Bronwyn Beasley server lost my giftcard that still had a remaining balance of $20 AFTER she ran it. She told me she gave it back to me. I said no you didn t. She started looking around for it and mentioned maybe she mistakenly gave it to the wrong person. Then she looks in the trash. She offered to bring the manager out after at least 20 min of looking for the giftcard. Once he came out, she tried to change her story in front of him. She said-the reason you didn t get it back is because you used up all the balance on the giftcard. I looked her dead in the eye & said uh, that s not true at all. Here is the evidence of how much I had before you ran it (I took a screenshot of the amount ($73) BEFORE she ran it. I paid $53 including tip for my meal. Do the math. All of a sudden the manager conveniently found my giftcard on the floor inside the bar top area. How did she miss it being on the floor? She went from saying she gave it back to me to maybe accidentally giving it to the wrong customer then to you used up your whole balance. Something s not adding up!! I told the manager I was going to walk gracefully out of here because everyone makes mistakes up until the bullshit story that I used up my giftcard. I can smell bullshit a mile away! Oh and Bronwyn ALMOST didn t give me back my Landry s club card at the beginning of my dining experience. She s EXTREMELY CARELESS when handling club/credit/giftcards if that was TRULY the case. It almost felt like a scam to me. I ll never ever let her serve me again. The manager on duty on Thursday afternoon August 29 should have dealt with it better rather than treating me like I was lying about my giftcard being lost. I ve been going to this location for over a decade.

We had a reservation for 7:30 pm, we showed up at 7 pm and waited at the bar. Dawson the bartender made an awesome old fashioned while we waited. We got texted for our table at 7:20pm. My husband got seated upstairs while I took care of the bar tab. We ordered drinks and our restaurant week meal choices. Appetizer came out within 15 min .thats when it went bad. At 8:35 we still didn t have our main course. Every table around us was eating. The bartender Tyler said the kitchen was backed up behind a big party, that s why our food was delayed. At that point everyone around us had food so I don t really buy that Long story short, we asked for our food and dessert to go Trace the manager apologized and took our drinks and one dessert off the menu, but we are so disappointed with the service. Do better ..we aren t that picky .. PS, This was the crap dessert they sent us home with. Looks yummy huh!???

Jacob B was our table server and he was absolutely wonderful- everything you want in a waiter at a nice, upscale place. Great personality, attentive, funny. The whole restaurant needs an upgrade to their air conditioning system. We shouldn t be inside in Texas, even in August, and sweating at the table. Don t let them try to seat you upstairs- hotter than an oven. No shades at all on the windows. Full disclosure, we had a gift certificate to use and we were only there for that reason. Would I go back for the food No. Would I go back for drink and appetizer at bar Yes . My filet burger was not hot, the bun was drier than a bone. Truffle Mac and cheese was good. Nice place, but overpriced for what you get. But, it s Southlake, so it makes perfect sense.

Very disappointed in our last visit. I booked a reservation for my wifes birthday. Requested great seating at 645pm. Host seems to have been very confused thinking that we were just a walk in. I gave her my reservation confirmation and name, but she still looked confused. She asked if we would like a booth or a table, I requested a both and asked her if she sees our reservation. She looked at me like she was a deer in headlights. She then brought us to dirty table, I asked her are you having a long day? She looked at me like a deer in headlight again. She then brought us to still next to everyone in the restaurant, which was very disturbing. I asked her, did you not see our reservations. Third time giving me that deer in headlights look. I asked her for a manager, she walked off. We both ordered steak, wife steak looked great, mines on the other hand seems to have been cooked in the microwave. It was warm and very lightly cooked. On the other hand, my wife steak was cooked and came out steaming. Other sides were the same, potatos, and mac was very hard, like it also was cooked in the microwave. After completing a reservation and expressing it was my wifes birthday, Del Friscos Grille - Southlake really outdid themselves this time. Manager was no place insight. You guys came up short big time.

I just dined at Del Friscos Grill and had a pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere is inviting, with a modern and sophisticated vibe that sets the tone for a great meal. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. The menu offers an avery variety of dishes, and the quality of the food was impressive. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was appealing. However, while the meal was enjoyable, it didnt quite reach the level of excellence I was hoping for. The highlights of the evening were definitely the appetizers and desserts, which were both delicious and creatively prepared. Overall, Del Friscos Grill provided a solid dining experience. Its a good spot for a nice evening out, though not quite the best Ive had. Ill definitely consider returning for another visit. Parking: There are many spot for parties

Our food was delicious and atmosphere was great for a birthday dinner. Reason for the 3 star rating is because of the poor value offered by the July 4 price fixe option. My husband and I both ordered the prix fixe option believing it would include individual desserts for each of us. We only got the one dessert he ordered and I was not offered one. So I ended up being overcharged by $13 on my price fixe option. Buyer beware if 2 people order this option. May visit another Del Frisco Grille location but not the Southlake one.

Even though we requested some sides. The steak was really good tho once it was delivered.

We had reservations for 6pm. Got there and asked for either booth or table. She went to seat us in a booth upstairs but neglected to tell us that he air conditioning wasn t working. -1 right there/. Waiter took drink orders and came back to let us know the bar tender was behind since they had a broken arm. Great. Waited a bit for those. Ordered the cheese curds and spinach artichoke dip. Got the cheese curds, but they were having issues in the kitchen and had to wait for the dip. It honestly tasted like they opened a box of spinach and mix some stuff in it. It was like warm. -3 I ordered the salamon. It was trenched in the dill sauce. Horrible. My husbands pork chop was dry. Will say that the mashed potatoes were good. Desert was not good either. Cream topping had no flavor and the crust was overly sweet. Never knew if we should ve gotten a bread basket or not. Never asked but we never got one. Strange for such an upscale over price dinner house. Should ve known when we pulled in at 6 and lot was pretty empty. Kinda did it for us. Decided our other stack places are better. Sorry Manager Liz called, and apologized for the issues we had.Wants to make it right and give it another shot.We will come back again and start over. She was very nice about the matter.

My daughter and I visited on 5/15/24@1:18pm. Table 219/1 As usual, the atmosphere was wonderful as was the hostess staff that sat us upstairs. Our server, Verdell was most courteous and attentive to our needs. We ordered: French fries- for my grandson Filet steak with sweet potatoes fries for my daughter Ground filet hamburger with bacon/cheese and sweet potato fries. Needless to say how very disappointed we were with our meal. The fried foods (fries) were over salted. The table manager offered to replace them, as we had concluded our meal? The bacon on my burger was most generous BUT undercooked and greasy (not remotely appetizing.) Such a terrible experience for $ 158.39 I generously tipped our server cash as this result was of no fault of his making. After patronizing this restaurant since their opening, I seriously doubt we shall return.

We went here this past Mothers Day. Our reservation was at 5PM, and we werent sat until almost 30 minutes after. Bar was backed up, we waited a bit for our drinks. Appetizer came out timely. We ordered the filet mignon and the ribeye, both medium rare. Both steaks were only seared and completely raw inside. Sent back the first time, ribeye came back correct but the filet was the same raw consistency. Sent back a second time for the filet, and again it was only partially cooked correctly. I didnt bother to send back a third time. Ate what was edible and not completely raw. Manager brought my meal to me, did not apologize. Our server was very apologetic and pleasant. It appears based on my experience and prior reviews that this location is understaffed. The waitstaff all seemed stressed, and there were several tables that remained dirty and not bussed for the entire hour and a half we were there. I would not go back to this location again.

This was a horrible experience. Took for ever to be acknowledged and even longer to receive our beverages. They were sitting at the bar for probably 15 minutes before I got up to get them myself. (I m not usually a jerk like that, but our waiter was nowhere in sight and there were only three tables in the place.). They brought my husband s burger without the fries because they dropped them and were making more. (When the food arrived we had to get up and seek out cutlery and napkins on our own.) The fries took way too long and his burger was almost gone by the time they arrived. They brought my chicken with cold mashed potatoes and no sauce. The waiter said they were making the sauce. We waited ten minutes for the sauce, which was cold when it got there. They took another five minutes to warm the sauce, and by now my chicken was cold. They were also bringing arugula on the side, which never showed up. Our water glasses stayed empty, the beverage refills never happened, and the manager offered to comp our drinks. Absolutely not. I m sitting here with chicken in front of me that s cold and she did finally decide to comp it. I was embarrassed for her. That whole meal should have been comped. We had an equally terrible experience in December at the big Del Frisco s in Plano, and corporate was sending a gift card to encourage us to come back. The gift card never showed up and I don t know what we were thinking by giving this chain another try. Never again. This used to be one of the most upscale restaurants in town and now it s basically Bennigan s with decent steaks. Dee Lincoln would be ashamed. Update: We later discovered that the second round of drinks that was never received was in fact charged to our bill.

Yesterday was our first visit to this location. For a $240 dinner for two (including tip) our favorite items were the Cesar Salad and the bread. I treated my wife to a relaxed 3rd anniversary dinner at Del Friscos. I have to share the price to quality ratio is beyond overpriced. The steaks needed salt and the Brussel sprouts were extremely heavy on the vinegar. The lobster tail portions were tiny - maybe for Hobbits from Lord of The Rings but not for normal sized people. For these prices, I ll never return. Our server was lovely but the lack of quality for the food was just a huge disappointment for such a special night.

Worst experience I have had. Decided to go have coffee and desert Saturday evening. Got there at 8 pm, was seated on the roof patio. Very nice. Server came over let her know we were just doing coffee and desert, should have thought twice at that point as she said it would be awhile as they had no coffee, hmm high end restaurant has no coffee, scary, said that was fine, we wanted 4 Irish coffees add shot of Baileys she asked if we wanted Bailey instead of whisky we said no, want both. Gave us the desert menus and went to start the coffees. Brought us 4 cups of plain coffee with a shot of Baileys, asked where the irish coffee was no whisky, cream in a bar coffee glass? Looked at us like deer in headlights. Then said they didnt know what Irish Coffee was even though she asked about the whisky in the beginning. Left came back like 15 min later with shots of whisky and creamer, we were already done with the coffee, guess we were to make our own. And never at that point took our order for desert. What a friggn joke. Mgr not much better, at that point we just left. Sad how business have gone down hill.

The manager did not charge for food after being told we are not eating it. We paid for our drink bill which was $170. No apologies from server or manager. We will not be back.

This restaurant did not honor a reservation I made over the phone. I understand people make mistakes, but the staff handled the situation poorly, which was disappointing. We were told to either wait for a table or eat upstairs on the patio. I made a reservation to avoid these two options and left feeling quite frustrated and embarrassed as my wife and I don t have date nights very often due to our 16 month old child. Overall a highly disappointing experience, and thankfully we were able to get a table at Trufire across the parking lot.

My family and I have been here dozens and dozens of times since this Del Frisco Grill has been open and it has gotten progressively worse over the years, but last nights experience was one for the ages. Quite possibly the worst experience my wife and I have had at a nice restaurant in years. It was so bad that a number of the tables around us started talking amongst ourselves about the horrible experience. We made reservations like we typically do to avoid the crowds, and we were set right away, which is great. The problem was that we were set on the upstairs balcony and it was 35° out. Of course they had the plastic walls up and the heaters out, but it was absolutely freezing up there. I thought by making reservations we could avoid sitting outside when it s colder than a polar bears toenail, but nonetheless we rolled with it. I m not gonna get into every single detail of the awful experience, but here are some of the highlights. It wasn t empty, but it wasn t crazy busy, and we literally waited 41 minutes to get water and that s after asking for water four times. We also asked for lemons for the water and it came well after the water was out. Our table was wobbly to the extent that my wife and I put a napkin underneath one of the legs to keep it from knocking the 41 minute water off the table. Ordered hot tea, because we were in the attic tundra, and the water came out lukewarm, at best. Order a baked potato as a side and right before my food came out they let me know that they had no more potatoes. When our food came out the table next to us was brought two baked potatoes, and they sent one back because they only ordered one. I had the mahi-mahi, my wife had the filet and they both were cold, really cold. I m fairly certain that my couscous wasn t cooked. They brought out our food with no silverware and no napkins. Mind you that we have been sitting for an hour before we received our food. Literally had to ask for silverware and napkins. We waited 20 minutes to see our server so we could ask for the check, and keep in mind it was freezing outside, so we just wanted to get back into a warm car. Several tables asked to speak to the manager because of similar experiences we didn t just because we wanted to get out of there. Again, we ve been coming here for years, but last night was, more than likely, the last straw.

Food is definitely overrated, and dont let them fool you by pitching you the patio seating. The enclosed patio has windbreaker sheets, but the bottom half are thin mesh and do nothing to block wind or thermally insulate. At least a third of their heaters are either left off or broken. As for the food section of my review, charging $50 for a NY strip only works if you dont under-season it and serve it so cold that the $7 scoop of butter wont even melt. And again, under-seasoned is putting it lightly, skip the steaks for sure. Our poor waitress was doing her best, but could have really used some help from one of what looked like about 5 food runners. She was sat way too many tables at once, and we sat with empty drinks for about twenty minutes. Again, she had a great attitude, and was doing as well as can be expected for one person, just a failure on managements part. All that being said, you would think that for a special occasion (we mentioned it was our Valentines day celebration as we both work late during the week), after asking for the check and expressing our frutration after taking two bites of our food, a manager or shift lead would check in with us. Not so. We left paying a $200 check for what basically amounted to a tombstone pizza and two cocktails, and never saw a manager. Wont be back, dont waste your time.

Quite disappointing experience at Del Frisco in SouthLake. We were celebrating our anniversary and this location of Del Frisco certainly let us down. Our table was upstairs in a smaller very loud room. There was a party of 12-14 patrons who were extremely loud. My wife and I couldnt even talk and hear each other. Not that its the restaurants fault but many servers were aware how loud this party was and never offered to move us to a different table. Completely ruined our anniversary dinner. I literally wanted to eat quickly and leave. Walked out with a headache. The food was average overall. My soup was only warm and not hot. My wifes cedar salad was not seasoned. Our entrees were good. Desert was so so. Our server was training and there was no one else who was checking on our table. Manager did speak to us in the end and was apologetic. Just mentioned that next time we visit the restaurant they will make sure we get good table. I wont be wasting my time and money at this resturant. This place feels like a glorified Applebees !!

Really disappointed. I thought this would be a romantic and fancy dinner for Valentine s Day. Had to wait a very long time for bread (came out after apps), they were out of silverware and kept serving us food without silverware so we had to wait with our food in-front of us multiple times for 5 minutes minimum waiting for silverware. I ordered the filet mignon medium and mashed potatoes. My filet mignon was brought out medium well, chewy and cold and without mashed potatoes. I ve had medium well filet mignon and it s never this chewy. My fiancés pasta was cold and his chicken was dry and chewy. My mashed potatoes took about 10-15 minutes to come out after our food was served (could have used it to help me swallow the dry steak). I have gotten way better filet mignon from cheaper restaurants. I thought this was supposed to be a nice restaurant that doesn t do this stuff? Wish I had booked a better location like Plano or Dallas. Should not be charging so much if you re not going to keep up the standards to match the price. Like I get Valentine s Day being a busy night, but I expected a restaurant like this to be prepared and able to handle the rush.

Our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I considered this restaurant to be one of my favorites and enjoyed coming for my birthday in the past. This year, for my birthday, I went again. We arrived 10 min before our reservation, which was at 7:15pm, and were asked to wait at the bar and were told we d be notified once our table is ready. So far so good. Nonetheless, when arriving at the bar, we were not attended nor noticed for 10min. And no, the restaurant / bar was not full. At 7:40pm, I went back to the reception area to ask if our table would be ready, only to be told that a group before us, with a reservation at 7:30pm was already seated. Nobody had notified us nor did I get a text on my phone. The girl at the reception then simply walked past us and told us to follow her with attitude. Once we sat down, we were already very disappointed but the lady serving our table was nice. However, one of the most disappointing aspects of this visit was the fact that it was my birthday (and yes, I got a happy birthday greeting at the reception area) but did not get a small free coconut cake as I normally always get when celebrating my birthday at this location and is one of the reasons I had chosen Del Friscos because detail matters. This will be my last visit at this location as the service is not worth price being charged. I d rather go to Truluck s or The Capital Grill where detail and attention matters even if I have to pay more.

Not sure where all the poor reviews came from We had a table of 11, we were seated upstairs in a very nice area and our server Brittany was very helpful. From what everyone said, all of the meals were very good, I wish certainly wouldn t rate it at a Michelin star and the majority of us got seafood, and everyone was happy with their meal. There was a lot of good selection, no matter what your preference for food, and we enjoyed some really good first courses, including a mushroom and burrata arugula salad and some house, salads and wedge salads. The wedges seemed a little bit small, but they tasted good. Our group had mahi, salmon, short, ribs, steak salad, bronzini , filet. Sides of mushrooms, truffle Mac annd cheese.. Everyone was satisfied, and the food came out, prepared well. The only thing I would say is that at a table of 11, it took them over seven minutes to put all of our hot food on the table and some people felt the need to wait for all the hot food to come which meant there s got cold, so that was a little bit of a miss All in a solid place

The cleanliness of the staff wasn t good (personal hygiene) and when I was leaving I watched a cook wasn t dressed as a server leave the stall in the men s room without washing his hands! They have done away with the lunch menu in an obvious money grab and had cold air blowing on a blustery rainy winter day. Literally every customer in the place had a coat or sweater on throughout their meal. No manager stopped by to ask how our meal was and didn t seem to care about the happiness of the customers. Definite problems at this restaurant. It s a very nice place inside with 2 stories. The ambiance and atmosphere is really nice. But the overall experience is poor. Service is slow. It looked busy but seemed like adequately staffed but we were on the 2nd floor and I don t know if they were stretched between both floors. We all ordered meals with an appetizer. Disappointingly the appetizer never arrived and the main meal was served. My medium rare steak was overcooked on one half. The baked potato was lackluster for a $60 plate. One of the sides we expected didn t arrive due to a shortage of the item. Some sort of miscommunication in the kitchen or with our server. As closing neared, the employees were all engaged in closed the restaurant while the dining room is still full and the posted hours are still open. Overall, I expect better from something with Del Frisco s in the name. Likewise I expect better from a place where I spend around $60 per person for a meal. This place just isn t running properly for the price tag.

Worst service we have experienced in a very long time. We made a reservation for a party of 8 for New Years Eve. We were seated about 15 minutes after our scheduled reservation time, no big deal as we grabbed a drink at the downstairs bar while we waited. We were then seated on the upstairs patio and greeted by our waiter within a few minutes for additional drinks and appetizers. That is where things went downhill. There was zero napkins and cutlery on the table upon being sat, and upon receiving our first course we had to flag waitstaff down to ask for forks and knives. After waiting they proceeding to bring us napkins, no cutlery. They finally brought us forks and knifes for the 6 of us who ordered salads. Upon receiving our mains, we had to flag down waitstaff again to ask for the additional 2 cutlery sets and steak knives. Seems like a little thing to complain about, but when you order $500 worth of wine and $600 worth of food these things should not be missed. Although it was a busy night there were more than enough staff buzzing around the restaurant including our waiter who passed us many times not acknowledging our needs or checking in with us to make sure we were taken care of. One of the members from our party got up to speak with a Manager about the poor service we had been experiencing only to be dismissed and accused of being drunk. I witnessed a table nearby also get up to go get their own cutlery after being brought their mains. Having waited tables for 6 years earlier in my career it takes a lot for me to complain and I always have sympathy for restaurants during the holidays. This however is just poor management and bad service

Our reservation ensured a prompt seating, and once settled, the food proved to be delightful, complemented by excellent cocktail choices. Although the bustling atmosphere kept the lone bartender on the first floor occupied, resulting in a slight delay for our drinks, our waiter was top-notch attentive and courteous. Given the occasion and the understandable strain on the restaurant staff, the experience was commendable. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free for a New Years Eve celebration. Christmas tradition dinner at this location. We received a voicemail from the GM at 3:15 that they may be running low on some entrees so we were a little prepared, but wow! At 6:00 they were already out of salmon and a steak or 2. We ordered filets only to have our amazing server come back to tell us they were out. So we ordered the bone in filet for additional $24 and another entree. As the evening progressed we heard other servers telling tables what they were out of and the list kept growing. We had an amazing waitress on the patio and we kept joking with her about the poor planning. The food was delicious, cannot deny that! We went to order dessert only to find out our first choice was out as well. The wait staff were amazing and took the brunt of the oversight from management. I worked in a steakhouse many years ago and when these things (not to this degree) happened the managers visited the tables to apologize. But no apologies or table visits from management. No drinks or extras were comped. When spending hundreds of $$ on Christmas for a meal with reservations guests expect the food on the menu to be available. The kitchen and the waitstaff made the night, kudos to them!! Shame on management.

Overall a disappointing experience at this restaurant on both the food and service front. Definitely not worth the premium price you pay. We made a reservation with a note to celebrate a special occasion. There was no acknowledgment by the wait staff for the occasion we were there to celebrate. Drinks and salad orders were taken promptly. The salads were the only good thing in our meal. The main course dishes were nothing to rave about. The ambience of the restaurant has an upscale feel. Service was definitely a lowlight at this establishment. We had to ask for cutlery, fish & chips was served without tartar sauce, had to be reminded about our drinks order. The worst of all was the staff sweeping the floor and cleaning the restaurant in between getting food orders at 8 PM, which was an hour away from closing time. No wonder there were service misses and I don t want to begin talking about hygiene. Not what you expect in a so called fine dining restaurant. Pricing : Way overpriced, considering the low quality of service and subpar food. Will I return? : Never to this location.

We went to the Southlake Del Friscos Grille for a Saturday brunch. It was a disappointed experience for us sadly. The first issue was, there was not a host/hostess to seat us for 16 minutes. The bartender looked at us several times but did not make any mention to the staff that we were waiting. We were finally seated, but then came the 2nd issue. Our waiter did not come to our table for over 20 minutes. Multiple employees passed by our table and saw that we were sitting with our menus but not a single we will be right with you or any kind of communication. 3 couples that were seated after us received both their drinks and food by the time our waiter finally came to say he was running behind and would be with us shortly. Then, after another 8 minutes, the waiter came to take our drink order. My wife ordered a spiked cold brew and I just stayed with water. The spike cold brew took over 13 minutes to come out, and the wife noticed the ice inside had watered down the drink. We ordered the cheesesteak eggrolls and those were quite delicious. The 3rd issue was, as we were seated near the kitchen, I saw when our food was ready. Our food sat on the kitchen shelf for 18 minutes before it came out to our table. Thankfully, the food was still warm. The wife ordered the eggs benedict, she felt her food was only okay, as the hollandaise sauce had an aftertaste. I ordered the fish and chips which I enjoyed. The fish was well fried and had a good taste. The final issue was the dessert. We ordered the sticky toffee gingerbread cake, but it was bone dry, even with the ice cream. This is my first negative experience at a Del Friscos, and I get that restaurants have bad days or some things fall through the cracks, just seems it all happened to us on this visit. Parking: Parking can be crowded around the restaurant during the holiday season.

Go ahead and seat them after they ask about the table 3 times. The first robotic response they are programmed to give you is they are bussing your table right now. I was fed this line by 2 different hostesses 20 min apart. The third time I be went up there they were magically ready to set us. When we went up stairs I was ready to see this packed restaurant. There was about 4 empty tables and the vibe was slow. Then came out waiter if we had one, Im not even sure. The first guy ( big tall blonde guy) when he eventually showed up found out what we wanted for dinner then he took off. We werent done ordering. We wanted appetizers and another drink. I dont think we ever saw that guy again, he never came back, another guy who I think might have been our new water, not sure nobody ever communicated with us about anything. Well the new guy brought it out food the soup and salad was good. The Thanksgiving entree was good minus the green beans that were not edible. The apple crisp was also not edible. The apples were sliced really thin. The way you would cut them if you were say decorating a cake. And they were uncooked. Imagine these thin flimsy uncooked apples in your mouth. It was a textural nightmare. Thank God for the ice cream that I wasnt supposed to have due to being lactose intolerant. I ate it anyways because I love ice cream. (Made me sick) all alone disappointment. The only person that even smiled at us was the female bartender downstairs when she was what it looked like make making our drinks from their menu for the first time because her first try was unsuccessful. When I ordered another one upstairs it was completely different. I heard this place was nice. The only thing nice was the building and the location because it wasnt the food or the staff

Everything was fantastic through and through with the minor exception of dessert at the end. My friend and I ordered the deviled eggs and Philly cheese steak egg rolls. The deviled eggs would make your grandma proud and the egg rolls were an excellent new take on a familiar favorite. I ordered the 16oz New York strip and it was grilled and seasoned to perfection. Its been years since Ive had a quality steak and I was not disappointed in the least. It has just the right amount of flavor and fullness. I would order again, no questions. The New York style cheesecake was devine. The filling was not dense and heavy, which isnt bad, but this was light and fluffy I stead. It was decadent and satisfying. A very pleasant surprise. The OTHER dessert was Nutella bread pudding. We waited over 20 minutes and when it finally arrived, it tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave. Completely uneven with though, hot spots and cool, undercooked spots. The taste was fine but the texture was not great. It was the only part of our meals we could not finish. Vegetarian options: Its a steakhouse. There may be fish but I wouldnt come expecting a wide variety of vegetarian options. Parking: You may park at the shopping center or the dedicated lot for the restaurant.

There was mold growing throughout the sink, floors were dirty, and a soap dispenser was ripped off of the wall. Service was also lacking. We went during happy hour, were not given a happy hour menu. Server took about 15 minutes to take our order after giving us menus (only 7 people at the bar). She seemed more interested in chatting with the off-the-clock employee also at the bar. Didn t bring us water until we requested it at the end of our time there. Filled a beer and let it drip the significant head right onto the bar floor, no attempt to put it over the sink. Food was just fine, nothing great. This place needs a revamp and the staff needs to be trained to be a bit more professional. Whole place seemed grungy.

I had lunch here this past Friday 10/20. It was a terrible experience all around. We waited 10 minutes at the front desk to be seated, no one was there at all. We then got seated and ordered some drinks from the bar that never came out, we asked about them and they forgot. Our waitress was nice but overwhelmed. The food was average at best, a little cold to be honest, and again we tried ordering some more drinks from the bar, but it took literally 30 minutes for them to tell us the bar is backed up. I was very displeased in this experience, especially given how much I paid.

10/15/23 - Im quite conflicted on whether or not to update my rating. Tonight we had a pretty terrible experience here. Our drinks were terrible and repeatedly late. Our food took forever to come out. Our waiters were nowhere to be found. And our food was very inconsistent. Personally, I ordered a medium rare ribeye that came out literally cold on the inside. I ate a quarter of it before deciding that it was too cold and chewy and asking that they reheat it. At the end of the night we waited 35m for our check and then had to ask a busser to get a manager (who never showed up). All in all it was a bad look as we go here all the time and tonight was a night we brought 7 out of town guests with us, who were appalled. 5/5 - Del Friscos Grille is consistently good. The service is always good and the food is always great.

Came at 3. No one to greet us, after standing at the front for a few minutes we just headed to the bar. After about 5-10 minutes of coming in I had to go ask for menus. My Ribeye Steak was so salty that I only ate half of it. It was a perfect medium rare though. Clam chowder was good.

Amazing.. Awesome food, great quality, just not as expensive as The original Del Friscos. Great place for dates, business meetings, any occasion really.

I honestly dont have anything negative to say about Del Friscos. The food was excellent -as were the drinks, and our waiter was attentive and helpful. Though, I felt like he pushed a little too hard for the items on the menu he thought we should order. But, overall, it was a good experience, and we will be returning. Parking: Plenty of parking options except for peak days/times, but youre still likely to find something.

My filet with truffle butter was hands down the best steak I ve ever had! The lobster truffle Mac and cheese feel short. Rubbery lobster no cheese barely and bland. Would go back just would order another side. We had a party of 12 and the service was extremely attentive and on point! Great first experience

Service was not what I expected. Our server Brittany was great, just trying to cover the whole floor by herself. Get that woman some help.
