I LOVE this little Woodrow s location. I come here often, great service, great food, great atmosphere & great music!!! The ONLY thing I think that would make it better . Is purse hooks in the women s restroom. As a woman with a purse, having nowhere to put your purse makes things difficult. A minor complaint but overall this is still my go-to place.

Was looking forward to eating and drinking there, but what a bust. Great looking sports bar with plenty of TVs but wait staff was slow and inattentive to the customer. Took forever to get our drinks and after we ordered our food which they were cooking already, waitress came back to tell us they were out of fries! A burger joint with no fries? Come on, this shouldve been something all wait staff shouldve been told to let customers know and not acted surprised. Any how in a nut shell this place was a bust. Shouldve just listened to the guy at the front desk that advised us on the local eats. Also the restrooms smelled of an old football stadiums, urine smell everywhere! Need attention severely. We werent able to stay/visit this place because we had our 17 yr old daughter with us and she isnt 21. When I looked them up online, it didnt say anything about having to be 21 and up to go there. There was a small sign on the window at the front door and the guy at the door that greated us was nice about it as he turned us away. I realize its a sports bar, we are not from the area, this place was next to our hotel and our local sports bar allow kids (some until a certain time at least) and it was like 4pm when we attempted to go. We ended up at another place down the road that we really enjoyed. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. 21 and up required with ids.

Went there for our high school reunion last nite. My 1st time ever there. Awesome setup & energy & music! The bartender Vicki who served me my 1st beer and showed me where our reserved area was & who our server would was friendly, very nice & very helpful. Then our server Amaria, was super!!!! She was always johnny on the spot & was as pretty as she was nice!!!! I definitely had a great time seeing all my high school friends in a great atmosphere!!!

This place is amazing for sports events and casual drinking with friends! Its the perfect spot to hang out and have some fun! Although there are no pool tables at this location, dont let that bring you down. Fast Eddies is right behind the building, so the party never stops! Parking: Parking is in a shopping center in which multiple businesses share parking spots. There are designated business names sprayed on the parking spots, but no one follows them.

Nothing special. Second time visiting. Went for food and drinks this time. Were told by the front door guy if we sit at any of the tables, the waitress will come to us. So we found a table and sat there for 20 minutes before we realized we re better off going somewhere else. Atmosphere is great. I like the sports bar type vibe in general. Menu is a qr code you scan and view on your phone. Not a fan of that honestly. Service wasnt on point, food was not great either. Burgers were overcooked, couldnt taste the jalapenos at all. fries and lemonade were the best parts. could barely taste the alcohol in the mixed drink I ordered, had to ask for water twice and ask for refills. Theres way too many places like this that have similar atmosphere and food to go back.

The reason for the one star is that the kitchen radio was louder than the bar music; when asked if the kitchen music could be lowered, the personnel lowered for a bit then fully blast the volume again. Avoid this place as management specifically Megan has no idea what is going on. Drinks had way too much liquor and tasted horrible had to send back many drinks for a table of 15. This is a little late but I have to give a huge shout out to the managers and staff at this location. When we got that freezing rain I was on my bike and it wouldn t start. They let me pull my bike close to the building so it was out in the middle of the parking lot all night and when I came in the morning let me hook up my battery charger and were just super kind and helpful the whole time. I will come here all the time simply because of the great attitude of these people.

Visited this place last night. The smell inside was horrible. I can t believe why this place has not been shut down. It smelled like horrible sewage. It started making me feel sick and we left. One of the waitresses asked for my card and didn t give it back until we called her and said I was going to give it you eventually Not cool. My husband and I visited this spot during a recent day date we had. It was on a Friday afternoon, and hardly anyone was there. They d just opened & we had free rein of the place. I ve been before with friends, and loved it but this was my favorite visit! The service was quick and helpful. The drinks were delicious & so was the food. My husband ordered local beers they had on tap, and I ordered a Lime in the Coconut. It was one of the best tropical cocktails I ve ever tasted. I felt like I was on a beach with every sip! I then ordered a Michelada, which was also really flavorful. We ordered loaded nachos to share & they were AMAZING. They had fried pickles and brisket on them. It was a seasonal dish, unfortunately so I don t know if we d be able to order them again. I have also had their cheese curds, chips and salsa, and fried pickles. I ve always loved anything I order from here. No matter what - this place always offers a good time!

Food was great, had the chicken sammich. No complaints about it. Atmosphere was great, was with my brother and his co-worker and they were drinking. Surprisingly I didnt have the urge to drink and havent had a drink since March. So the staff was pretty friendly about me not having a beer. Upon deciding to enjoy one of San Antonio s various bars none set the standard that Little Woodrow s 9840 W loop 1604 sets. All Woodrow s are a destination to remember but one in particular sets a higher standard than most. Not only is it one of their newest locations but between the excellent management Josh provides, and the ice cold drinks Maddie and Dakota serve, this location is one to remember. Very uncomfortable situation and you get cut off we came for a bday party and we were talking! Sever was great but management could have made better judgment

Wow...we walked across from our hotel and were enjoying an evening watching sports at the bar...wed had 2 drinks each and we were told we were being cut off until the next hour (2 drink maximum per hour) We WALKED yall...we canceled our dinner order and walked somewhere else. Were grown adults, we can manage ourselves, especially when we WALKED! Enjoy the loss of revenue, management

The music is so loud that the bass shakes the rooms in the hotel across the street. It woke me up at 1am. When I went to figure out who was outside my window blaring music the hotel receptionist pointed at the bar ACROSS THE STREET. TURN IT TF DOWN MOST PEOPLE HEVE KIDS AND ARE TRYING TO SLEEP FOR LONG DRIVES BACK HOME.

From the second that I walked in Trey and Maddie were so friendly and welcoming that it made the whole experience absolutely amazing. They are the only reason I ll being coming back to this place.

Bartenders make horrible shots. I got a green tea that was 80% schnapps. I was with 5 friends and every other shot was either short or barely any liquor
