Very thorough. My only complaint is when it came to compensation, They took 40% plus charges a ton of fees on top of it. They took close to half and I m the one that is living the rest of my life with a disability. Leave you feeling more like an opportunity for them rather than being taken care of.

From the first consultation I had at the offices of Justinian & Associates, I was very satisfied with the options they gave me and my husband. The girls in the office have helped me with my process to become a citizen and with my husbands family petition. Lawyer Miguel Vela went with me to the naturalization interview and made me feel safe and very well represented. The immigration officer was a little rude but thanks to the intervention of lawyer Vela she began to treat me with respect and I passed my interview without any further setbacks. Please don t make the same mistake as me and pick this horrible service , the lawyer was incompetent and arrived 1:30 minutes late to the audience . Miguel Vela never asked any information about the case , the lawyer never communicated with us about the progress, he came unprepared . Please don t make the same mistake and hire him , there is a lot of good lawyers that work to help their clients . My experience was extremely sad and I m willing to talk to anybody about this and how to not make the same mistake.

Unfortunately, the lawyer Miguel Vela was very incompetent, we made an appointment after he never answered our questions about an immigration case, and even yelled at us about what we wanted or what we wanted, fortunately I have a video of the only time he received us, he did not answer any of them. our doubts, apart from the fact that on the day of the hearing he arrived an hour late, and without knowing what his client wanted in case bail was denied because he didnt even take the time to talk to him, not at all recommended, if you want to lose your case and never have your doubts answered ahead with Miguel Vela. His comments were racist, he knew he was defending an undocumented person but his comments were very out of place.
