Savannah is the best! The whole office is great! Great customer service all around. Although my divorce was not easy, Savannah eased my thoughts and promised me that she would be there for me. Child custody is never fun nor easy, but Savannah was amazing every step of the way. She was always so willing to listen and provide great legal advice no matter how big or small my questions and fears were. This Law Firm is very responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful in every aspect. I can not say enough good things about Savannah Garcia and The Law Office of Rebecca Carrillo. I live in TN and was served for a custody case in San Antonio. Not only did Mrs. Garcia calm my nerves, she listened to me and walked me though the process. She s was extremely prompt, and understanding even when I had a hard time composing my thoughts. This case was over jurisdiction of child custody, she was well versed on the topic and did her due diligence to make sure the outcome was in our favor. She made sure that she conferred with me before making or submitting any decisions, and made sure I understood the different outcomes that could happen. She gave a realistic idea of what the outcome could be but also a game plan for if things went a different way.If I have any more legal issues in Texas they are definitely my go to lawyers. Dealt with all of the attorneys here and they were each solid as a rock. Danielle was my primary attorney and was always knowledgeable and quick to respond. I was proud to have Danielle as my attorney as she maintained composure and professionalism in the face of some pretty extreme pettiness (opposing counsel). Very fair in terms of billing. And all of the staff courteously and patiently answered all of my 8 to 10 million questions.

My first experience with a lawyer and it s definitely a positive one. I mainly interacted with Savannah and she s more than capable and incredibly friendly. Rosa, the first person you see when you walk in, was so helpful and really nice. They made my mother, daughter, and me feel very comfortable and settled my nerves. I honestly don t know what to say exactly to really get across how grateful I am to them for helping me with everything - I ll be recommending them if I ever hear someone needs a lawyer or even just a consultation. Rebecca and her entire staff handled my case extremely well. They were professional and prompt with returning phone calls. I really appreciated that they worked diligently to help me be organized and prepared for every eventuality. When you are going through a difficult situation, it is very helpful to have someone lay out a plan and then help you execute it. My daughter was seeking a modification of a standing order. We were charged a $50.00 consult fee. They did not take our case. She said their calendar was too full. We were referred to another attorney, never got to speak to that attorney who also did nothing for us, so basically paid the money for nothing

Rebecca was very prompt for my court hearing, she was very professional yet very personable with me. She was there to help me obtain everything I wanted she even went above and beyond to fight for me to get things in my child custody case I didnt even think about.
