really is first class, not only the facilities but also the staff, very attentive, helpful and above all honest people. On the other hand, the security staff that was present during the event allowed the adults to enjoy the party without worrying about the children as they were always watching the entrance doors. The food was very good and the bathrooms were impressively clean. Really 100% recommended.

We celebrated my daughters 15th birthday and it was an unforgettable night. From the first day, Elvis, Paola and Juan Carlos showed me the beauty of the salon, decorations and packages. They take care of everything, the food, decoration, choreographer, drinks, etc. They advise you on everything. The tasting of the food is excellent, they treat you with so much courtesy and love that they seem like family. Mrs. Silvia is a spectacular manager!!! Handles any setbacks that arise with professionalism and effectiveness. I was delighted and recommend it with my eyes closed for any important event. The dreamy decoration, the delicious food, the excellent service. I relaxed and danced all night because I was in very good hands.

We are, our family and friends are more than great full for all the staffs hard work, we initially wanted something with a short time frame. We were provided all the pros and cons as to why and why not having a short time frame. The staff is more than capable of managing a short time frame event as this is what they do for a living. They advise correctly to help avoid issues for the clients as their focus is their clients. I can not say how much we are thankful for their hard work, our daughter had an incredible night made for a princess. The venue is what a princess should have as a memory of the most important day of her life. Our family and friends were impressed in all aspects of the venue and treatment received from all staff. As first timers in this type of thing and not knowing we started working with Mrs Silvia, her name turned out to be well known with friends. She came highly recommend, she is a perfectionist and only us as clients can make a bad night for a planner. They work hard at trying to provide an unforgetful night that although we have road blocks they adjust to help maintain this precious moment. I can go on speaking about our appreciation, Mrs Silvia, Ms Paola, Mr Juan were above and beyond expectations. The staff were on spot closing gaps we did not see until they were working on it. My recommendation is ask a lot of questions, dont plan an event with short term, let Management guide you and make your best selection from the options as there can be many. What can I say, we held my daughters quinceanera here in August, A/C could not cool the hall. We paid for certain items, dancing Robot and 360 camera both were missing day of the event. Hall was nice, food was ok. Make sure when you book you read the contract in full and ensure the A/C works.

Management needs to improve on social skills. There is no point in providing a service and have people in the front line with bad manners. Yes having an event with a lot of people has its bumps but expecting to be treated as a human being shouldn t have to be requested. A lady manager was beyond rude, her inexperience dealing with stress and a tight timelines showed big time. People look for a great space, beautiful ambiance but what I d recommend you is to look for NICE people as well! I know is difficult as staff show their best before you sign as a client but if something read the reviews of each Venue. One bad review could show one person s bad experience but a couple dozen have to speak by itself.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the staff. I did not plan to have such a big party but once I saw this venue that quickly changed. Even though are plans changed, the coordinator made it so easy to make these changes. Through out the process they kept in constant communication and answered all my questions. For the day of the event, they did tell me they would take care of everything so I could enjoy the event and they did. They took care of all my guest and were right there if I needed anything. They had everything packed and ready to go for me at the end and helped with packing up to leave. This venue had everything down to a play area for the kids, which I think was the best part. It diffidently prevents kids from running around the venue which they usually will do. I received so many complements from my guests on the venue, cake and food. I would highly recommend this venue.

The objective of this venue is to scam their customers by not providing clear and transparent information at the moment of contracting services, the contract verbiage is vague and general, the promises of the sales agent at the moment of contract are not fulfilled as promised. The packages that are offered are designed to confuse and to manipulate the cost of the event.

This place is beautiful but customer service is not the best. They have taken over 2 months going on 3 months now to respond to a cancellation request and we still have not heard from them. I would look elsewhere where that is more responsive to their clients. I can go into further details as to why we cancelled but I will not at this time. All I have to say is there are many other venues out there that are beautiful and they offer excellent customer service.

Here we celebrated my daughters Mrs. María was excellent, attentive to every detail, etc. very good team, very professional. Thank you very much for helping my daughters dream come true. As for the bar staff, if the lady in charge leaves a little to say, my daughter came up to ask for a drink and she denied it saying that There was no longer there, my daughter tells him if you have it, Im looking at the bottle, why are you denying it, and the lady made a gesture at her and served her the drink in a bad way, just like the bartender behaved in a rude manner with another of my daughters. . I want to think that they are not directly from the Spring Reception Hall Staff.

The place is beautiful but the staff is so unprofessional. The main bartender/waiter was very rude and offensive when he was asked a question regarding the alcoholic beverages. Also, the staff was not kind to the guests at all. I am pregnant and literally one of them almost hit me in the stomach trying to pick up the plates toward the end of the night.

Great room, the event this past Saturday was phenomenal, without problems, great atmosphere, great taste of the food, great attention, especially from Silvia, and all the staff, they moved from one side to the other ensuring that the attention and details were not will be missing, I recommend it without hesitation, because it is a very elegant room and something this beautiful has its cost, and not everyone can afford it, payment facilities are available so there are no excuses to hold your event in this room.

We attended a quince here. Upon walking in, the entrance was hot. The door man said the AC was not working in the entrance. When we went in to the hall, we were hit with another room full of heat. The host was in tears because she was not told about this issue, and now she was going to have over 250 people coming to attend the party. They spent so much money on a special day, all to be tainted by HEAT. I understand, things happen, ACs go out, but the problem lies in that the hosts were not informed about the situation in a timely fashion. On the contrary, they were told that there was nothing wrong with their AC and just that it was taking time to cool down the room. The room NEVER cooled down. The floors were slippery, people were falling left and right. Even the birthday girl fell twice. Many people fell just walking to the bathroom. It was very unsafe. The host was trying to make the best of the situation being that she did not want to ruin the night for her daughter. Maria was great, and she was very attentive. The staff were helpful, but they really should have canceled the party because it was a hazard for people. There are many people who got hurt and bruises from the falls. Everyone had their hair up and drenched in sweat by the end. People keep saying its an attack on the place... Well, if you spent over 20K on a party, you are expecting it to be perfect. This place is not cheap. People work hard for their money, so put yourself in the hosts shoes. A night that was planned years in the making, tainted due to the lack of curtesy from the hall. They could have said something, or at least paid to have the air fixed before the event. Now, they place is giving the host a run around by canceling all appointments set up to discuss the event. This is a very unprofessional business.

I attended an event here this past weekend, and although the hall was beautiful and nicely decorated, the AC was completely out! While I can understand things happen that are out of the hands of the owners/management, with how much time, effort, and THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS are spent at these events by these hard-working families, the owners could have done more to at least notify the family of the issue ahead of time and given them the opportunity to decide a different course of action. Not only was the AC out, but the floors were extremely slippery, and I saw many slip and fall, including the debutant. Although we tried to make the best of it and hang out to support our friends, the event had to shut down early due to the extreme heat that no one could stand. It was a beautiful event that was marred by the deceit of the owners/management.

I was at an event a month ago, and everything was perfect, they guided me very well with my stress, I really appreciate Silvia and José the choreographer, I dont understand why if the air wasnt working they didnt stop their event before starting it, we are in a free country that if at my event I realize that something is not working I say it and if I agree in less than 1 hour there are so many comments about the same thing, I think it is a smear campaign, go to court and say this there, I encourage Silvia, there are people who always want to harm others.

NO AC WHATSOEVER. With the amount of people and the combination of no ac, created a wet floor. People were slipping and falling everywhere and not 1 wet floor sign in sight.........or management. Management originally said the ac was fixed.....That wasnt true at all. They ruined someones important night. Some people couldnt take the heat inside and left early. I strongly suggest you spend your money where the ac works.

The decor was good but really depends how much you pay. The lady that handles the decorations, she was excellent, food was good, bar tenders were good, BUT Juan Carlos as our coordinator/ planner needs improvement. Him and his manager will definitely with no hesitation will lie to your face to benefit them selfs. After having issues thru the process of planning the 15th event, they screw me on my Alcohol order and I end up paying for there bar prices. Spend 2500 in alcohol, and on top of that through the event we had to handle paperwork and planning some coordinating because he wasnt prepared. No one should deal with any planning or paperwork during their event when its been months of preparation and planning. For the amount of money you pay unacceptable. I will definitely try somewhere else for my next daughters quice. As for your reply, Im not removing my comment because you think is false. I wouldnt be waisting my time writing this to let people know that your scamming actions if it wasnt true. The night of my event I was charged 2500 for the alcohol. If you werent aware of that then your employees are scamming you too. Do a better job next time for others.

I do not understand why many people complain about the attention or some service that they lack or have to pay extras, in my contract it was explicit the things that I would have, liquor, food, attention, cake, and it was very clear that I had overcome this, and if I needed another service would have an additional price, the attention and the event is very good, the preparation always has setbacks, the important thing is to overcome them to hold the event for our Quinceañera.

I had my party on June 4, 2022. This room is the ultimate in elegance and style. My guests really left happy and delighted with the room. We had a lack of communication with management regarding the vendors. But I am 100% satisfied despite the setbacks. Juan Carlos and Paty made sure the party was perfect. They really were on top of everything. I didnt have to do anything. Just enjoy the party. My daughter was very happy with her quinceanera. It was everything I expected. Completely unprofessional We had a date set on a specific day and they switch up everything. We had everything planned on 2020 and was pushed to 2022 on February due to COVID which we completely understand. We kept calling to verify the date and everything but now we re a few weeks from the event and turns out our event has passed. How did our event pass? We have paper work for proof that we had the correct date. Here s the story We came by to sign things to have everything sent. For the event. Once everything was signed. We handed to a guy named (Elvis ). Once we gave them to them they kept insisting to look around the reception hall.(We have already seen the hall so why do we need to see it again we think is just to distract us but we didn t think of it at that time.) We later hear the manager ask his assistant to bring BLACK COFFEE. Minutes later the assistant calls the manager and tells him an accident just happened. She spilled black coffee all over the important documents about our event. (Keep in mind they all been sign with the correct date and everything). We wanted to take pictures of the documents just in case but they said no that he s gonna send us a Copy of them. We received the copy but THE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED. And today was supposed to be the tasting but turns out it was just to talk about the event has passed already. The guy that was supposed to be helping us with this situation right now is (Juan Carlos). He was being very helpful but it all changed when it came to the paper work. He didn t want to give us the original paper. And if we were to have it he will not help us. We have money already invested in the event this is crazy. We re still hoping for a solution but for the mean time we might have to get a lawyer involved. PLEASE DONT DO YOUR SPECIAL EVENT HERE. ITS A PRETTY PLACE BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I called yesterday to ask for any available appointments for today Wednesday to go see the hall. First the way the answer the phone was it professional I had to ask if I was calling the right place and he was like yes (not even I can I help you or something) so I told him that I was calling to check if there was any available appointments, he said to send him a text with my name and what type of even I was having and how many people and he will get back to me. So I did send the text and waited for the replay. He never text me back so today I text him again and ask if there was any available appointments, hours later he replay not today I asked for when and he never reply back. Very unprofessional, rude in his response. This is a red flag for me not to trust them because if this is how they reply to a prospective client, I can t imagine when you already have a contract. Very poor customer service.

Our experience in Spring was super pleasant, the attention you receive from the entrance, the staff super professional and attentive, there is no doubt that although we are in times of PANDEMIC, the Health contingency is enforced, in an organized way following the measures, the super clean bathrooms. And from the moment you enter the Reception you can see the elegance, it is a very Fancy place and the Events are really beautiful. Good for everything, I hope there are more places like this.

Booked an appointment at 2 pm, their system got it wrong and booked it at 1 pm and I didnt find this out until I got there because they messaged me on facebook about it. All the doors were locked, even though it was supposedly open from 12pm-7pm that day. Figured if they werent compitent enough to get an appointment right, they werent compitent enough to host a party.

You would never know it based off the exterior, but the space itself is absolutely beautiful. Plush sofas and art decorate a long entrance hall, perfect for photos. The inside has a lovely dance floors with flowing veils and fairy lights hanging from the ceiling. Dj was wonderful, food was delicious, and the party was unforgettable. My one regret is spending $30 on mixed drinks at the bar. At $10 each, youd expect them not to jiff you with drinks weak enough to give to a child. I recommend sticking to beer or liquor on the rocks. Aside from that, excellent place. Would consider for my own event.

The Place Well the bad thing is that the air conditioning does not work, it is very hot. And the owner says that because many people get upset when they find out that the A/C doesnt work. Very bad service, one pays to have a NICE dream but it turns into a nightmare

Well, we were invited to the nieces 15th. The room was very elegant, Im not going to deny it, the food was very tasty, but when it came to the worst air conditioning, my cousin talked to a lot of rude people in charge of the place and they couldnt tell him that this was the maximum and the guests were dying of it. heat ufffd And the guys who distributed the food took a long time. I think the salon is expensive for that type of inconvenience, I hope they really improve
