I highly recommend this firm. All attorneys are great. Attorney Dana Manry has represented multiple of my family members on difficult cases, both children custody annd divorce matters, and they all are happy with the results. I will continue to refer family and friends to her.

Worst attorney on the planet! I hired Dana Floyd Manry to represent me after my great attorney passed away. I had 3 witnesses show up for court and she wouldnt call any of them. Total railroaded me consorting with the opposing attorney. This firm is total trash. Said it would cost 5k and billed me over 15k for loosing my case intentionally Do not hire these deadbeats. Lost me over 65k handed her a winning case and she intentionally blew it. Didnt cross examine didnt argue the case total losers Your better off going into court by yourself..

WHAT WE ARENT GOING TO DO is act like okeefe medias post of their little show on YouTube didn t happen. Texas JUDGE and your koonsfuller attorneys mocking clients. If you ve ever worked in a law firm, you know this is exactly what happens. Especially in family law Tarrant county. Especially this southlake location. It was just a joke for fun . Ok then why do y all do it on a daily basis in the office . Sadly this is nothing compared to the comments they make and bare minimum they purposely do for you. Just an eye on the inside

Whether you hire them or are on the receiving end of them, you will end up with a scorched earth situation. That is the role they play in Tarrant County. If you want to destroy your ex, you go to them, but make no mistake about it, your children will be severely traumatized. They have clients that have sued them for over billing and won. Wiley VS Janicek. Everybody loses with KoonsFuller.

Unfortunately, I had to fire Kimberly Stoner from this firm. Long story short, she took advantage of me having money and being in an emotional state because I was trying to get access to my son who the mom had withheld from me. My son was a newborn. After 6+ months of paying Kimberly Stoner, over $52,000, I still hadnt even made it to temporary hearing. Kimberly talked a lot, but I had to face facts that nothing was being achieved. In hindsight, I believe she simply milked me for money. At most, the case shouldve only been $10,000 at most. (I do see my son now, but I was able to achieve that myself by talking with the mother of my son.)

This firm is expensive but worth the money. I was referred by an acquaintance who told me beforehand that my attorney was super prepared and had a heart for his clients and their children and would work to secure them the best possible outcome while managing expectations. All of that has been true. I believe I got the outcome I did because my lawyer lived up to that referral. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone going through this situation.

Absolutely great attorneys and mediators. I hope I never need them, but if I needed an attorney practicing family law, they would definitely consider using them.

Not a great experience and I wouldn t reccomend to friends and family. 8,000$ in fees to not hardly do any work. Literally walked away having to hire a new attorney to pick up the work they couldn t seem to do. You ll end up spending 10k for a case that they string on without the results you re looking for. Please consider any other firm.

I hired this law firm a little while back to handle a custody situation involving my 2 1/2 year old son. I showed proof of having my son approximately 70% of the time up till this point. Jessica Janicek was given my case. She said we had a very strong case and there was no doubt that things would turn out positive for us. She had a court date set and we were ready to move forward and then she asked me to provide her with copies of all my income tax information from the previous years. All of a sudden, she said we shouldnt go to court but do a mediation instead. (I only found out later this there way to find out how much money attorneys can take from you throughout your case.) She said the other party had already recommended a mediator (Patrick Rogers, who behaved like an overpaid used car salesmen) that she thought would be great. Well, after a long and ridiculous mediation was finished, I asked her is it just me, or has this mediator been treating me extremely rude abs talking down to me this entire time? She then replied its because I currently have a case against him. Why in the world would you agree to a mediator that they recommended when you have a case against him? Conflict of interest? Yes! Of course it is. She then proceeded to tell that even though I was the better parent, that the other party will get what they want because thats the way the laws are written in Texas. Its not fair towards Fathers, but I just need to accept it and its pointless to go to court. What a way to waste thousands of dollars. Thanks Koons Fuller and Jessica Janicek!!

We used this firm for a non-contested divorce and it was pretty straight forward. There was no fighting between my ex-wife and all of the final points were give to the firm to handle the divorce. When completed the bill was over $5000.00 and should have been around $3300.00 max as a fair price. Add to that they asked my wife why she did not want all of the equity in the home. Clearly its just about money for the firm and sure their rent in Southlake Town Center is high but WOW the service is way overpriced.
