Placed an order on the app, waited in curbside and watched 2 vehicles that arrived after me get their food. Slow service. When food finally arrived didn t have 3 items I ordered. Usually chick fil a is on top of it but this experience just was not it. Update: didn t give us plastic ware for a yogurt and Mac n Cheese. Gave us DIRTY napkins. Gave us no sauce. Food was cold and fries were super stale. Like completely hard. Seriously??

Who doesnt love Chick-Fil-A? All good things except for their order ahead service. Its pointless because they dont begin the order until you get there. Might as well use the drive-thru. Yesterday we sat there for 15-20 min while two order ahead guest pulled in and out. Waste of time but at least you get rewards.

I went through the drive thru today and ordered 60 nugget for my family to eat for dinner. When I got home, there were only 30 nuggets in the bag, not enough to feed us all. The Chick-fil-A is a half hour from my home each way, and since I didn t want to drive back to get my second set of nuggets, they said too bad . I ll be calling my credit card company for a partial refund. I ll Never go back to this Chick-fil-a.

Recently went through the drive thru and was surprised by the abrupt attitude of the guy who took my order. Like I was bothering them from watching videos between cars. I wasnt going to say something until he was rude towards me as i finished the order. I mentioned it to the manager in charge at them time. I was having a bad day and that put me over the eyes leaking edge. She was SUPER kind towards me. I did not ask for a refund or anything but she insisted. Customer service isnt for everyone. Though, remeber not everyone coming in is at their best. People can be going through a multitude and just needs a bit of empathy or kindness. I LOVE this Chick-fil-A my food is always amazing and fresh. I am going inside from now on. Thank you Kayla!

GREAT PLAY PLACE!!!! Yay!!! Food is supreme - as expected service was quick, albeit lacking some kind interaction (girl who dropped off our food didn t even make eye contact with us); but that s fine. The play place is open and the entire place is new and mostly clean. Do yourself a favor and walk over to the Hawaiian Grill for some adult food (also a 5 star place!) Stopped here (usually do the NB location) on the way out of town. Spent $60 on food. Usually chic fil a is really good about making sure everything is in the bag. However, I ordered two chicken minis, got one and some nuggets. I brought the food back in just to be argued with that they had put them both in there. I paid for cheese and bacon on a sandwich - didn t get either. Really bad customer service this time. Disappointing.

BUGS IN THE FOOD! DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT BUGS. there was a bug in my food, which i didnt notice until it crushed in my mouth and the juices exploded with such a foul taste and texture i couldnt help but spit it out which is when i saw it was a bug. this was the most traumatizing experience of my life. If you decide to eat here, which i wouldn t suggest, make sure you check over it all before you eat!! they didn t seem to care whenever i took the food back in.

This was definitely the worst experience I have had dining in a Chick-fil-a. Food is always great. My child wanted a different drink, and I wanted to teach him how to ask for what he wants. They ignored him constantly. I had to go myself given my injury and watch multiple people look at me, no smiles, and not acknowledge me. Until the cashier was done he was able to help but where is the my pleasure service. Nobody walking around for refills either. At least the cashier helped me get drinks to the table (thus not 1 star) but it s a great feeling knowing once they have your money you re no longer important and convinced us not to ask for more drinks.

They lost the food the store lost the food or handed the order out incorrectly then they blame allegedly a previous driver... Then say the customer has to call customer care to get their order refunded were not going to make the food for you.. okay Im the driver I have the order in my app even if they were telling the truth what she was a bald-faced lie you guys still get double paid I have the order in my app give me the food so I can go give it to the customer.. I often eat at this restaurant, which always makes you feel special from the moment you enter, but on this occasion I had to order with someone who I really dont know if he is having a good day or maybe its just his way of being from my point of view. view, but at the time of ordering I noticed that he is in a bad mood and that he seems unwilling to do his job, I do not ask him to behave just for me since I realized that it is his way of being since the time I was there There, I would appreciate an improvement, but at all the Chick Fil A restaurants, they tend to be great. Im not good at eating spicy food, but even though it wasnt very spicy, it was more delicious than the basic dish. You can choose between the deluxe and the basic, but the basic has bread, patties, pickles, etc. Its much better to have vegetables, cheese, etc., so definitely go for the deluxe. I really like that Chick-fil-A gives free dipping sauce and it s delicious. Recommendations include the chick-fil-A sauce and the sweet and spicy sriracha. Chick-fil-A sauce is like honey mustard with a hint of barbecue flavor. It has a very attractive taste. Please note that the same sauce is available under the name Honey roasted BBQ in the disposable products section of the store. The sriracha sauce is similar to Korean seasoned chicken sauce with a slightly sour taste. It is a taste that is not easy to find in the United States. The nuggets are a bit small in quantity, but they are salty and are real meat, not ground meat. It was okay.

I came here at 730 am 12/6/23.The cashier gave me coffee semi cold and I told her it was warm she insisted theyve just made it but it was definitely not hot and I asked for fresh coffee she continued to check people out for a while until I had to go to the counter and ask another employee to give me after waiting for a while.This is the 1st chik fila that have workers that doesnt show empathy or have no compassion.However some other people of a different race was treated with respect and waited on but me being a black woman I felt there was a little racism going on.Bad experience

I had made a mobile order for 4 chicken egg and cheese muffins, when I got home my food was chicken egg and cheese biscuit. When I called to ask why they messed up the order, the manager basically said he doesn t know why they messed up the order, also when I had called the manager told me that he couldn t find my order since in total they have only had 5 orders come through Told me you sure it was this store and not the other one. They have a screen that says what the order is, they also have labels that tell you what the order is and a printed receipt. All three ways of letting cooks know what has been ordered and they still get it wrong. Absolutely ridiculous

This is our go to chick fil a literally everyday we ve never had issues everyone has always treated us very kind and respectful up until today my little girl had her tooth pulled so she was strictly put on soft foods she insisted she still wanted chick fil a so we went through the drive thru and a girl by the name of Victoria was the one to take our order upon giving her the cash etc she treated us very poorly and would not touch the money because i was holding it then she gave us our change and dropped it into my hand to again avoid touching me. I felt belittled and very disgusted about myself what could i possibly look like to make her feel disgusted. Spoke with manger he was very kind about it offered us a shake or cookie on the house we denied his offer but was glad to know he d speak to her HOPEFULLY he will. It s a horrible feeling to make someone feel as if they are disgusting or something. I mentioned to her i did not have germs (just used my hand sanitizer lol)

Ridiculous! The idea to make this place dine in with a waiter/waitress instead of ordering at the counter is frustrating. The flaws of having to wait to order and the staff not knowing who is coming in first. This is issues for people who are just trying to come in and order and go. It causes issues with my experience since I had full intentions of order and waiting in the play area but I was told to go ahead and wait in the play area and someone with be with me only to passed up 10 minutes later I ask what is going on and the person taking the orders was told I wasn t ready multiple people came in and had the same issue I did.
