Update Late 2024: this place still sucks and still feels dirty. Close it down. I say more parking spaces is better use of space than this restaurant. You used to be cool! The golden tee machine is still broken. And for some reason they don t mix sauces. Please close your restaurant. Service is horrible. It s always dirty. And your wings are sub par now.

I call today trying to place order get that credit due to me staying close this is my nearest BWW Location for a worker to tell me it s no notes manager not answering phone to credit me that not my fault seem like that day was just a mess up day told me to call back after 3 I m telling her exact time I spoke with manger I express how they wasn t even in the front of store because my spouse watch the phone ring in the inside while I m calling trying to get him help inside store !

We have given this place so many chances because it is close to our house and its a place where we can go to watch sports. However, every single time we dine in the service sucks. It takes forever for someone to greet you, we waited 15 minute to place a drink order. No one that works here acts like they even want to be here. No one. Eating out cots too much now a days to deal with crappy service. Every. Single. Time.

I mean, you cant go wrong with traditional wings. Ive never had anything else on the menu beside the potato wedges because i figure what they specialize in is wings, and so Ive never really been disappointed. The wings are usually quite huge. Overall, I like this place because of the sauce selection. You really cant beat Buffalo Wild Wings sauce list.

Ok, so deleted previous 1 star review for. 6 months ago, never heard a response from the establishment, and well, her we go again. We thought we would give the app ordering a try. I had ordered 30 wings with desert heat dry rub and the sauces on the side. The online ordering does not have any option for notes to ensure the order would be correct so I actually called after placing the order and told them. When I got to the establishment 5 mins earlier than expected time to be ready annd talked to the person behind the counter, she said she thought that I was wanting them naked. I couldn t believe what I was hearing. She runs back to the kitchen to fix her wrong instructions. We ordered a 30 count of mixed , normally would order all flats but decided let s see how it goes. We had 25 drumsticks and 5 flats. Wasn t too happy about that. We also ordered a side of cheese curds. We received the little box with the cheese curds and there were 18 in it. They barely covered the box bottom. The quantity was extremely off compared to orders past. Now to the quality of the wings. They looked like naked wings that had been sitting out in the entire for 25 mins and then had dry run sprinkled and it wouldn t stick to the dry wings. I swear they tasted like yesterdays wings that were heated under a heat lamp for 2 hours then pulled out from under it after 150% of the moisture was removed from the wings. I believe they created wing jerky. They were not even warm, they were closer to room temp as I only live 5 mins, max, from the store. This establishment is absolutely horrible with to go orders. We have had decent experiences eating there but typically the service is very lackadaisical at best. I am guessing this might be a corporate store as there just doesn t seem to be anyone that really cares.

Well. Joel Wilson doesnt have colitis or any other stomach disease. He just saw the Dr and they said he got a very bad food poisoning case and he got an infection from it that will last up to two months. We ate at Buffalo wild wings at 99 and kurkendayl. 3 Thursdays ago! Our food tasted wierd amd i stoppes eating but Joel finished his. I also got food poisoning for 4 days. Going there today to hold them responsible!

This place is the worst of the worst! First the bar smells like a dirty rag wiped the counter. I came in at lunch time and there was 1 person seated at the bar. This location had the cleanest bathroom anywhere. I felt really good about their ability to keep a clean facility. If a restaurant cant keep a clean establishment, then forget about the capability of the kitchen. The service was excellent. The food was great. I tried all new items to me ( tenders, onion rings, mozzarella sticks ) all fresh, hot , and very tasty. The atmosphere was very active as the Astros battled on t.v. The boys came up short , but they will come back .

We went in for dinner. Our server was rude, didn t greet us, had an attitude the whole time. We had to keep calling her over cause she never came to check up and see if we needed anything. We usually go to the Buffalo Wild Wings location that s by 249 and 1960 and we always have a great experience. The food was pretty good but the service from her was horrible. Even though we ordered 3 large appetizers, the food was not so great. It was good but the portions were small. The service was very bad. The server came about 2 times in 1 hour and we had to ask other servers to get our server. It took very long for the food to come. We are disappointed. Ordered takeout. Every time I come in no one greets me even though theres multiple servers milling about. This time I ordered the food 35 minutes before arriving and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my wings and to seen sranding at the takeout counter. This is the case every time I come here, order ahead of time, show up a little late, and the food still isnt ready. Food is hot and tastes good at least.

Myself & a friend went to eat and watch the game, we stood at the front counter for ten minutes with zero recognition. Needless to say we left... I will never come back again. I did something dumb, myself and my son went on 6/15/2024. The waitress that was in a section told us that the area was closed, but we could sit on the left or right or at the bar. When we went to try and sit down she started yelling at us. So we left, I will not try this location again. And I will be putting a bad review on yelp as well.

Just left the place because girlfriend and I had to wait for over 15 minutes to be greeted by someone, but wait, here s the funny part, we never got greeted! Someone sat at the booth behind us AFTER we sat and they were greeted first and even got their food first. We never got greeted, not even a hello or I ll be with you guys in a sec , absolutely nothing. As a manager of a restaurant, I must say what a terrible experience this was, the first time in my life I had to walkout of a restaurant for not being greeted. This place never comes together. I would like to point at one specific thing but instead it is so sporadic on a point of disappointment that you cant. On this particular visit, everybody else had their food, but it took 9 minutes AFTER everyone had finished eating, to get my pizza. (Something that they re trying to promote but yet can t deliver). And by the time the pizza was delivered it was incredibly soggy to the point that you couldn t eat it. There is absolutely no systems of quality control. How can you have such a great concept and yet screw it up so badly?! Update/post my review above I got the reply below for the corporate office, asking me to go through the hassle of going to their website. My reply: So let me get this right, you want me, another dissatisfied customer, to go onto your website under a certain tab and rewrite what I ve already written so that I follow a process of yours versus you simply taking what I ve already written, and help the staff?! your processes are backwards. There is no sign f leadership or any quality control. Why should I have to go through another step to make a complaint. Now you just give me another reason to complain. Good grief. Get it together. Easily the worst dining experience ive ever had as far as food goes. However my server was an angel who was on top of her game. I got a chicken sandwich and my gf got a bacon burger. We also ordered fried pickles. $9 for 13 fried pickles is flat out thievery. My chicken sandwich was cold and contained 90% breading and the rest chicken. The bacon speaks for itself on my gfs burger. The entire restaurant was dirty and smelled like a gym, absolutely disgusting. And no im not filling out a form just take my money and run. The black girl with the dreadlocks has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First of all her overall appearance is unhygienic, it s 11a.m why is your uniform completely filthy that alone made me question if I wanted to eat here. We ordered two different wings for two of my children, we went to pick them up and read the receipt to check that everything was correct with the order. Indeed, everything was well described, it turns out that when we got home and opened the cardboard containers we realized that the orders came with totally different flavors than what we ordered. It is not possible that companies like this leave it in the hands of irresponsible people who have no idea what it means to leave a good image to consumers. The waitress clearly did not want to be there. Very bad customer service from someone that is supposed to represent the company. Not everyone has the ability to work with customers, theres a lot going on. Waitress was rude, we were really uncomfortable, and at some point we were thinking if we did something that made her treat us that way. She wouldnt check on us unless I had to wave to call her. She asked if we were ready to order and left to grab something and left me talking alone! I asked her to come to my table because my husband needed a refill and she was talking to someone. She looked at me waving at her, came walking very slowly to my table and kept the conversation from a distance so when she got my table she was still talking to this person. Order came wrong, we informed her and she took it back to fix it at least, but her attitude was not worth it of a date for a Saturday night. No please, no thank you, no sorry, none of the basic qualities for customer service we saw on her. Minimal interaction with us, her customers. We were rushing to eat our food and get out of there. Buffalo Wild Wings of Spring, Texas, please train better your people. You might as well just hire robots to bring our food, less complaints you will receive.

I dont think Ive ever had a good experience at BWW. Went to dinner yesterday. All of our food came our cold. I notified the staff, and they sent it back to be remade. They remade the wrong order. Sent it back again. The waitress attempted to make it right. This was appreciated. However, this isnt the first time. Each visit weve had has been bad. Tables are left unclean, no one bussing in a timely manner. The table next to us ordered a beer, and it was sitting for a while to be delivered... she tried to go grab from the bar herself. Overall, it was just a bad experience each time. After yesterday, we decided to give up on BWW. I would not recommend this location.

From past reviews, Ive always left something honest and kind. Unfortunately, all I can say about the last experience (today) was they got my order correct. I ordered a pick up so I could bring the food home hot and eat, not a stretch to the imagination, right? Wrong! First, I go in, they mistake my order for a delivery but that was easily fixed, no problem. So, I get my order and take it to my truck only to find the bottom of the bag SOAKED!! Not sure who packed it, but the drainage from the vegetables (which were packed on their sides) leaked out. The bag was tearing. So, I go back in to infirm them of this, (not asking for anything free) but to let them know they need to be careful packing everything. Of course the Im sorry was given and they offered me another bag (which I refused because I had a reusable bag in my truck). Fine, I get home (which is about 6-10 minutes from my house) and start unloading the food. Its all cold! Not just the veg, but the fries and the chicken. Literally it was sitting out there. To make a long story short, I had to come home and reheat my food that was supposed to be fresh. Either way, I love Wing Stop, but I will not be ordering from this particular location again. Ill drive a bit further to the other one who is better equipped to handle pick up orders.

While we love the food from here every time we order something is missing. We ordered online tonight for delivery and we were missing several things. Their excuse was it was door dash even though the pick up person should be confirming the order is complete before sending it with the driver. My only option is to either drive and pick it up or get a refund. Poor customer service. Should not offer delivery if you cannot guarantee the orders are correct.

This location slaps. Food was served hot and fresh, the spicy garlic seemed extra garlicy, in a good way. The cheese sticks were melty AF. The young server was working hard, and hit all the points. Made sure to offer is different options, very attentive. Some of the booths need reupholstered, and the cleaning could be a little better, but it was a busy night. Overall 5 stars food and service, 3 star atmosphere.

I ran into a couple of issue while visiting this location. My experience over was not great, due to bad customer service. However Taylor corrected the issue, and made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Thanks to her I will be giving this location another shot since being under new management. Was disappointed with the service here. We went to eat in the evening and asked for a table with a booth, no problem waited 10mins to be seated, then we wait another 10-15mins for a waitress to tell us this section is closed, Im confused the host sat us there, then we get moved to another section, still wait another 10mins, meanwhile we see other groups come in and get seated and their orders taken, 30mins into the restaurant and we still havent gotten our order nor our drinks of any kind, we were about to walk out till the waitress that moved us asked another waiter to take our order.. We then get our order somehow it takes a long time, most of the food is cold, and some items are forgotten, waited 20mins for a side salad, and by then we are almost done eating. This may be the last time I come to this location!

I am leaving a review because we have REPEATEDLY had issues at this location. From very poor service from wait staff the kitchen losing our order and screwing up what they do send out the dishwasher not working- not having cups or silverware or no soft drinks! Currently there s a big red sign on the door for not being in compliance for permits or something. My family will not be coming back to this location any time soon.

Today is Friday 4/21. Made a pickup order one week ago today for takeout. It took the staff 40 minutes to tell me they hadnt started making my order because they were out of buns. At this point they offered other food or a refund, I opted for a refund. At this point the employee got the kitchen manager to process the refund. The kitchen manager insisted he gave me a refund even though he refused to provide a receipt showing so. (Seemed like he didnt know how, he kept insisting my normal transaction receipt was for the refund, it clearly wasnt) Called back 4 days later and spoke with a front of House manager who was very nice and told me to call back in 3 days if I havent received a refund. Three days go by and I call back only to speak with the same kitchen manager who pretended he couldnt hear me, when his co-worker was simultaneously able to hear me, and answer me just fine. I place a 4th call and ask to speak to a front-of-house manager and literally got laughed at, unintentionally by the employee, but she couldnt contain her laughter pertaining to the fact that her boss pretended he couldnt hear me as she was holding a conversation with me.

A semi-decent bww! The cleanliness was mediocre at best, but the wait for our food was extremely short, the waitress was very attentive and friendly, and the food was decent. They didn t have one of the options that we were going to order (the one and $1 deal or whatever it is where you order one burger and get six wings for $1 more) due to the restaurant being out of buns. I assume that was because it was a popular menu item though so nothing outrageous.

Besides not having half of the menu available, the service was the worst ever. The waiter complained every time we called her, even after serving the food and not leaving utensils. We asked her for utensils and she got mad and kept complaining. The food? Cold, dry, and awful. This is by far the worst BWW I ve ever been to, and the place? Dirty as hell. Never coming here again.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Despite being a table for one, I had to wait for 10 minutes before a server came to take my order. When I finally got my beer, it tasted funny and not like it was supposed to. On top of that, the service was slow and inattentive throughout my meal. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings and would not recommend it to anyone looking for good service and quality food and drinks.

Arrived at 1640 hrs on 4/1 and waited five minutes to get seated even though there were 12 booths/tables available. Waited another five minutes before our server arrived and ordered drinks and the house sampler. The sampler was delivered quickly and was very good. We ordered our main courses. My grandaughters boneless wings were delivered by itself. 8 MINUTES LATER the other three dishes were delivered. There was a person, Im assuming he was the manager, who walked around but never communicated with any of the customers. Even though this is called a sports bar, the NCAA mens basketball game was starting and the place was not crowded. I can see why. A very disappointing experience.

I found the restaurant to have serious issues with cleanliness and staff behavior. The dining area was in a deplorable state, with food scattered on the floor and tables piled up with dirty trays and old dishes. Despite the presence of staff, they seemed uninterested in their work, spending most of their time on their phones or just standing around. The tables and menus were sticky, and the place had an unpleasant odor. Given the unsanitary condition of the dining area, I have serious doubts about the cleanliness of the kitchen. The restaurant is overpriced, and it is not worth visiting. I would recommend finding an alternative restaurant in the area instead. I am surprised that this restaurant is still in business, considering the substandard hygiene and customer service practices.

manager is an absolute liar. horrible experience. i ordered wings in person and realized i was charge more than i would be online, so i noticed a staff me member and had them change my order (it was literally the exact same thing expect i changed my order to the combo) the problem was i had already paid, so i had to pay again except online. so basically i paid twice for ONE meal. the manager took care of it and told me i would be refunded in 8-10 business days well it s been 8-10 business days where the hell is my refund??? I ve eaten at this location and for the most part food and service have been decent. However, ordering take out from this location is not only a waste of money and time but also a reason to never go back. After calling ahead and confirming twice that the order was correct, the young ladies at the front showed no care that our order was incorrect(one was on her phone). To add a cherry on top of this disastrous service, while waiting for our food a call came in from a different customer and the two ladies tried to pawn off the call to one another with workers like that it s not a shock to see the ratings here.
