been here twice now . pho is good. thai curry is mediocre. dumpling sauce is horrible tastes like straight soy sauce so dumplings were ruined . got general taos not that good to much soy not correct flavors . restaurant may want to think about refining to just one culture of food because restaurant is unable to execute Chinese food and Thai food... maybe just stick to sushi bathrooms are dirty

First of all, our server was a young lady name Alex. She was nice and courteous. I ordered a curry dish that s suppose to have potatoes but there was no potatoes except lots of onions to fill the plate up. My husband ordered pho special / combination but there was no beef tripes, only 1 piece of tendon, and the well done beef was old/ rotten. The bathroom is DIRTY! Next time we see Rollin Bowl, we will be rollin by! Bye!

I got an order of brisket Pho to go and it mostly ALL fat! I also ordered a yellowtail sashimi and could taste immediately it was NOT fresh. I think they tried to cover it up by loading it with soy sauce and jalapeños. It looked nice inside while waiting but I wouldn t recommend this restaurant.

Cute kids at the front counter, ordered a banh mi pork and summer rolls. They dont have pate but I got the banh mi anyway. Yall. Why was it full of fried pork and a soy sauce glaze? Weird. Onto the spring roll. Fried pork....again????? Idk whos mak9ng the Vietnam food there but...this aint it. And to top it off, they were both hot. 14 plus tip down the drain.

The food was disgusting. The orange chicken had no flavor, my pho got served to me with the meat inside the soup, and the rolling bowl egg roll was super soggy. This is my first and last time here. I do not recommend this place ! They want top dollar for low quality food. Im pretty sure the food was done about a week ago, My dumplings were cold.

I was a regular and a month or so ago I had noticed both the quality and service worsening, but my most recent experience was the worst. My waitress made it seem like it was a chore to serve me and overall had attitude. My crab rangoons were really greasy and the cream cheese was more apparent then the crab. On top of everything it took 15 - 20 minutes for my sushi to be served.

Great Pad See U. Yummy!! Polite server. So-so miso- but we were chatting so it might have gotten cold. Good edamame, wish they had the garlic kind. Also really good fresh sushi rolls. Music? Is this a chain? Maybe some mood lighting? Maybe Im picky. We will definitely go back. Vegetarian options: Awesome tofu!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Booths, but also many chairs with moveable tables. Or, you know, the other way around.

The wait staff is so nice and attentive! They off a large selection to include Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Thai food. Very reasonably priced, tasty, and consistent. Really hope more people will give it a chance as it never seems to be as busy as youd expect a restaurant of this quality to be.

Went here a few times in the past, but decided to try the bahn mi sandwich to-go. The bread was literally as hard as a rock. I could not physically bite through the bread. I even took all the toppings off and tried to just bite it, but i could not get through it. My husband couldnt even bite through the bread or sandwich when he tried it either. I have had Banh mi sandwiches elsewhere and the bread was never that hard. Firm and rock solid are two completely different categories. I called the restaurant and was told there was no manager to talk to me and they would take my number down and name and have someone call or text me. Well that never happened. Never got a replacement, sandwich, or a remake, and never got a refund for the sandwich. No solution. So I suppose the food is a gamble, if something is not up to quality you just dont get to eat.

The Combination Pho was not yummy, it was watered down. Meat quality was very poor and it came out barely warm. Appetizers were good! Fried calamari 10/10 Edamame was 10/10, Sushi rolls came out in the smallest plates and portions. Service was poor. We went in on a Saturday, business should prepare better because we tried to order different things on the menu and we were told they were out. Hosts/Servers should be more attentive specially when they automatically add a 18% tip to the bill.

We went in and they were not busy at all. So you would think that getting service wouldnt be an issue. You would be wrong. Our glasses were never refilled. Our appetizer was lukewarm at best. The spicy beef noodle soup was floral and sweet. The beef bits were all fatty and gross. Our sushi rolls took so long to come out I am pretty certain they forgot about our table. Several other people arrived after us and had their sushi before we got ours. The waitress told us that we would have to wait about 20 more minutes and over 45 minutes later we finally got out sushi rolls. They were not the right temperature and tasted mediocre at best. That whole horrible experience cost me over $50. I was so disappointed that when I left we had to go somewhere else to have a dinner actually worth eating.

Came to rollin bowl and I must say I am impressed the owner is an amazing person and loves his customers! There are many options to choose from. I tried the general tso plate. Crab ragoons. We recently went in with my family for my brother s birthday as a last minute bite to eat and it was pretty good. Had the spicy Pho and it was so good also had cooked tempura roll and it was super good as well! Would definitely be going back ! First off, my Combination Pho bowl was great!! I sat for nearly 20 minutes and no one ever even came to my table. So I went and made my order up front with the nice young lady. Even then....after placing my order, it took another 30 mins to get my Pho. Two other tables of people who came in after me, received their food well before I did and it made me feel invisible.

My husband is currently picking up our food that was supposed to be ready at 6:05. It is 6:30 and he is still waiting on the sushi. The guy came out at the time our food was supposed to be ready and instead of finishing up our order, he prepared sushi for those dining in. If we ordered food for pickup with a set time, we expect to be able to pick all of our food up at once and not have to wait for it all. UPDATE We ordered cooked sushi because Im pregnant and we got RAW sushi. Plus, the food absolutely sucked. Go to Panda if you want cheap chinese food.

I was on my way home from a long day of work when my eyes happened to notice this place. I opened the menu on my phone to check it out and couldnt believe my eyes! They had Bún Bò Hu on the menu!!! I had to get in and try it out. When I finally was able to come visit, it was pretty quiet but it was almost 8 pm. I ordered, and the food came out pretty fast and hot. The Bún Bò Hu looked pale, so I wasnt sure how it would be, but looks can be deceiving. It was so full-bodied in flavor and spice! The noodles were thick and bouncy, the way they should be, and the beef was so tender! I was instantly in love! I know Ill be coming back for it again! As we say there, more people came in, and soon it was bustling. More people need to come try this place out! The staff are super kind, the good is amazing and the restaurant is very clean. They have Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese cuisine. We had a mix of all 3. My Bún Bò Hu , some crab rangoons, and an eel maki roll. All of which was very good! I highly recommend from my first experience here! Parking: The parking is mainly in the back of the building. Its hard to miss, so look around back if you see this message ahead of time.

Delicious eats! Ordered an appetizer to share and two entrees. Rollin Bowl menu offers Pho, Vietnamese, Sushi, Thai and Chinese. We ordered Chinese - Chicken with vegetables and Chicken with noodles (instead of rice). Both were generous servings especially for the dinner price. I have food allergies. They took care to give me what I can eat and offer substitutes even though they were busy. Friendly, caring service, wide variety of tasty food choices, generous servings. I ordered the Bahn Mi sandwich, Pad Thai and Large VN rolls($7.99) I put the price of the rolls in here because when I got it home from pick up, it was just two eggs rolls cut up to make 6 rolls. The Pad Thai has NO flavor whatsoever, it tastes as though they ran out of seasonings and just threw something together. It almost has a hint of ketchup. The Bahn Mi sandwich was also disappointing. Excellent and authentic pho. Large portion and freshly cooked. Highly recommended if you are craving pho! We returned a second time in 2022 and tried the sushi. It was fresh and presented beautifully but there must have been a change in management because the Vietnamese food is no longer authentic. Banh mi is made of American bread and not French. Parking: Busy but can find plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: There are greeters at the front entrance. Wait staff is super curtious.

First time eating here and the last. Ordered Orange and Sesame Chicken. It looked like a big glob of chicken stuck together in which it looked like barbecue sauce. My sesame chicken tasted the exact same as the orange chicken. Only difference was a garnished slice of orange. Eggroll tasted as it was from yesterday leftover. I haven t been to Rollin Bowl for a LONG TIME and am I right to say that management has changed? I can see that they are trying to change things up. The dining experience definitely ~feels~ more classy with the actual metal silverware rather than the pre-packaged plastic silverware. And look! There s a real orchid flower that came with my special roll. Alas, the moment I started eating, I was reminded of why I had forgotten all about visiting for so many months - the food is just not that great. I got the Great Texas Roll tonight and nothing about it made me think, geez I really want to eat this again. My partner had the pad thai and the orange sauce that it came in was sweet. It s sad and disappointing because I feel like there should be so much potential for another GOOD Asian restaurant here in town. Yet, the food here is just another Americanised offer of Asian food. Anyway I was going to give 2 stars but decided to settle for 3. The extra star is for the bun bo hue which is the ONLY thing I would return for.

We started eating here around the time it opened and it started out wonderful. Since the change in management there has been a serious lack of detail coming from the food they make. While everything tastes alright the Pho that they make originally started out with one kind of noodle and they moved to another which started giving the broth a very starchy taste. Also, their menu for pho states that items will be served raw unless otherwise stated. The past two times we have ordered pho the meat has come cooked without request which affects the flavor of the food. During another order of a pork dish we had ordered we arrived home to find that the only thing in the box was vegetables. No vermicelli or meat. While they corrected this immediately when we came back in its clear they are missing key things successful to a business. Overall, if this restaurant were to get through some of the blatant errors theyve been having it would be wonderful. As it is the restaurant is faltering.

Ordered food to go. I ordered Mongolian chicken and they made beef instead. I waited 15 mins to get the right order. But when I went back home and checked, it was beef again. When I called to enquire about it, first of all the lady on the phone kept arguing with me that she gave me chicken and not beef. When I mentioned that it was beef and I would like a refund, she told me that the only way to get a refund was to bring the food back to the restaurant. She said it was Owners policy. Ive never seen any restaurant have such policy. Its pathetic! So I had to drive all the way back to get my refund. After realizing their mistake, they apologized but didnt even offer to make it right by giving me a full refund or my original order along with the refund. It was highly unprofessional the way they handled this situation. The Owner needs to look into their policy and sort it out. Sending wrong orders and then asking customers to bring the food back to get partial refund is ridiculous. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Very poor service.

I have been coming here for a while now (3+ years) I really love this restaurant. It s under new ownership now (2022) and they ve really been doing a great job. Will definitely be back. Friendly staff, delicious food, and under new management Rollin Bowl is a little tricky to get to since there is so much construction as well as a nightmare drive-thru situation with Starbucks. But if you are tired of Texas BBQ overload, fast food hamburgers (no assumptions on your preference of Whattaburger or In and Out) Rollin Bowl is worth stopping by and getting everything from pho soup to pad thai or sushi. The staff is super friendly and work hard to get you situated as quickly as possible. Busy hours suffer from longer than usual waits on food and depending on the crowd, your pho soup fixings might be pretty skimpy. Quick fix: just ask for more.

Ordered sticky rice and phad thai, the sticky rice was a nightmare I had gotten my rice wrapped up in plastic wrap and it took me forever just to unwrap the rice not only that but it was not a lot. Since the restaurant changed owners, the restaurant hasnt been the same. Take out service is terrible. My order sat on the prep table for several minutes before being bagged. Then, it sat for several more minutes before it was given to me. Me and another customer stood waiting for several minutes without any staff even asking us if we were picking up food....they must get a lot of people who enjoys loitering in the entry way for no reason.

Went with my family(there were only 3 of us). Our server was not very welcoming. Didnt even smile. Seemed like they didnt want to be there. Asked if everything was alright when all we had was water. When they did take our order they didnt write anything down. They didnt repeat it and came back several times to re-confirm. Still didnt get the order right. Had to remind them about our appetizer. Also sent back one of the plates several times till it was right. Very disappointed since they usually have very good service. I dont think Ill eat here again for a long time.

the sever is not nice and very rude and in not corporate. they put cheese on the Banh mi and they probably microwaved the bread. They also didn t even have siracha which is a staple to eat pho. If you don t know how to make Asian food, then don t do Asian food.

Under new management was on a sign out front. Wish they had the former manager because the staff had very little understanding of pho. Took my vietnamese wife and her 2 vietnamese sisters and all were disappointed in the pho. Had no Sriracha (shortage?) and didnt steam the bean sprouts prior to placing on table. My banh mi was ok but the bread itself was soft, should be crunchy . Staff need to be trained on authentic pho. Waste of $95.05.

Resturant has a really nice vibe and sweet servers. I wouldnt order the Vietnamese egg rolls because it came out like a regular Chinese egg roll and there was no dipping sauce. Rollin bowl roll was good. Pho had nice flavor but this was the first time I felt shorted on noodles. Also no hoisin sauce included on table. I feel like 12.95 is too much to charge for the soup for what you get.

This use to be a good place. They ve got new management and its just went downhill sadly. We had a party of 8 and everyone got something different and some didn t get their orders at all. The sushi was terrible, very poor quality of ingredients and just tasted off. Also the entire sushi orders came on one plate and she had no clue what she was even serving us. After our server took our orders we didn t see her again until it was time for the bill. We won t be spending anymore money there anymore.

Ok so I ve given this place a second chance. I called and specifically asked for extra lime and no onion. I m allergic to onions. I was assured everything would be ok. I got lemons, not limes, no miso soup, and a dish full of onions. Also you do not put lemons in Pho. If you are out of limes then go to the store and pick them up. They said they would give me the Pad Thai again but its 5 days and still no limes apparently. I mean the Pho was off, the Pad Thai was off, No miso soup, the seaweed salad was the best part which was for one person. Burned 60 bucks there. All while during a business meeting. I m quite embarrassed. I mean I can forgive accidents they happen but come on. *** update they changed owners so what was good is gone***

It is under new management and that is not a good thing. The sushi is made with cheaper ingredients. We got the Big Daddy roll and there was a fish puree instead of the typical salmon slices there was before. The fried rice was OK but the meat in it was all cooked differently. Some were burnt and crispy, while others tasted like leftover beef from beef and broccoli. This used to be one of our go to places but not anymore.

7/26/22 I ordered to go from here. I got the chicken and shrimp noodles dish and tofu summer rolls. The noodles in both dishes were old and fat. They were fat because they either- A. Over boiled them B. Left in the hot water to long This is not how you make noodles. The chicken was so sweet, I thought it was going to give me diabetes. Plus the amount of shrimp, it was just 3 pieces. I asked for how chili oil and the lady said, I gave peanut sauce... I didnt want that, especially when it looks like the special sauce from McDonalds... Not really good and there was no care in the food or service.

Pad Thai:. for an additional $2 youll get 5 shrimp. If youre familiar with how Pad Thai is supposed to taste, be prepared to add your own seasonings like fish sauce, chili sauce, a little sesame oil, otherwise it is tasteless. On a good note, if you like onions, youre good. I have an equivalent of 1/2 large onion.

Food is solid, crab Rangoons are very good. But I had to wait an hour to pickup dinner for two in an empty restaurant. Another person arrived before me and waited just as long. And this was past dinner rush on a Monday, with barely any people dining. I ordered the love boat for 3 for takeout and it came with no ginger or wasabi and barely any soy sauce. I had The presentation of the sushi was beautiful so I assumed the taste was going to reflect that I was wrong. After going out to purchase what was missing I bit into a tasteless and mushy mess. I m so upset and disappointed after spending $80 on this trash!the only flavor there was came from the sauces on the special rolls but the fish and rice were awful. We only ate the rolls (worth half the tray) and threw the rest of the tray in the trash. I ll never go here again.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. They literally have a lof of table but they would like to let you wait instead of let you in. Informed me to wait 20 mins, after more than 20 mins wait. The staff informed to wait another 10 mins or so, they got no ideas when but I saw a lot of empty table. Never come back to this place and suggest people to not come because they will let you wait.
