My case is ongoing but the process has not been good. I get the same excuses to my questions. My case manager takes days to response to my emails and messages through their portal system. I feel like a number to them. They did not listen to my concerns regarding my treatment. They took forever to approve doctors order if they even did.

Best first time experience ever! Had gotten backed into less than 9 months ago and not only was I able to get my vehicle repaired, but I received a medical evaluation plus I received my settlement check already! Great teamwork from everyone including staff from San Antonio, Laredo and Brownsville. I am really glad there was no lack of communication amongst any of us and getting a hold of someone was easy. First let me say that this is a real review from a client that just recently had a serious MVA case settled. The professionalism and efficiency during the process at first, I had some doubts as this was my very first lawsuit. I wasnt sure what my options were. At times felt lost and confused. Felt ignored and pushed to the side. Alex Begum and Julian Lopez, both attorneys for the firm guided me through the choices and helped me to feel comfortable and confident with my decision and the process. When Julian represented me, he was pleasant to interact with and handled all factors of the case with poise and tact.
