I hope you have a moment to read a rave review about San Marcos Window Washing and their fine crew. We had our house lit up by them for Christmas followed by window washing Inside and out yesterday. We have never had a more courteous, ambitious or talented group of contractors in our home. They even thanked us for having them over! From calling them on Tuesday and them showing up on Wednesday to do a great job, we couldn t be more pleased. One hour with six of their crew shined up my windows like i never could have. Give them a try. It is the best money I have spent in a long time.

We are beyond satisfied with the job Ethan and Jake did on our windows. I don t think the windows have ever been this clean. The guys showed up within the scheduled time frame and were polite, respectful and efficient. They also willingly moved a piece of heavy furniture out of the way to access 2 of the windows. TL;DR: My house is absolutely sparkling! The long version: Matt was our service provider. This is the first time Ive used them, but my dad and his wife are on a quarterly plan with them along with several of their neighbors in Kissing Tree. I didnt realize I was supposed to move things out of the way, but Matt was a pro and just moved stuff, cleaned the window and then moved it back. He was here from 8:30AM to 11:30AM and we have a 2-story house (about 2800 sf). $299 (inside and out). Really nice work. Thanks San Marcos Window and Pressure Washing!!

Very good service, and quality results......unfortunately, the very next night we had that horrendous hail storm, rain. Most of our windows had not been cleaned since the house was built almost 10 years ago (!) because of the difficulty in reaching them. And we have a lot of windows and glass doors. Zach and his crew of two others finished all windows and doors AND solar panels in about 2 1/2 hours. Couldn t believe how quickly they were able to complete the job and the results are EXCELLENT! They were very professional, great job, very punctual and had great communication. I was in San Marcos visiting my elderly mom and dad. I set up the window cleaning for them and spoke to David the owner. I paid before services rendered, but he said that was not necessary. After I paid, he said if there s any issue he could issue a refund at a push of a button. If my parents weren t happy with the services, to let him know. My parents just called me. These guys were fast and amazing. We did the service that included the window washing, which was inside and out, and also powerwashing the front of the house, drive way and sidewalk. We were more than impressed and it still looks so great a month later! We would definitely use San Marcos Window and Pressure Washing again and would recommend it to anyone. You could do all of it yourself, but these guys will do it so quick and are complete professionals!

I highly recommend David and San Marcos Window Washing. David regularly cleans the windows at my business and has pressure washed the huge parking lot at my business as well. The quality of his work and his attention to detail are second to none. David and his crew are very professional, honest and trustworthy. I cant think of anyone else Id rather have working around my property. They are a pleasure to have working around your home or business.
