Sarah assisted me in a real estate sale transaction involving an undivided interest of property. Sarah reviewed our contract, partition and warranty deed, etc. The transaction was complicated and required professional legal input vital for a successful settlement. While interviewing Thomas to handle a foreclosure for me I found him very knowledgeable about the process and what needed to be completed. He also pointed some potential problems that I was unaware of and convinced me, that he was the right person to handle the foreclosure.
