Miranda, director of first impressions gave me a wonderful 1st impression screaming at my husband. She said she would get back to is, never did so when we showed up she screamed at us and threatened to call the cops. Then Matt Spahn came out screaming at me! I guess he is ok with clients altering and his documents and submitting them to court.??? He does NOT have the heart of a teacher as I am one.

Referred by a friend. Was not seeking free legal advice. Expressed willingness to pay for a review of a Trust document (which was his advice). Request was time sensitive. That simple. The tone in the response to this survey was similar tone to email correspondence.

I could not be any happier with the professional and friendly services provided by Matt and his group. And, as a bonus, he is a Gonzales native as we are. He knew what we needed, provided it in our trust, and charged a fair price for it. We visited his office twice, the only other contacts we had were either by phone of email. A joy to deal with.

Matt Spahn offered a detailed estate plan for our family specific to our needs. His explanations were always thorough allowing ample time for our numerous what if questions and unique requests. We felt very comfortable with his attention to detail and expertise in creating our trust. We never felt pressured, rushed or intimidated throughout the process. I can highly recommend Matt Spahn without any reservation to anyone needing estate planning.

Matt was the San Antonio attorney we were looking for when it came to updating our Estate Planning portfolio! We knew we needed a will, but wanted a trust to protect our estate from probate. Matt makes the whole process easy with his teacher style of creating a trust. We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated all that he and his team have to offer. We whole-heartedly recommend Matt Spahn Law Firm for all of your Estate Planning needs!

I just watch one of Matt Spahn Law firm advisement on TV where he states he has the heart of a teacher. We used him to write a well and set up a Trust. It took five trips and he still didnt get our wishes down properly. He wanted the inheritance to my grandsons to go to them prior to their 35th birthday for college, buying home, etc. The only way we wanted for them to receive any funds prior to 35th birthday was for health reasons. He wouldnt do it and therefore (frustratedly), we went with it and later had it changed. We wanted our daughter to receive a set percent (of the gross) for selling your properties and disposing of our material assets (either buy selling them, disperse the items amount the children, and/or giving to charity; whereas, all our (net) monetary assets (including the money from the sell of the properties and other material assets would be distributed according to our written wishes to our children. Matt Spahn could not get the basic math and phrasing correct. Several times he would have his office staff make two or three changes per office visit. At one point, if my wife passed away before me, our entire estate would go to the our heirs including the properties. I was left out the will completely-left out in the cold with nothing. If we didnt have caring and loving children, I could have ended up homeless. Matt Spahn sent us to a financial institutions to set up accounts for the trust. We didnt meet their requires. We were embarrassed and felt that Matt Spahn should have known their requirements. Finally, his office staff was friendly, and helpful when Matt Spahn was not around, but when he was present, the tension between them become an overwhelming presence in office.
