I highly recommend Attorney Justin Hurst. He was such a pleasure to work with when we needed a lawyer to update our will and Power of Attorney documents. I vetted out numerous lawyers in the area, and he was by far the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. He was very patient as he explained the different options and clearly communicated the pros and cons of each. He was also very responsive to our emails, got the drafts to us for our review quickly and his fees were very reasonable. I was so impressed, I recommended him to my parents for their legal needs, as well. I am grateful to have found such a good lawyer nearby! Thank you!

Justin prepared wills for my husband and I in addition to my Mom. Justin guided us through the probate process after my Dad passed. He was so kind and accommodating to my 94 yr old mother. He was so patient and gentle and made sure he did everything exactly as she wished. After she passed we had a completely stress free journey to get her estate settled. You will never find an attorney as compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough as Justin. I would never hesitate to recommend him - he is the BEST!!!

Mr. Hurst wrote my Will, POA, Medical POA, and Physicians Directive. He is extremely knowledgeable, but down-to-earth and personable. Justin has excellent communication and teaching skills. Because he is a solo practitioner, his fee is very reasonable---half that of another firm I contacted. Highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Justin Hurst for your legal work! I have worked with him twice in the past two years and have been extremely satisfied. Justin is knowledgeable and researches in depth to find the best solution for the problem/situation you bring to him. One of the many assets I like about him is that he listens to what you say. I have never felt rushed in talking to him either by phone or in person. He is kind and caring. He is also efficient and does not waste your time . I found his fees to be very fair. Justin will not nickle and dime you. He sets a fee and sticks with it. My first case with him became more involved than expected because of complications in the wording of the will he was handling for me. I offered to pay him more, but he said no. I was quite impressed! If I could rate him higher than five stars, I would. If you need an attorney, contact Justin. You will be glad you did.

Used Justin when my brother passed away and did not leave a will. We had his house payments and medical bills piling up with no access to his money. With Justins help we turned around a normal 6-12 month process in less than 3 months. I live in Austin and all during this process, I was in constant (2-3 times a week) communication with him passing needed information and documentation back and forth. He was readily available, answering all questions and turning around documents just as fast. Would not hesitate to use him again.
