I had to constantly be the one to call him ,I never received a call from him . My injury was in 3/2022, and since then I have had 3 different attorneys assigned to my case just to find out today once again I m being re-assigned another attorney. The only reason I even found out is because I contacted my supposed attorney and was told he put in his notice to resign from one to the other of speaking with him. They act as if you can t even get access to your own information/case, I literally have to reach out multiple times to get assistance with anything. They don t even call to tell you the process they are taking on your case. They did some type of demand letter and I was not even told how much for or anything, then never even called back after the deadline for the other party to respond. I m currently standing in their San Antonio office and they have no supervisor or anyone available to help me but to tell me they have changed my attorney. If you are looking for a professional law firm this is not it! If something changes, I will update this review.

I am extremely happy with Jeremy Lara. I was in a minor car accident that was not fault. The hospital bill was more than the insurance was willing to pay. I was getting frustrated. Hello everyone, I would like to take time to write a review about my experience with Daspit Law firm. My services I received from the attorneys dates back to summer 2019. I was involved in a car accident with a driver and after the wreck I decided to hire them to investigate the accident. I wrote to the law firm right after the accident and requested some help during the tough circumstances I was in at the time. My assigned attorney was Tyler Wilson, from San Antonio office. He was able to reachout to me and after he got assigned to my case he immediately got to work gathering all the information he needed night and day. He contacted both parties worked very diligently in getting to a solution in a timely manner. He did extraordinary job creating a case he was able to tackle and get results everyway possible. When he received my case he made sure everything pertinent to my case was reviewed and taken into consideration before any future agreements were made. He made sure all the arrangements were made and the medical costs and other services rendered were kept and adhered to. Mr. Tyler W. made excellent follow up regarding anything that he or I needed at the time of services, accident and long after. He constantly made many appointments to check on me in regards to my health and well-being. Finally after working many months of putting full effort and attention to detail with my case he was able to deliver me positive news of any settlements pertaining to the accident. If I could give Tyler more stars I would. I had a slip and fall accident. Ive never sued anyone before and I do not have money for a lawyer to do so. I Googled lawyers for my situation and his office was my first call. I was seeking just information about what I could do. He was with me every step of the way and explained every thing to a T! Got me into therapy and MRIs, even a pain doctor. I won my case and got more than what he quoted at the beginning. Okay so I wasnt sure what I wanted to say. My case was in 2017 and it just got settled this year 2021. I was with a different law firm for the 1st 2 years. The last 2 years it got transferred to Daspit. I believe I had Michael at 1st and then Tyler Wilson ended up with the case in the end. I gave 4 stars because I had to ask what was going on with my case a lot. But Tyler always answered my emails. He never took his time responding. He was very consistent with getting on the opposing council. He will fight for you. The only things I didnt like was they almost got as much as I did and Im the one that had the accident and lost a child. Then there was fees that I didnt know about. Im very grateful for all the hard work Tyler did for me. Im still waiting on a settlement for my son and cousin that was in the accident as well. Tyler was very professional and nice and patient. Just make sure you know how much everything is going to be. And if you dont understand something, please ask before signing anything. I was so tired and just wanted it to be over with. I just wante to put all this behind me. But Tyler is your guy. It is always good to get a lawyer who will fight for you and try to get you the most possible. We won really BIG! I went to Daspit Law Firm because I was referred to it by a friend. Upon arrival for my consultation I explained why I was there and they took the time to walk me through the process, next steps, and the reassurance that they were going to take care of me. As you know cases take time however Tyler Wilson was always on top of things making sure I was always aware about what was going on with the case. He also also very responsive in answering any questions that came up during the process. Overall, Daspit as well Tyler took care of me and with time we won the settlement. It took almost 3 1/2 years to settle my case and 2 1/2 of those were being handled by attorneys that didn t seem to care about the client. There was a huge lack of communication and they would do things without my consent so I would just be mindful of that. My experience didn t get better until Michael Garatoni stepped in and took over my case. He is very responsive and was always very helpful in answering any questions I had along the way. Overall, I am happy with how things turned out since Michael took over and would recommend Daspit to friends & family.

I was rear ended back in November of 2018, and after receiving an insult of a settlement from the other carrier, I began to search for an attorney. I chose Daspit Law and I m glad I did. In the beginning it was tough to get ahold of my assigned attorney, but once I was reassigned to Michael Garatoni - I could not have been happier. I did reach out to him a lot, but even when he was unavailable he always made sure to get back in contact with me, within 48 hours. He has been very patient with me and all of my questions, which I applaud because I have very little patience myself. Now we are in April 2020, and have finally settled and got the resolution I deserved. Michael fought for me and did not allow me to take less than what I deserved. Two years ago, a man driving a full-sized pickup at high speed crossed in front of me and slammed into my compact car head on. Both vehicles were demolished and firemen had to cut mine open to get me out. Both drivers, myself and the man who hit me, were taken by ambulance to the local emergency room. I had serious injuries that were immediately obvious and others that were not. I was released from the hospital without a way to get home or, initially, to get to subsequent medical appointments because I live way out in the country and my vehicle was destroyed. For days, I couldnt move and for weeks I could barely move. In all, I missed six months of work. At the time of the accident I was on the clock as a contract representative of a company not known for treating its employees particularly well. I could remember the truck coming toward me, but could not remember the impact of the accident and hadnt even seen a police report, so I wasnt even sure what had happened to me for more than two weeks. In addition to medical help, I knew this was serious enough and had enough moving parts that I would need legal help. I searched the Internet and found the Daspit Law Firm, which has offices in Houston, San Antonio and the Dallas areas and I called them because I read stories and saw notices about their experience in personal injury cases across Texas. If you are ever injured and there are legal issues, the Daspit Law Firm is who you need to call. When you call them, ask for attorney Dan Perez in their San Antonio office. He is the attorney you want in there slugging for you. I know because hes worked for me for two years. Where I live, it is a three-hour round trip from Dans San Antonio office, and he came out to see me that very day because I couldnt go see him. He took the information I had and set about getting accident reports, information from the paramedics and the hospital and helped me find medical help to deal with bruises, contusions, cracked ribs and spine and back injuries. I had black-and-blue marks all over me the likes of which Id never seen in my life. We pretty quickly learned that the man who had hit me and who the police said was at fault in the accident only had the Texas minimum insurance coverage, which didnt get me much past the emergency room. My employer had a $1 million uninsured/underinsured motorist policy and when we initially approached that insurer, they offered a low five-figure payment that was laughable except that I would be undergoing months of doctors appointments and major surgery and would compile close to $300,000 in medical bills with my source of income gone because I couldnt work. Nonetheless, Dan was able to get me treated and keep the bill collectors at bay while he worked to negotiate medical costs, legal maneuvers and delays on behalf of the insurer and many other issues. During this time, he took all of my concerned calls, texts and e-mails with patience and a matter-of-fact demeanor that allows him to explain complex legal and medical issues to a layperson. He would e-mail back from court, during depositions in other cases and return calls during breaks and even on nights and weekends! Recently, 22 months after the accident, we sat down for mediation with the insurance company to try to reach a compromise instead of going to trial and Dan brought in another Daspit Law Firm attorney, Ronnie Funari to advise us during an hours-long process in which, for me, hundreds of thousands of dollars was on the line. Ronnie had worked both sides of the personal injury equation representing injury victims and insurance companies and brought considerable expertise to the table in a situation that was very stressful for me because of what was at stake. At the end of the day, I walked away with a settlement in the middle six-figures I could not have imagined that covered my medical bills and losses. On a scale of one to five stars, I give Daspit Law Firm in San Antonio, Dan Perez and Ronnie Funari 10 stars. These are the people you want on your side.

He was able to have all the prices completed in less than a couple of months were I had been going through the process for over 3 years. Jeremy Lara at Daspit is new to their LawFirm, but he s a very competent attorney that knows how to deal with people and get the job done. So, I give him a 5 star rating, but the firm itself took over one year to get the case settled, and I was led to believe that the attorney and doctor fees would come out to a lot less, then they did. Therefore, if you deal with Daspit Law Firm and they tell you not to worry about the doctor fees, because they get a reduction on them on the final bill, then just know that the reduction will not be as good as your led to believe. So, before signing any paperwork get clarification on everything. However, if you do hire Daspit for your case try to get Jeremy Lara, especially if your in the San Antonio Texas area.
