I was referred to them from an out of state firm. Communication is absolutely horrible I have left lots of emails and voicemails and cannot even get someone to return a call and I don t believe they have done a single thing for my case. It s been months now with absolutely nothing. I have nothing good to say about my experience with this firm and recommend you go elsewhere It s time I found a new attorney

3/24/22: I first reached out on March 8 and spoke with the intake specialist. She took all of my information and emailed me requesting the decision letter I received from the VA to help with my appeal. I replied to the email that evening and she has not responded to any email since. I was told I would get a phone call on March 10th, 14th, and 21st. I have never received a phone call from them. Ive called multiple times and was only able to get ahold of the intake specialist when I told the receptionist I was trying to find out if my case was accepted. I still havent received an answer... Im not sure about the rest of the company since I havent worked with anyone but the receptionist is helpful and the intake specialist is not. I have a specific amount of time to appeal so if they are unable to help me it would be courteous to let me know. Edit 3/25/22: A supervisor called as they said they would but stated thry could not help me. I dont know why they couldnt tell me in the many phone calls I made or emails I sent but I do appreciate them calling after posting a review. Hopefully they do well for other veterans and people filing for disability.

I made my first call to find support to help with my disability claim which was denied. I didnt have to hold or leave a message, the phone was answered promptly and very courteously. I was directed to Stephanie Ramirez for assistance. Her voice was so calming, she really took time with me to answer my questions and to obtain the information needed to file the appeal. She asked often through our conversation if I had questions, informed me of what would happen, when it would happen and exactly when it would happen. I contacted Whitehead & Associates after frustrated time of VA claims denials. My initial contact Miss Stephanie Ramirez did take care of all my frustrations and medical narrative. After reviewing and assessing my Denial VA Letters, Marc Whitehead & Associates, thru Miss Ramirez, informed me that they were taking my case and represent me to appeal my claims. Miss Ramirez brought hope by her dedication in listening my medical conditions and by showing concerns on my health issues. Stephanie did take charge of my case by asking the right questions about my issues. She contacted me several time in a period of three days and listened with patience every details about my medical issues. Finally, she was able to push my case through case managers in order to move forward my appeal. It certainly gave me hope knowing that they will defend my rights by appealing my medical condition.
