I havent personally used these guys but I called around needing some representation on a very upcoming case. I got a call back regarding the manner very quickly, which is always appreciated in a time sensitive manner. Prices were very fair in my calling around, not many would take my particular case so the fact they would is also very highlighting. I could not go with them unfortunately a little out of my range but I was given some valuable time and information regarding on what I steps I should be doing for my case, amazing not many people will give you free information. Highly recommend these guys off that one amazing interaction, if I do need representation in the future Ill definitely check these guys out.

I dont even know where to start Mr. Lambert has been more than I expected from the beginning. My son was appointed to him with pretty high charges .Hes not only Knowledgeable, when it comes to the law, hes truthful. He goes over and beyond what you would think a quarter pointed attorney would do My son was looking at 30 plus years and got off with a 4 year sentence. I believe that this firm is one of the best that I have experienced within this last couple of years with my son. He has wonderful office staff. The gentleman who Tease care of his messages and his. Obligations is very knowledgeable he is very unpoint. Does not make you wait to get ahold of him. Around this is a 5 plus star firm highly recommend...

I was arrested for DUI while on felony probation. I would have been sent back to jail if it hadnt been for Arguelles & Lambert. I asked them to take my case because all the other DWI/DUI attorneys I talked to said the same Ill do the best I can but I have to look at your case first. Rolando Arguelles and Phillip Lambert both had a personal consultation with me and told me We WILL get you off! That showed me confidence in themselves as well as confidence in my life. I wasnt ready to go back to jail because another lawyer was too busy to take my case seriously. In the end I got my DUI reduced to obstruction of highway (same as a speeding ticket) which didnt violate my probation. Even after my sentencing I have been able to contact them with questions regarding my probation and they have always given me solid advice. I trusted these guys with my life and they did a wonderful job. I am about to finish college, i have 2 jobs, and I have been able to turn my life around instead of sitting in a jail wondering what could have been. If you are looking for lawyers that treat you like a friend and not a paycheck these are the guys!

Phil was my court appointed attorney in a felony case I had in Kendel County. I know from past experience that some court appointed attorneys just dont seem to work as hard for tge Defendant. Phil worked over and above my families expectation. Phis always answered tbe phone, or called me back within 8 hours. The research and time he put I to my case was phenomenal. He did whatever it took, including on our first appearance, going back to the District Attorney 5 times that day to plead with her for a better plea bargan. At tbe end of everything, he got me probation on a charge that clearly would have been prison time. He is the best ive ever worked with, and I highly, highly recommend Phil, and his Firm for all your legal needs.
